Lixandro the manager helped my husband get a buy one get one free offer yesterday and we came back so he could finish transferring my stuff to my new phone today

Took my wife’s phone to get checked out because it was having technical issues and lisandro was able to quickly fix it and answer all the questions I threw his way. The only store in Dalton I’ll visit from now on!!!

I am a senior citizen,have only owned one cell phone in my lifetime, when it died I had to get a different kind, at my age its difficult to learn new things like cell phones. Christian , at the Verizon store was so kind and helpful, he set up new phone, showed me how to use it and was so patient with me. I would recommend Christian to anyone shopping for a new cell phone.

Lisandro in Dalton store was extremely helpful. My experience was top notch. Pleasant adding new lines to my new service which I switched over from AT&T!:)

Store was laid out very well and even though there was only one employee there he was very helpful however items that I were in search of were not in stock.

Only had to buy a new screen protector but the gentleman helping knew just what I needed, put it on for me and was overall just very friendly.

I have had 100 percent better experience at this store than the store on walnut avenue! They are friendly and help with any issue we have ever had. Taylor has been great and the manager Jordan is excellent as well.

We came in to complain about our current bill and our ridiculous overages! Jordan and Taylor as well were great at listening and helping me change over to unlimited and I got an X-r for less than I was paying for my iPhone 7 monthly!!!!! I’m extremely happy with Verizon overall and I will follow this manager and Taylor anywhere! I appreciate the great service so much!!!! Highly recommend.

We went into the Verizon store today with the intention of finally being heard - and quite frankly to terminate our account if necessary due to terrible customer service. We walked in and, to our surprise, we were greeted with the most helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff our local Verizon store has had in years! Jordan and Taylor singlehandedly changed our entire out look on a company that our family has been with for several years back to a positive one that we can be proud to be apart of once again. Quite frankly the difference between the customer service we’ve received in the past and what we experienced today is night and day! I am so glad these two have taken over our local store! They deserve a raise!

I highly recommend this location & Jordan Terry! I had issues with my Iphone & he fixed it pronto! He was personable, professional, & knowledgeable!I tried the Walnut Ave. location & was not happy! The guy gave me the # for Apple & said they would walk me through how to fix it!

Went to upgrade Friday 5/5/2017 but called before I went and Tyler told me they closed at 7:00 but would wait on me. He even called his manager Carlos to come and help because we had so many upgrades. They both went above and beyond in helping us and stayed until almost 10:00. Highly recommend this store. Have been dealing with this location for several years. Bought a new phone several months ago and got a case reccomend by the employee. Side of case is now falling apart and this store wont back up what they are selling. I was told the case has a lifetime warranty but without the box, just out of luck.... but they offered to sell me another case.

We came here wanting to upgrade my family’s phones. 4 phones. There was three workers and one lady which was a customer. They were all just talking together and no one helped us, all they said was hello but that was it. Horrible place to come when you’re just wanting an upgrade.
