Checked in on line and chose mobile pickup to save time. Had to wait in line when I arrived, they refilled out my quote and added an extra deposit, saying people steal our trucks. The majority of the personnel are rude, unprofessional and shady acting. Didn’t feel comfortable leaving my personal vehicle at this property.

Walked in and everyone was just hanging out sitting around on the boxes and a woman without a uniform was sitting with a baby in her arm behind the counter. They said they didnt have propane to fill my tank so they told me to go to the Desoto location about 6 miles down the highway. When I get to the Desoto location the said that they dont even fill propane tanks in that location. Why send me there if they obviously know that the location doesnt sell propane

Uhaul booking online was a waste of time and did not work when I arrived at location but the staff here was nice enough and helpful so 4 stars. Truck was damaged in several spots so take pictures. Storage unit at Westmoreland location was setup and ready to go with lock left in unit and code access flawless

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The young man name Tommie was very pleasant with a WONDERFUL smile. Tommie went over aboard to help me secure a truck. I went to 2 other Uhaul and they were not very friendly or helpful. I will only use this location in the future. THANK YOU TOMMIE.

The staff was courteous and friendly they are the best staff Camp Wisdom has. Thank you for meeting my family and myself needs I know Sunday can be hectic but I couldnt tell by the service I received be blessed

The manager was very unprofessional & cursing all loud in front of customers as myself was a customer. She didn’t speak and was very rude. My reservation was taken over the phone, when I arrived me and my husband had to wait for almost an hour. Then the agent act like he didn’t know what he was doing. So we had to basically do another reservation. I was very disappointed in choosing this location. We was also charged for a dolly that we never received. Also the gas tank was not even full where it was supposed to be. Never again will I come to this location.

Camp wisdom is the place to go. Very helpful, nice, quick, out of their way to help! I give these guys 50+ star’s...... you will never go wrong to go here I will always drive the few extra miles to go to this place just because of their customer service.

This is the worst U Haul you could possibly rent from. This is the 2nd time I have been here in 2 weeks and they cant seem to get their situation straight. They are very rude and unapologetic. Drive another couple miles in either direction and find a better u-haul or just go to home depot.

This store is unorganized and the staff are rude and unprofessional. They are installing equipment wrong and causing major safety issues.

Meshell is the worst customer service rep Ive ever encountered in my life.. The truck had bad brakes witch makes the dinging noise every 2 minutes. The coolant was low and the truck was very dirty. On top of that I couldnt check in the damage or the correct milaged in the truck. I told Meshell about situation and she tolded me take it or leave it!!! I needed the truck badly, I only had three days to move out. When got in the truck the mileage was 3000 miles off from what I signed for.. I had to keep the truck for two extra days and she called me with a bad attitude and hung up in my face. I will be contacting corporate when can.. So sad how people treat other people... Btw.. She tried to charge us $ 2,000 fir 44 miles! Smh!

I loved Tamire! She was working by herself and had a lot of customers at one time, but she didn’t let that stop her. She held casual conversations as well as helped everyone in a timely manner. I will only go when she is there because I love her hospitality!

Took 40 minutes to refill a propane tank, no recommend long wait.

The ladies at the counter are AWESOME!!! I rented a truck and got to my destination only to realize that there was unreported damage to the truck that prevented me from pulling out the ramp. I went back to the store and they switched me out seamlessly with laughs and smiles.

Continue the same level of service. I would also like to comment that the parking lot and store are always immaculately clean. Please do not change that.

Trucks need to be properly detailed on the inside. Disappointing to always receive nasty equipment/cabs. Sticky, crumbs, unsanitary ESPECIALLY considering todays pandemic.

Poor poor poor customer service. The truck had no gas in it when it was picked up. No one at the location gave any assistance. The young lady that called me was rude as hell.

There was only one person working and about 10+ customers waiting. Manager finally came back with her children(who were playing behind the counter), a bonnet on her head and NO MASK. Someone else from another store also came in with NO MASK. This store used to be so professional.

I want first off Say I used U-Hal several and many different times in my life and my career that takes me all over the USA !!!!!! I Never ever have I EVER experienced , a interaction Like this one from U-Hal !!!!!!!I would never use this Comapny again !!!!And yup I said it never !!!! Due to this location with this specific interaction !!!Miss Michelle Was the rudest customer service rep , I ever meet !!!!!!This location is under staffed and needs a manger that can turn it around !!!!Because of this interaction!! guys just lost a customer!!I move often due To me working for Men’s NCAA collage basketball as a Head Coach ...I will never be back again !!!!Wanted to share this because I actually like U-Hal for value but I am willing to pay more for service !!!!!!

Don’t rent from here the staff are not real customer friendly. I rented a truck from here and soon as I got to my storage and lifted the back up to start loading my furniture ROACHES started crawling out of the woodworks! They rented me a truck that was infested with roaches. This was absolutely disgusting! Lucky I had spray to soak the truck down with as I didn’t have time to return the truck to get a different one and that was the biggest one they had available that day. I had to get my stuff moved with the help I had while I had it. I called the customer Service line the next day they said someone would inspect the truck and get back to me. NEVER received that phone call. Never was compensated for the inconvenience of having to deal with such filth. So if you rent from here make sure you fully inspect the truck with one of the staff before you drive off. I will NEVER use them again.

Great customer service!! Even in this heat they still have smiles on their faces. Very efficient - I never feel like my time is being taken for granted and they do all that they can to help a customer. Very honest establishment.

The service was poor, and by that i mean, the guy entering information consistently entered it in wrong, the other employee i dealt with was rude and snappy, and at the end of it all, wasnt able to rent a tow dolly because the car being towed is rwd and needs to have its driveshaft removed. Tf?!

Make sure you get the right deal and price.They charged me double of what i could get for the same service! I field an objection they were supposed to call me, they never called and uhaul didnt show any interests to make things right!Very bad experience.

This company .. Words in regards to my belongings being damaged by rain during storm was.. The truck wasnt water proof.. Offered free day and then charged me for milage. BECAUSE i had to stay up all night to watch truch which wasnt secure. Due to a rusted lock that wouldnt close.. I dont suggest to go here because they will cheat you the way that the truck treats you. No walk around and through done just the keys. And contract..

Jousha installed trailer hitch on my car did a very good job considering he had to stop to do rentals and returns while installing hitch I my opinion to much work for one person he needs hem in there so place can run a little more smoothly

Extremely small units. If youre like me and have a decent amount of furniture you wont be able to fit it in unless you know what youre doing. Uneducated staff.

Posters, signs and ads all over about their propane refill, but nobody at the location can actually refill a tank. This place is a waste of time, move on to the next place where maybe they can sell what they advertise.

This has been my worst uhaul experience ever. They kept entering in information wrong, wasted 30 minutes, and after all that wouldnt let us rent a tow dolly, because the vehicle being towed was rear wheel drive, and the driveshaft needs removed. Never mind the fact that it didnt even have an engine in it..... zero stars.

It is quite annoying to be waiting 15 to 20 minutes for you to sell propane or give it away.
