Great family owned and run business! Called for emergency service expecting the worst (long wait, jacked up prices, etc) but instead was more than pleasantly surprised! Not only were they friendly over the phone, they diagnosed and fixed the problem with my stove in less than 24 hours. The price was way more reasonable than I expected, and the team of techs that came to the house were nice and down to earth. My 2 year old GE dishwasher was turning into a lemon with multiple issues. It started with a water pump failure and then a control module failure. I had a local company fix the water pump but they couldnt fix the module.Most companies I called said it would be weeks or months before the could respond. I had given up on it until I called Appliance Science after seeing their reviews. Todd said he could be out in a couple of days. He showed up and within 10 minutes confirmed it was the module.He ordered the part from LA and in 3 days he was back and after installing it the dishwasher has been perfect! The part was $107 and with labor the bill wa only $200.I had already planned on junking this machine and buying a new one. I cannot say enough about Todd and his professionalism. And hes a veteran to boot!
