I have been in the legal and real estate fields for nearly 30 years. I know you see a lot of good and bad online about companies and people are so quick to lend more weight to the bad but Im here to tell you, this is one of the BEST companies to use for all your needs. I found them when I was looking for vendors for a new department at my last firm. They worked out so well, I brought them on when I moved to a new firm. They are the only company that we will ever use. The customer service is wonderful and Carolyn is so great to work with.

They are a rip off, Arthur the owner is rude, I called to get an update, he told me I shouldnt call all the time, I did not know the process. He never explained it to me. They lied about serving the papers. He told me he is a Ginnie from Long Island so I cant out talk him. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY

This review is for ABC Process service, not ABC Legal. I see other people leaving reviews who are obviously confused by the 2... anyway, I wish I had looked them up on Google before using them. 100% wouldnt recommend and will never use again. Ive been waiting for an attempt affidavit for over a month and now I cant bill my client for the attempt the server made. I have called and left messages but the last time I was able to reach someone was on 12/7 when I received the update. It takes 2 seconds to prepare an attempt affidavit - the annoying part is getting it notarized if someone in the office is not a notary but cmon this is just ridiculous. ***UPDATE*** after many calls and emails, I finally received an email from them with what I needed so I changed my rating from 1 to 2 stars

So sad to see all the reviews from the work received from people and they dont pay. Carolyn is manipulated by the husband, we did some work on their roof and never paid the invoice we sent them.The also had an employee that never receive the last pay check. her name is Lupita.Send the invoices to collections to ruin his credit!Malicious people!

DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! They expect you to do the work and they DONT PAY! They stopped answering my husband back. We completed jobs in January and have YET to be paid. When they were talking to my husband they had every excuse why they couldn’t cut a check. We have hired an attorney and will be taking them to court soon. Consider yourself warned! They do not pay!

Do not use this company! We are located in Michigan and back in Jan of 2017 we served some papers for them. As of today we still have not received payment. We have sent several invoices and made several calls to which now they just hang up on us.I see this has been an issue with several others as well!Osborne Process Service, LLC

I do not know why these other companies had problems. I had no problems what so ever. ABC Process Service paid me when and what I asked. Ms. Carolyn Cirillo was a delight to work with.

I hired this company after exchanging a few emails to serve my soon to be ex husband with divorce papers. Initially, company representatives answered my phone calls or emails almost immediately. I faxed them my divorce paperwork. They didnt ask for information about how to locate my ex husband, so I offered his name and address. They did not ask for a photo or any other information about his vehicle, etc. I sent an email after 2 weeks and didnt receive any response. I then called twice. The second time I called I reached someone who told me that she got my earlier message. She wasnt rude, but wasnt apologetic either. She said that my husband had been served with divorce paperwork. She sent me an email confirming this information. Two weeks later, I was still waiting to receive the affidavit to file in court to begin my divorce process. 3 phone calls later, I received another email stating that they made a mistake. They accidentally sent me an email that should have gone to another customer. They said the process server made 4 attempts as promised and they were not able to serve my husband, as he wasnt home or didnt come to the door. I sent them two emails explaining how disappointed I was. For 2 weeks, I believed my husband was served with divorce paperwork, only to find that the company had sent me an email in error. I asked that they make another attempt at serving him, since they made such a big mistake. There was no response from this company. I wouldnt trust this company with completing any important process. I will also be complaining to the BBB, as I had to call repeatedly to just learn that they didnt do what they had told me they did.

OTHER PROCESS SERVERS: Do not take papers from ABC unless you get paid upfront. Being in the same business you think theyd take care of their own, not the case. You serve their papers and they dont pay colleagues. I wonder how they treat their customers?*Edit* They ended up paying me a Year later but only because they needed my services. I got the money owed plus ALL late fees and paid upfront for the service they needed. On a side note their customer ended up calling me because ABC messed up their paperwork so they had to refile. I showed the customer my work and how I had everything in on time. They were happy I took over.

Completed a job for them on July 12, 2019. Have sent multiple invoices and phone calls. Keep telling us they will take care of it but here it is October 2019 and still no payment. Stay far, far away from these guys. Read the reviews. THEY DO NOT PAY!

We accepted a job in February of 2018 and it was completed the same month. We invoiced on February 16th and still have not gotten paid even after repeated contact with Carolyn and Alejandra. I have emailed and called and keep getting the run around. Not sure if they are having money troubles, but definitely do not serve or do any business with them as they could not even pay a $50 invoice that has now accrued late fees for months with still no solution in sight.

Did not complete the job. After repeated calls and emails on our part to ABC to find out if service had been completed, the persons who answered the phone stated everything from its too far away to I will have to try to call the server., we dont know if they served the papers. They never could answer any questions. They never knew the status of the service. Today all of a sudden they could not complete. I do not feel they are reputable. They are rude, unprofessional, appear to just take monies and not complete the work they are paid to do. I would advise going with a more reputable company for your process service needs.

I am an attorney in Dallas and have used ABC Process Service on numerous occasions. Arthur and the support staff are fast, professional, and most importantly-- pros at serving lawsuits! I will absolutely be using them in the future.

We have done jobs for them and have never been paid. DO NOT do work for them without getting prepayment. You will NEVER get your money. Carolyn will lie and say shes going to pay, but doesnt. BEWARE!

Been 2 months. Still have not been paid.I have messaged, called, emailed... every time they say oh well pay today... nothing.These folks are lying garbage who pretends to be someone and something they are not.** 8 months later. The owner has blocked me, the company wont repond to emails.Complete and utter dirtbags

As a process server, STAY AWAY from this SCAM. No matter how prompt and efficient you are, they will never process your proofs on time, therefore you will not be paid, not to mention they only pay $25 per completed serve. They never read your emails when it comes to serve issues. They never read your comments you post on their app after you make an attempt. I am actually considering seeking legal help because they have never paid for the serves I have completed. And most definitely I would not recommend Dallas law firms and attorneys use ABC legal to perform serves.

I had to contact the process server myself, and found out they were lying about all contact they had with me. The process server had done his job 3 months before they got back to me!!!! Needed to serve someone in the Houston area from out of state. Sent everything to them weeks before court. Noncommunicative and claims to have attempted service, but wont return the certificate of service despite multiple requests and replies saying well send it today. Attorneys: stay away from this company if you need someone served in any semblance of time.

They contacted me on the 11th of Sept 2019 and needed someone served today or tomorrow - I gave them my fee - completed the job the next day. Had to prompt them for the paperwork they requested to write up, they finally got that to me a week later. They sent me an incomplete ROS, (I noticed after I signed and sent back) so I looked them up and found all of these horrible reviews. I decided not to call and see how they handled this. 10 days later they called wanting me to sign a corrected version of their ROS. I asked them for payment before I sign, which to date neither has taken place. Almost two weeks later, and still no resolution. Im certain their client is not happy. **I CAN EDIT THIS REVIEW ANYTIME AND WILL WHEN THIS IS OVER**

I performed a process service for this company. It has been over a month and I have not received payment. I have sent several e-mails and spoke with the owner personally today. He was very short and it seemed as if I was bothering him. I already did the work and the reason the court case proceeded was because of the service I did. I will not be doing any more services for this company. Poor customer service is an understatement.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!!!!I won my case in court and did everything correct in getting my money, these people never served the defendant properly and I lost thousand of dollars because of them, and now they wont return my phone my calls.Arthur decided to email me back instead of calling me. I wrote to him and stated if I did not recieve a phone call from him, that my attorney would be all over the case, and take him to court.He replied to me by email and said I threatened him.. Lol all I wanted was a phone call, and he hid behind an email. Unlicensed, unprofessional, and rude. I requested to cancel service before they did ANYTHING and was charged a $50 administrative fee. Arthur is confrontational, unwilling to listen, and spoke over me. This is a shady guy and a shady company. DO NOT USE ABC Process SERVICE!!!!!

Slow in paying their invoices.

I have process served for this company in the past. They do not pay and if you do a job without having the check in your hand you are high risk for not getting paid and will have to fight for it. They will tell you the check is in the mail and not send it or not pay their invoices.

I dont know if this place is worth the money because their processing server is so slow that at the end of the day you are risking to reset your court case because they do not tell you exactly the date you will get all your documents either process directly or for a pickup,,it is awful and i do not think it is a good idea to process anything with them..go somewhere else if u want your documents do be done on a timely manner...
