Very disappointed. I’ve been working with Khara Glick & Christina and although they maybe nice, the lack of attention and work ethic is very discomforting. They knew my situation and told me they could help; fast forward a week before my move out date from my apartment they tell me they have nothing available and they have nothing for me. I saw a house I was interested in and they did a very poor job of communicating and found out a week later someone already took it. I had all the paperwork in hand and had my deposit ready. Now I have a week to find something else and they wasted my time I could have used to talk with someone else. 10/10 would not recommend them to anyone.

Mandy Sohal is extremely professional, reliable, and she has intimate knowledge of the market. Thanks to her great negotiating skills, we feel we found a very good home. She was there every step of the way till the home was built (From trips to Design Gallery for picking right features / materials, Checking construction quality and making sure home was built as per the plan). We started a new business in the Dallas area back in Nov. 2019. We planned on coming back and forth between NY and Dallas until the kids finished the school year in NY. Such a great impression was made and from then on, we kept in touch.Fast forward, we decided to make a home purchase and called the “Bulldogs in to assist and represent us in the purchase and glad we did! They took the time to go over everything and made sure the process was went smooth. If I called Judy, she stepped in. If I had to call Mike, he stepped in. Mike even came out to meet my home inspector so I didn’t miss too much work. Just genuinely a great team and wonderful family that treats you as one of their own and makes sure to hold the builders feet to the fire. Make URE Dallas your team and you won’t regret it. I had a great experience from start to finish and enjoyed meeting their CEO Blu Suede.

My business partner and I went to buy our first home and used Ed as our broker. To say it was stressful is an understatement, however Ed made the process and transition as easy and simple as possible and answered all the questions we had. We were a bit difficult to deal with however Ed reassured everything and I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

We had the worst experience with Erin Ramsey Petty. We were the sellers and she represented the buyers of our home. She is clearly inexperienced and made the entire process difficult for everyone involved. We heard about her rudeness from all parties - vendors (we had to do some work on the home), title company, us, and our realtor. Very unprofessional and we hope to never have to come in contact with this woman again. Thanks for making what was already an emotional and stressful event in our lives even worse. Thank goodness we closed despite your every effort to bully us and threaten to tank the deal on multiple occasions. I recommend you avoid her (and probably this broker) at all costs. Im sure shes sugary sweet in her first meeting, but she will be a nightmare the entire process.

Do not send letters to someones home that they own and cherish offering to purchase it. It is rude and intrusive. You place the needs of a customer over the needs of the homeowner. I do not want to be contacted again by Kevin McDonald. If anyone I know asks for a realtor recommendation I’ll know who not to recommend.

Our experience as first time home buyers (closing May 22nd 2018) overall has been a total nightmare. Everything at the beginning was a very smooth process , until post-closing on our new home. My realtor tried her very best and did everything she could within her control to help us but it just wasn’t enough . We hired a referred inspector to evaluate/ inspect the property before we continued the loan process. After reviewing the report from the inspector we had to file and amendment for the seller to fix some plumbing issues and hail damage for missing shingles on the roof from a prior hail storm. After speaking with the roofing company the roof was indeed repaired but seller failed to report a huge defect in the roof that was indeed a preexisting defect. To make a long story short, the inspector failed to file that in his report and seller obviously didn’t disclose that defect to her realtor. On top of that , a final walk through was not scheduled prior to closing. We are not perfect beings and we all make mistakes but these mistakes has cost my husband and I a great deal of hardships. The seller left the property in a total mess. We’ve had to hire a plumber for a valve repair that caused a flood , So we were without water for days. Our realtor hired a professional cleaning service who reported the toilets were so drenched in urine they had to be replaced. A contractor to remove and replace the carpet because it was heavily stained with urine from sellers pet, a contractor to paint the walls due to-its condition. All covered up by furniture, decor’ and wall fixtures during the initial showing and definitely not visible at the time of the initial walk through. This experience as a first time home buyer is the most regrettable decision my husband and I has ever made. I’m assuming everyone got a little to comfortable as we were told by the loan officers they had never seen such a clean credit approval from the underwriter . We were able to close on our home almost 2 weeks early. The total process took a little over a month to complete. Everyone got paid and left us with over 5900 in damages not to include the estimate for roofing repairs. The broker Nick completely blew me off and told me it was nothing he could do for me because the deal was done and that it was nothing in my contract that states the realtor has to walk the property prior to closing. I would NOT recommend this real estate company to anyone , after the hardships my family and I have experienced with this broker . This experience has not only drained me financially but emotionally as well. Please do tons of research before hiring United Real Estate to represent you . I would hate for you to the experience the hardships my family and I have faced.

Just saw a house on Zillow and was interested in taking a look, called realtor and didn’t answer... someone else called me about the house and she told me she’d call him. He called me back.... only knew it was him from the number... I told him we were interested in viewing the house. He asked if we had a realtor or a preapproved letter. When I stated no that we just wanted to see it first, he got snotty and said well how are you going to buy a house if you’re not preapproved, I don’t wanna waste my time.... well we’re not interested in rude customer service and I’ve never had any other realtor ask any of those questions. Assal Aldrei is unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend.
