This facility is very convenient to I-75, just south of Dalton, GA, which makes it easy for me to ship the occasional package, as I travel the Quad state area (AL, TN, GA, and NC) alot, and when I ship FedEx, I always need a full service FedEx Office.

I am only giving 1 star because i have to give that in order to post a review. For 1 year now I have had my medication sent to me every 3 months to the same address, and each and every time I have to take a day off from work to sit home and wait as a signature is required.Every single time they say that they attempted to deliver but no one was home (which is a lie)I installed security cameras and have proof that no one from fed ex ever drove on my road today, yet they say that they attempted delivery at 9:49 am (another lie as the cameras show i was walking my 3 dogs from 9:37 to 9: 55 ).When i called to find out why they chose not to deliver my medication (that must be kept refrigerated at all times they said we will deliver it sometime tomorrow before 5p.m) make sure someone is home. I seriously lost it because why should i have to lose 2 days pay from work because they have lazy employees who lie .The medication i take is skyrizi and each injection costs $40,000 and a entire days pay. Today the temperature was 85 who knows how hot it is in the warehouse where they store it, and of course there was no supervisor available to speak with me.I am tired of losing time from my job, and being lied to by this company. I have proof and believe that it is time to seek legal advice and please do not use this location of fed ex! Have your packages delivered by ups no one deserves to be treated like this ,no one !!

They have had my package since yesterday morning and it was paid for overnight. They still have it at their facility. Tried to contact but keep getting the run around. If given the option would have used UPS. Ridiculous

Signs read opens at 8:45 am did not open door until after 9 and that was because another person waiting went around to the back to report doors not open. FedEx is an EXCELLENT company but they really need to do something with the man at the Dug Gap location. He knows NOTHING about customer service.

I have lived in Dalton Ga. at the same apartment building for 3 years. Now FedEx cant find my address! All of my packages are being sent back. Theres 5 other apartment buildings here. My apartment number is clearly marked. It also seems that the US postal service cannot find me. I called them and they say that I dont exist!!!!!. I notice they both have new workers who dont bother to walk downstairs to find my apartment. I am calling PR and raise some hell!!!!

For 4 years Fed Ex has delivered my pkgs to the wrong address. I have to drive across town to pick them up. The address where they have delivered my pkgs to for 4 yrs now burned down a month ago. So the delivery driver put my last pkg on the neighbors porch. I have called them in the past but no resolution to this problem. Today I visited the Dalton, Ga location and a nice man named Johnny assured me this problem would be resolved today. So we shall see!!!!

FedEx is the absolute WORST!!!!! They’re forever sending packages back without even waiting for someone to come to the door! Honestly believe they didn’t even knock or ring my door bell!!!! AWFUL

Not one for reviewing places, but this location’s employees are a joke. Most the time they’re passive aggressive and don’t try to help at all, just waiting for their next break or their shift to end. There are some hidden gem employees in the mix, but most of them are just completely incompetent for their own reasons. For being someone who has interacted and shipped through this location for years, and known people who have done the same thing for literal decades, most other fedex locations beat this one by a considerable margin.

I needed help getting a package to China. I thought I had brought all of the needed information, but low and behold I had forgotten an account number. The staff was very helpful and assisted me in getting the information and I was able to ship the package very quickly and efficiently. Thanks to your very helpful staff !!!!

Extremely upset with FEDEX. I paid extra to have my package delivered by 3pm. Delivery attempt wasnt made til after 3pm. I was not available after 3pm so instead of leaving it with per my instruction they took it back with them and then said I would not be able to get my package until 2 days from now! They need to refund my extra I paid for shipping with delivery by 3pm

I had a very important package coming to my house. The driver left the package hanging on the mailbox which is about a mile away from the house. People have stolen things from our mailbox and gate, our road is passable. Drivers need to deliver the packages where they say they leave them.

I received a delivery today.... The driver pulls up in my drive way with music blaring that people on the other end of the country could here.. Pulls my damged box outta the back where you could clearly view all items where just randomly though in... Laugh an tells us he was just pulled outta of a ditch by the customer before us... Who hires people like this apparently yall do.. Completely unacceptable. .my item was so damaged that the multiple items inside had to be trashed No Longer A customer!

No one knocked on my door to let me know the package had been delivered now I have to wait and hope the store will replace the cat food. I just hope my fur babies dont go hungry because of this.

Getting so sick of them delivering to the wrong address. This is the second time weve had our packages delivered to someone else in the past year. I know my hose can be hard to find, but thats what phones are for, and if you dont know then dont leave it on a door step.

I only live about fifteen minutes from a pick up center so I always go pick up anything I need to sign for. I have 100% received the items a day ahead of schedule. Great service.

Worst experiment of my life, so i order some stuff online and Fedex kept saying that address was wrong, i called and they “supposly fix” so i was suppose to get shipment next day, it turn out that the fedex driver didn’t find address so they shipped it back to vendor. and never received my order, i tried to have them fixed their mistake but they said that they couldn’t fix it. I’m so freaking peace, I understand that they are more busy on christmas , but come on, if you don’t know how to do your job then get another one.

Had ordered a package from out west. According to Donnie the driver, it was delivered to my home on 8/14/15 @ 1:41. WE DID NOT GET PACKAGE!!!! After numerous calls to the sender and FED EX all that can be determined is that the driver said he delivered it. Dalton personnel told me to ask for a retreival/redelivery. When I did that customer service stated that it had been longer than 2 day and that was not a possibility. So here I am with an no package, a bill already paid for, and NO PACKAGE. For no reason will I every shipping anything FED EX. No Donnie I did not get the package!!!!!!

I ordered a smart watch from Verizon. Was to be delivered on Thursday by end of the day..An attempt was made at 10:00am .I returned home from the Dr at 11:00. Immediately called the 1 800 # and asked if it could be attempted again today. I also explained that if it couldnt be redeliverd I would drive to Dalton to pick it up. I was informed that i would receive a call letting me know whether it would be delivered or sent back to fed ex store..After not getting that call ,i called them...and was told that the driver had acknowledged the re delivery and I should get the package...now it 6:30 pm the fed ex store closes at 7:30 and Im an hour an 45 mins away..called no one could explain ...no one seemed to care... in the future I will ALWAYS use the USPS .I orderd quite a bit for Christmas and everything from the post office RIGHT ON TIME! Total discuss.....Not even an apology!

Laughed till my sides hurt. Ordered a TV from Walmart. FedEx picked it up in Kingsport, TN. and shipped it in the opposite direction to Greensboro, NC. which was a 5 hour trip. I live in Chatsworth, GA which is only 3 hours from Kingport, TN. Greensboro,NC is about 6 1/2 hours from Chatsworth, Ga. That means if it comes directly to Chatsworth from Greensboro it has been in transit for 11-12 hours when it could have been about 3-3 1/2. My past experience with FedEx has been great and this TV will still arrive on the date promised. But the extra expense for FedEx doesnt make sense to ship it in the opposite direction before heading back south. Not supposed to arrive for another week. I wonder where it will travel between now and then. Funny.

Always fast, friendly and efficient. Always use Fed Ex when shipping something.

I had a horrible experience with FedEx supposedly offering overnight service on my computer took two days off and made several phone calls and followed up and they never got it right and I ended up having to take another half of a day off to drive 2 hours round trip to pick up my computer I will go buy a new computer before I do something like that again.

They are fast and friendly. And conveniently located within a mile of the interstate.
