Chad is wonderful. He has helped find the right property to buy for my needs and walked me through the entire process. He was very hands on - personally representing me at the property with contractors and closing tasks (appraisal, inspection, etc) when most wont do that. He made it so easy for me to handle everything when my schedule was otherwise very hectic. Chad also helped me on a separate rental property get the right tenants and work out all the contract details with them.
