They have only one truck and when the truck is broken they not pic up the trash las time the driver move the trash can of the place and they never move to outside nd md they leave the yeah I call several times and the lady all time said I call you back and never happen is unrespectful and trinity is more cheap and I wish better service

Very unprofessional and they refuse to admit when they are wrong. They repeatedly left my grandmothers garbage and when we called to see why they didnt empty her can their response was that the can was not on the road. They have zero integrity! If I could rate them 0 stars I would!

Driver has no regard for safety for themselves or others. They ran a stop sign at a blind intersection and nearly hit someone head on. They have no business driving a go cart much less a commercial vehicle.

Fantastic people! I failed to make a payment on time and services were suspended. When I called to apologize for the late payment, he drove out to my house and got my garbage in his personal truck!! Couldn’t thank them enough.

I wish I would have read the reviews more Closely!!! After service was terminated and the company came to pick up the trash can I come home from work to find that when they picked up the can instead of taking the trash left in the can they just decided to flip over the can and dump the trash over my yard.

This service was horrible! The first day, they ran over the trash can that they had given us. Then, they left a letter on the can that said, leave the trash can here (beside the mail box). This morning, when I went to move the trash can, it was open (it was raining outside) and my mailbox was completely ruined. The driver had ran into my mailbox, just like he had ran into the trash can! When my husband called to notify them, they didnt do a single thing about it. That same afternoon, as I was leaving for work, there was a man in a truck leaving a note in my mailbox that said, dont leave the can so close to the mailbox. I called the garbage service myself and put in a complaint about it. I let the secretary know everything that had happened and she simply raised her voice at me and defended the man who had left a note in my mailbox (owner of the company) because it was her husband. I let her know that it was very unprofessional to leave a note in my mailbox, and she said it was common sense. How could this be common sense when they have our number on file? They could have simply called us and let us know what had happened. I would NOT recommend their services to anyone! They did not even apologize for ruining our mailbox, and they definitely did NOT pay for the damages done.

If you have the option to choose another provider do so without hesitation. As a company, they have never returned any of my phone calls and no one is ever available live when I call between 8-5.Today is the 3rd time my trashcan has been dumped down into the drainage ditch by the team that picks my garbage up. There is no way, if done properly that my trash can should ever end up in the place it is right now. My wife was pulling out of the driveway this time and managed to watch them drive off as the trashcan fell down into the ditch and they could have cared less.
