Reached out about selling our home and never gotten a response. If theyre not interested in buying do they not reach out to say so or is the no response the answer?

Great company, great people. All the people I have dealt with are great, and you can trust they will do what they say.

This company is ridiculous. Their offer was $60,000 less than any other offer I received. They are crooks who just want to steal your home.

Steve was who came to my house. He was up front and honest to me and my wife. He did not pressure us to sell our house to them. Steve was very professional about the whole ordeal.

HomeVestors is a great solution for someone needing to sell their home. I would recommend you at least give them consideration when looking for a solution outside of a realtor. HomeVestors rises to the top in a sea of inexperienced investors.

We are legal heirs/owners to a house they’re buying without our consent from only one of the other owners. They haven’t tried to see if they can get clear title or if the person selling the house is legally able to enter into a contract. What kind of organization is this?

Problems I have experienced seem to be with the title company they use.Not sure why, but they create unnecessary delays impacting the dispursements you are owed.In the early stages, the company was very responsive. However now they have become a black hole.Until the money that was agreed upon is paid out in full, I cannot recommend this company.Update: After speaking with HomeVesters central, it appears progress has been made. My portion of the final dispursement has been issued. Waiting to find out if my wife also received hers.

They keep sending me junk postcards about selling our home (which we purchased within the past 6 months). They dont even have my name correct. We get them almost weekly.

I kept our appointment for 9:00 AM (6/7/19) and waitedfor one hour and ten minutes .. no one from this companyever met nor attempted to contact me.

Recently started working with them and everyone has been very professional.

Sorry place will milk you until they cant milk any longer
