DO NOT VALET WITH THEM AT THE UNION (The Henry, North Italia, etc.). I had cash in the glove compartment in my car that I always use for tipping valet. I also keep napkins and masks in the compartment. When I got into my car I noticed the napkins and a mask was on the passenger side and I didnt think anything of it at the time. I was back-tracking to when I would have used this money and it clicked - especially after reading these reviews. Makes me sad that they cant be trusted. I like to give Valet people the business, but Ive learned my lesson. FYI theres free parking in the garage!!

Attend The Henry for the first time tonight for a few drinks and some fid that was terrible. Getting ready to pay the bill I has left my wallet in my car that was valet park fo me. My wallet had been taken from vale . Do not eat here nor valet you car at this location.

I eat at the restaurants that these guys are working at strictly so I can have them park my car. The experience is that good...Man I just love it!!!! Why would I rave about a valet company this much? Really? you want to know?Well I had a lottery ticket in my car, on the console area in plain site. Not a big deal to me, had it there for 4 days. Went to two different restaurants that these guys were at and it was on the console, just sitting there.Little did I know that it was a winner, $418,542 dollars. My friend, John Reese, is the one who ended up asking me to check the numbers (he now has a new Tesla btw, pretty blue one).Yup, these guys are honest...

Used Prime Valet at The Henry. Valet staff stole my laptop and an expensive pen from my vehicle. I filed a police report. Owner Jason gave the police report info to his claims dept. Prime Valet came back stating that after inquiring w/ staff no one took responsibility of the theft. Prime Valet and owner Jason have no intentions of taking ownership of the crime committed. The Henry GM Elias also assured that Jason would do the right thing and handle this incident. Nothing has been done. Extremely horrible and shocking !! Worst customer service ever !!!

I parked my car here last night when dining at the Henry and I went out with some friends for drinks after they told me just to call them or send them a text message I never received a text message saying that they were closing or the my car will be here there so when I got back everything was closed my car was gone Ive been trying to call them now for over 6 hours and no one will call me back or return my messages this is absolutely unacceptable I dont know where my car is Ive never experienced anything like this in my life

Absolutely courteous and professional services. The valets at Nick & Sams grill have an impeccable and consistent attention to detail and will continue to use their parking services for future nights out, especially if I can figure out where else they valet lol. You can tell the owner is dedicated to quality control for sure!

I ate at The Henry on June 27 and when Prime Valet brought me my car I noticed a huge scratch and dent on the right rear side that was not there when I gave them the car . They were very apologetic and kind to create an incident report (#000317) and promised someone would get back with me in 72 hours. Well that’s been 10 business days ago. I’ve been calling the number on the incident report and the mailbox has been full and there’s no other way to reach them. No one has contacted me either. This is extremely upsetting!!!

I wouldnt have given a 1 but had no choice. Used Valet for my car with this company while at the Onyx Nail bar. The guy was in such a hurry, he yanked on my door handle, breaking it. A report was filled out & i was assured it would be covered. Well, Jason, the owner, continues to ignore my calls, after telling me he would cover it, but being a Mercedes, its not a cheap fix & now hes MIA. I have made all the first contacts, he has never called me, as I was promised & I am furious, as this is a $1500 repair!!! Guess my Attorney will be giving them a call! This happened April 30.

Let me tell you first of all this company at clutch and level are amazing. If you’re ever around the bars in uptown as far as clutch, Kung foo saloon, level, and concrete cowboy, these guys are great. They are fast at their job and have amazing service. Have to use them for future partie

Horrible staff went to coalvines to eat. Btw they have the best pizza. Joe has great restaurants around town. But these guys that valet for him are horrible at service and with your car. They threw all the trash in my car from their tickets, and as far as service I’ve seen better so I’ll be going to other places to eat just because these guys aren’t that great and made my experience horrible.

Terrible valet. The worst in Dallas. Arturo manages this valet in front of Henry’s and he is rude and slow. It took 30 minutes to bring my car when 10 people were standing around. I can’t believe they charge so much for offering nothing to their customers. Do not use. They are unprofessional, expensive, and very very slow.

I was at the front of the line of my party of 8. Everyone received their car before me, so i tell them all to go without me and that my car should be p soon. I check on the status of my car after ten more minutes and they said sorry, forgot to give the keys out for pick up. Upset that I pre tipped and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time while the valet drivers stood there singing.

At the parking location in front of Onyx Nail Nar I was improperly accosted by your employee, Kirby, who did not have a visible parking kiosk, was not present when I arrived at the premises, threatened to call the police if I did not move my car or pay him $5, and generally made my arrival for a relaxing manicure a nightmare. When I advised the manager of Onyx of the situation, she indicated that the had continuous complsints about the same sort of issues from many other customers. My advice: teach your parkers customer service and good manners, have then put up a Valet Parking Only sign at every location and a visible parking kiosk, and always have two parkers at every location.

Horrible valet. I was at nick and Sam’s in uptown rude staff. I wouldn’t use these guys for privacy events as well or go to any of the restaurants. I enjoyed my meal very well, and when I went to get my car the staff was very rude and ruined my evening.

Valet at levels in Dallas last night. Charged me $15, and when i left the bar the valet was gone by 1am, and the bar closes at 2am. I still cannot get ahold of anyone to find my keys. I missed my flight this morning because I can’t get my rental car back.

Worst vallet service wish i could give them a negative charged $15 and after 45 minutes later wait to receive my SUV they had left my car unlocked and the key still sitting in the driver seat
