There is a reason why these guys consistently get 5 star Reviews. I recently moved into a new home with hardwood floors. I hired one company who had good reviews, they promised the world up front, I explained exactly what I wanted (light greige floors) and they took a look and said no problem. Ill send my A team who does this all the time. They even charged a premium for that A team. After sanding they asked what color I wanted, I showed them the same picture and said We cant do that with this wood. They then got impatient with me after just a few samples were down because I didnt like them. After some talking with the sub contractor they hired, and the subcontractors subcontractor... I find out that they have literally NEVER been asked for these lighter colored greige floors (This was their A team that I was told did this color all the time and were the one of the few in the area who could do it right. They even charged me more to get the A team.. long story short, I ended up with a floor color that looked just ok, but not what we originally asked for, plus cheap products that scratched easily. A very short time later my floors were flooded and I called Deep Reflections. Joe gave me exactly what we wanted, he and his brother are Craftsmen and do not subcontract.... And where others say that, its true in this case. It took some time, but in the end they gave me gorgeous floors using Bona Craft oil, Nordic seal, and Traffic HD.... some of the best stuff out there. Joe even took it upon himself to fix some imperfections that I never would have noticed. I Could not be more pleased. I posted pics but the camera doesnt do the floors justice. In person the color is more alive and the wood grain looks deep and rich. Probably the last hardwood floor craftsmen in the DFW metroplex. They may not be the cheapest purely on cost, but they are reasonable, use high end products and the quality you get makes it a complete steal.

Joe and John did the most amazing job. Our floors never looked better. I truly felt like they cared more about our floors than we did and we care lot! Our home was hit by a tornado last year and we have done a full renovation. We have had such a headache from certain contractors and workers and Joe and John were a breath of fresh air. They are professional and truly take pride in what they do. We got multiple estimates and decided to go with them even though they were not the cheapest because they explained everything, told us what products they were going to use, and really took the time for us to understand the process. Deep Reflections Floors Company gets 5 stars from me, for the second time. When I moved into my house twelve years ago, Deep Reflections machine cleaned and re-coated the brick floor in my family room, which was worn and scratched. They did a wonderful job and I give them 5 stars for that work. A few months ago a water leak under my house damaged the finish of a portion of the same floor. Joe came when I called, and remembered doing the floor previously. The job was more difficult this time because of the water damage to the brick. Joe recommended chemically stripping, cleaning and three coats of brick floor finish with a satin sheen. Deep Reflections again did a beautiful job. They kept me informed about the progress of the job, and were always very punctual. Another 5 stars from me.

We moved into a house that had water damage to the kitchen floor. The damage was so severe that the mortgage company would not close the deal until the floor was repaired. Joe and his team did such a great job that the mortgage company signed off on the repair and closed the deal. If we hadn’t known there was a problem we would have never guessed. I had 1,007 square feet of flooring installed. Joe Robbins explained in detail how the project was to proceed. Acclimation period, sanding with the A.D.C.S which is 99.8% dust free, stained with the color of choice, one coat of penetrating sealer and finished with 2 coats of commercial grade water based polyurethane with sheen of choice.
