From the very beginning Mary and Haley were super friendly and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean, professional, and sessions are extremely quick. They make sure each time that I feel comfortable and answer all questions about aftercare. After 3 sessions, I was starting to see my tattoo fade. Easiest process ever! I have been wanting to get this tattoo removed for years and finally made an appointment 2 days ago. Came in, received my consultation, was approved for low monthly payments and receiving my first treatment today. had no idea it would be such a seamless process. Oliver is great! Ive been waiting to review until I was a few sessions in. So far, Im impressed by the progress with my tattoo removal. My tattoos are fading without and scarring or skin discoloration. The appointments are quick, and all of the people Ive dealt with are professional and friendly. This isnt the cheapest place to get a removal, but its also not the most expensive either and I feel its a good value for the price. I got a full removal package at what I felt was a very fair price (and I did get a quote elsewhere, so I had something to compare it to). I have one other tattoo that I plan to remove here in the future, and Id recommend them to others in need of this type of service.

Super clean office, Haley and Mary are very friendly and answered all questions. I felt very safe with COVID procedures. I’m on my second treatment and it’s going great. Minimal pain during the process. I’m having two tattoos removed, one on my ankle and one on the back of my neck, both have faded significantly!

Everything is always straight forward.I enjoy seeing the results from each session and also the way they explain how to care for the areas that were treated. I’m on session 5 and each time I go in they give me tips on what I could be doing to help recover and get the best results from each session.

Removery is so awesome. This is my 7th visit (stretched out over 2 years) and my tatoo is pretty much gone from the small of my back.It was well worth the wait. The process goes really fast and it gets easier and easier. I am so excited to have my tattoo removed..as I got it over 20 years ago. The facility is clean and the staff members are always personableTo me, its well worth the money and I am very happy with the service.

I researched this “Removery” and many other to removal places before becoming a patient here and I am so glad. I am currently about halfway through my removal process and I have only good things to say. They keep me as comfortable as possible during the process. They are constantly improving their technique. They are very organized with my file and all the pictures and notes that go into it. And of course all the wonderful things you would assume are there as well, spotlessly clean/sanitized, excellent customer service, affordable (but not cheap) and they are professional all across the board. I will post before and after pics once the tattoo is finally gone.

I started my first treatment today on a ring tattoo removal! The women are extremely courteous and nice! They explained everything to me, from how the machine works, how treatments work then answered any questions I had. It is fairly priced considering, and they do have packages to make it cheaper. People coming in have to realize that this isn’t a one trip shop usually though, almost all tattoos take multiple treatments to remove. I will be back to get my next sessions because they are so clean, friendly and professional!

Its very upsetting that every time I go they always change their pricing. EVERY SINGLE TIME for the Pay as you go just stick with 1 pricing. How are you suppose to keep clientele like this. This is so upsetting. Although the personnel is so professional the pricing/financing is awful. The staff said they would only be able to honor the most recent price which was 499 pay as you go for 2 sessions only. (NOT HAPPY) PLEASE DONT GO TO THEM- THIS IS VERY UNFAIR. I will have a consult with a dermatologist instead.

Great customer service. But the only thing I dont like was that she told me it was $2,000 for the package that includes the guarantee. But was charged $2,999!They keep saying theirs nothing that cost $2k and that I heard wrong because they throw a lot of numbers at you. But I only focused on one package and thought $2k was a lot. She did say 2,000, So I was surprised when I got charged more. But whatever, better be guaranteed. I will post before and after when done. Just be careful when they keep throwing numbers at you and repeat them back to them.🤷🏼‍♀️

I researched online for a laser tattoo removal place in Dallas and found a couple. I booked several appointments for the free consultation and my first one was at Eraser Clinic. Since I got there I really liked the place. The ambiance was very friendly, the office space wasn’t very crowded, it all looked very clean, they offered us some snacks, etc. Once I went in for the consultation and got my tattoos measured and the price for the removal, I decided to stop looking for other options and just start the treatment that same day. I am very happy I did. I have just had my first session but it went great. They were very professional while doing it and made me feel confident. They gave me all the items for the post laser care I needed (without having to pay extra for it).I really recommend them!

I have met all three consultants at the Dallas Location, and they are all very helpful. they answered every single question, and even guided me the best route to take to pay for the removal. I have gone to three different clinics in the Plano/Dallas area, and I have to say that my experience here was by far the best. At the previous clinics, I felt like just another person to treat in a long line of customers. I really enjoyed my experience here for a myriad of reasons, but what really made it exceptional was the attitude and professionalism portrayed by the staff. They both call and text to remind you of your appointment, which is great for me! The atmosphere is pleasant: the waiting room is filled with free beverages for customers, and they were playing good music! My consultation was excellent. The clinician told me information about my skin and tattoo which I had never known before, because none of my previous clinicians took the time and care to go through the process thoroughly. I enjoyed their numbing process; far more advanced than other clinics handing you an ice-pack to prepare for the lasers. The clinician was precise and able to complete the process quickly and relatively painlessly. She prepared a little package of bandages and ointment and gave it to me; another nice touch which I had not experienced at previous clinics. All in all, I am very pleased with my visit.
