My neighbor use this company. The worker drove the truck onto my new driveway that is still under construction and potentially damage it. When I went outside to tell the worker that he was not supposed to drive through my property, he answered maybe. Please respect your customers neighbor when you do your work. I have videos by ring.

Just watched a crew truck pull into the only handicap spot of the gas station in a large dually. Took up not only the spot but parked sideways enough to cover the unloading area as well. The driver stepped out on the handicap sign to exit the truck. When I went back in to ask why he had parked in the only handicap with so many other spots open he responded he didnt know. Is this the crew lead you want 8n your home?

We had our windows completely replaced by Chenault just over a year ago, having been recommended to them by a neighbor. From the start we were impressed by the attention to detail from Zach and John Chenault. The installation crew, especially Sergio, did a great job for us on new window frame installation. James, the glazier, also did a great job on replacing the glass in the few frames that we did not replace. Scott Robinson oversaw the installation crews and kept us up to date during the installation. He has also been our go to guy for any post installation issues and has been extremely helpful and responsive. As recently as last week, over a year after installation, Scott came by to resolve a few small issues, including a recent storm related issue. I would highly recommend this company for window and door installation and/or glass replacement. We are very happy with the result and the service provided.

I wish I could give Chenault Windows 10 Stars, from the first meeting to the final inspection everything was beyond my expectations. I was impressed with competitive pricing and outstanding service, John and Zack sent a full crew to complete my windows as quickly as possible, the entire crew was pleasant, polite and a happy hard working group of men. With the number of window in my house this was not a one day project, but everyday they cleaned and left my house in prefect order. My windows are beautiful and the window design sets my home apart from everyone on the block.
