I have been making pick up orders and the last four times it has been canceled with no explanation so I went to the store I saw the stuff and I placed the order I went outside wait it then I got a text message that my order has been canceled I want to know why

I pass this store everyday on my way home. I have stopped here at least 3 to 4 times a week for the last 4 years. I complied with the mask requirements for over a year even when I didnt agree & there is no scientific evidence that a cloth mask works to prevent the virus. Continuing to force customers to wear an ineffective mask will only drive more people away & do nothing productive for anyones health.

Oh my God this place... If possible Id give negative 4 stars. The only thing that saves them from minus 5 is the new cashier help if more helpful and customer friendly. Management is lazy and rude, items are priced wrong or shelves in the wrong place. This place is just an annoying scab that wont heal no matter what medication you use (Managers)

They have a manger who is HUDGE and scary. Hes stopped 37 beer runs this month..all convicted heard he even has 3 kills.

This was my 1st time in this particular store so it wasnt easy to find what l was looking for. Something didnt quite seem right with some fully stocked isles & one hardly had items at all. So maybe its being rearranged. The clerk was courteous. It wasnt busy, but overall okay.

Average store...there is a Hispanic employee there that cant speak one word of English and then shes on the register to make matters worse...

This product cleans and removed stains.I love this company! They have great prices and even great on sale. This store helped my family and our community after hurricane Harvey with very very low price to people who lost everything in Bloomington Tx. Thank You. The store always have everything we need even for our pets from dog food to cat food and litter.

Came in today and nothing is stocked! Literally most of the shelves are empty...I asked the girl we’re they closing and she said “no there stocking”. This store as the potential to be great but lacks good help.

This place has the best prices. I go every week at least twice. They beat family dollar by far. I stopped going to family dollar ten years now. Dollar General has the best prices. Best staff andf best products

The black lady cashier was so rude didnt help me with the shopping cart was stuck she rushed me in line was rude again.didnt call another cashier to help move the line faster.i will never go back to this store if she is there... There needs to be customer service training for your cashier....Im going down to family Dollar instead...they care about people treat us better.......thank you for listening manager......😉

Clean and organized and helfpfull staff

Look very good, they were in the midth of re-stocking after a recent re-modleing this was first day opening since the remodeling, much disarray, however I was pleased and impressed with the changes and the customer service was awesome. Keep up the good work!

Please EMPLOYEES, stack everything so it can look nice and organize because its a f- mess. Not to be disrespectful, it just frustrates me walking around and seeing stuff in the floor. Jeez

Cashier didnt smile didnt want to do customer report or job duties gave me a hard time punching wrong things on cashier and didnt give my change back or receipt acted like personally she doesnt do no wrong and instead tried to treat the customer did a nuisance bad thing I figure for that certain group of employees dealing with customer service

Everything you need and convenient.

Needs to Get there act together clean up the shelfs. Stop letting the place look trashy. I should not find dig food cans in the people food. Or random things not were they belong. They dont care about their store.

Didnt have what I wanted

My shopping experience was no different than any other Dollar General. The one thing that did negatively affect my shopping was the fact that they placed the bathroom of limit to the public.

Nice store, clean and very cheerful, helpful workers.

They close & lock the doors 10 mins til 8. If youre in the store they start at 7:45 announcing they will be closing in 5 mins. They are even rude to say we need everyone to hurry up or they wont be able to check out in 5 mins. Usually the items on the shelf are expired. I always have to check them. I picked up a twix at the counter & they were expired since May. The whole box. This includes drinks & canned goods. For some of us this is the closest store beside the family dollar. Not everyone has a car to drive down the highway to Walmart.

Normal and ghetto, it didnt feel extra bad or anything but if you look out of place. Then your out of place lol. Lock up your car.

The one at the edge of the cliff

I went to the location on West kiest in oak Cliff right before you get to loop 12. At this store as I walked in there was a man walking out of the store stealing some laundry soap and beer. The cashier just threw her arms up as if she did not care and she said Im not even trying to see what type of vehicle he was getting in or if you walked away or anyting.

Very good customer service! Every employee Ive encountered has been helpful and friendly.

Service was all right.They dont usually go out of there way to greet the customers though. I can usually find what i need and get out quick ; thats if i can maneuver through the crowded isles and thats an understatement!

Worst store Ive ever been in. Customer service is always bad. Always an issue when trying to use digital coupons or regular coupons. Prices are not correct on items and staff gets mad at you when you tell them its the wrong price. This DG on Kiest is the worst. Ill drive an extra 10 miles from now on just to get good customer service

$25 dollars spent later, when I only needed brillo pads. Found them center left back isle easy peasy. But finding the cooler stargically placed I found the potassium supplement in a trail mix. Then the Eckerige Sausage and peanut butter snacks.I suddenly remember a honey do ( moving boxes) the CSO was quick ablige. Lunch and more on the way home to my lady smile.Tks $Tree @ Kiest near AAFES in 2 no. Time...

Quit empty. Been there several times hardly any customers. But there were hardly any household supplies there.

The ty are always welcoming and attentive. I compared my treatment and services between Dollar General on kiest and the Family Dollar in kieat, let me tell you I will not step foot in another Family Dollar. I was treated like a henderance and nuisance. Also getting my items packed lighter in more bags was like pulling teeth and I still left with over weighed bags . Doller General is my store and I do recommend them to emy friends and family

Its 9:08am I been waiting here since a little before 8:00am , (the time they should be open) yet no sign of anyone being in there.

This store is so horrible the manager Tony was so rude he screamed at me entering the store stating you only have a few minutes to shop make it snappy that is no way to talk to a customer then i told him i would report him for closing too early he said go ahead im assistabt manager aint nothing they gone do to me .i will shop elsewhere if this is the type of behavior that is upheld
