If you want to sell a property to them be ready for this: promises that funding is in place, stringing you along for months with continuing assurances that funding is in place, then when they have to put actual money down on the deal (always at the last moment) they back out with the explanation that their funding wasnt actually confirmed. This has happened not once but twice, so I guess its the old fool me twice, shame on me lesson.

The most unethical and dishonest group of agents (a Justin Miller, and a Kim Brooks) you may come across in commercial leasing as a tenant.
