Havent been here and forever and I went in with remembering their good service. Got everything done by Sandy. She did excellent on my toes and eyebrows; however she is not the one for nails. Too much acrylic and doesnt know how to shape very well. It must have been her 1st time! Practice please.

I was not happy with the young lady doing my nails and I was ready to leave and go somewhere else. However, she asked me to stay and I am glad I did. Gina took over and she was Great! My toes look and feel Great! Thank you Gina!!!

Loved it and my favorite nail tech from Mesquite? (John)works there. He was good in Mesquite but he is awesome now.

Came in late Sunday, not too bad of a wait considering how busy they were. Great service, I love how I didnt feel rushed even though it was close to closing time. Will return!

Overall experience was nice, very relaxing. My pedicure was lovely and my nails were decent. I wish the acrylic was filed and shaped a little better. Two of my fingers are cut from the harsh drilling on my cuticles. But again it was an lovely experience overall.

If I could give a 0 I would. She lied and said I was getting $5 discount because she knew messed my feet up. Just don’t go there, they can’t paint to save they lives. Don’t even waste your time nor money. Took hours just for my feet to look ugly. Never again.!!

Arrived for appointment 15 minutes early, waited for 20 minutes before foot bath was started and still waiting on services to begin. Been coming here since the first week they opened. Will not be coming back after today.

Normally not one to leave reviews on any site but felt to in this case. I got here around 1pm needing a nail take off and full set. It was only 2 people that could do nails and the rest only did toes. After waiting for an hour 2 hours it was finally my turn and the guy set me down while I soaked my nails and went to work on someone else who came in after me did her full set and left me. HORRIBLE

THEY DONT RESERVE STAR THEY ARE EXPESIVE THEY CHAGE ME $100.00 FOR TRAING, I COUDLNT DO NOTHING WHEN I WENT HOME I REMOVED IT THE NEXT WITH HALF OF MY NAILS. AND THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY.

Linda was amazing! She got every cuticle, hangnail, etc. Plus the message she gave me nearly put me to sleep. The attention to my pedicure was impecable. Never been here for a manicure, but I’ll definitely be back for a pedicure in the future.

Great place. I love Tracy and Linda. They both do an awesome job on my Mani and pedi. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. They really care about their customers and give them the very best care and service. My gel manicures never peel before I return which is a first for me before with other salons they did. If you want a relaxing quality experience book Linda and Tracy.

They took me as a walk-in, gave me exactly the design I wanted, and took the time to make it perfect. I’ll definitely be getting my nails done here from now on :)

I paid $50 to get dip nails, coffin shape. The guy that did my nails only did 3 layers, my nails were so thin and had no apex whatsoever. Within 3 days, 2 of my nails broke taking half my actual finger nails. And by the end of 8 days I ended up with 3 broken and ripped off finger nails. So so painful. Now I have to wait for my nails to grow back before I can get them done again. Bad first experience here.

Good service and very professional

They staff is really nice, the work is decent but not for what you pay. When I first got there I told them I wanted acrylic and get and ask how much it would be. The lady told me 30 so I went ahead with the service only for her to end up charging me 50. The work was definitely not worth 50. Go to Hawaiian nail bar instead.

This is my neighborhood nail spa and has been my favorite place for years. I used to switch around, but I came to realize that my nails looked better and lasted longer when I had them done here. Anna and Tony are the owners and they are lovely, as are Queenie, Linda and the others who work there. Highly recommend this very clean and welcoming salon!

I’ve been getting nails done constantly for three years and never experienced a nail job this horrendous. I feel bad leaving a review because Casey was so nice, but I’m honestly mad I paid for this and left a 20% tip. I unfortunately was in a rush and didn’t feel or look hard enough at my nails before leaving. I was upset about being cut twice but that happens. Once I actually inspected nails I realized every nail was bumpy, there was discoloration on two nails, and one nail literarily looks crooked from how big of a bump of dip was left.As soon as she began taking of my nails with the grinder, she cute me pretty badly with the grinder. She was very apologetic but still... I felt the entire time she was in a rush and not gentle or paying attention at all. She seemed very frazzled. Once she got to applying the white dip before the blue dip color, she starts using a very clumpy clear polish. It was so sticky and clumpy she used a napkin every time to clean off the polish from the nail brush. When putting on the blue powder then, there was clumps on the nail and she just kinda pulled them off. It looked terrible and I was pretty worried at that point. Eventually some other ladies brought a replacement polish but she continued to use the only clumpy sticky brush and nothing improved. Then when shaping one of my nails, she cut into my skin with a nail file. This happened to be the same nail that looks crooked from a lard bump/not smoothed dip. At the end she used the same clumpy clear coat, which has made the nails look very weird.I was in a rush to leave to get stuff at Platos and just wanted out by that time cause I was annoyed by the cuts. Once I was driving home already 15 minutes away I realized the large bump, and bumpy non smooth surface to every single nail. I have had a few nail salons that cut me pretty bad but the nail job was at least decent. I will never return here. I wish I would’ve noticed how bad and not pay for such a horrible job. I would’ve demanded them be redone at least by someone else.

The worse experience ever, do not come!!!first i get my nose get waxed right here not as i wantthe lady did on me, putting a super hurt on my nose, i just kept my right eye in tears, for like 15 minutes, she only got a little hair outside while there a lot jungle inside my nose. she only REPLIED ME THAT FIRST TIME SHE TRIED TO GET IT DONE VERY DEEP INSIDE THE NOSE and that questioned me why she has the licenseIF you want your nose getting wax very well, you should come to another place.just because today i was close to the shopping center at Platos closet, i decided to try this place. But not any ever from now.More information, i go NAIL LUA in uptown Dallas (in Cedar springs), they do amazing job!!!

After making the rounds to several nail salons in LH following the sale of Hollywood Nails to Win Nails at Abrams and Royal, I have finally found my new home. Despite the less-than-glowing reviews on NextDoor about Win, I gave them a try this morning and was completely blown away by the quality, staff, and cleanliness of this renovated salon. Ana and Tony, owners of Hollywood, set high standards and were a tough act to follow for this loyal customer. Major kudos to Jaycee, Linda, Kim and Li for welcoming me (and my hubby) back with open arms and spectacular service.

Worst decision I made to come in here. Im leaving with cuts and grooves in my nails. The lady had the drills up too high and cut my hand repeatedly. Not only that, she tried to tell me she didnt cut my hand. The worst was when she filed my nail down with the drill and cut down to the meat under my nail and the drill bounced off my nail and cut all the natural length off.The dip nails she did are thick and uneven. Awful choice.

This place is really nice looking. My lady was also nice and took her time with me to make sure my nails were in good shape.

Walked in and saw 4 workers (all sitting in chairs eating/talking.) there was 2 customers already there pretty much done. They asked what i wanted I said pink and white nails mind you this lady is still sitting in the chair. And she said she was really tired and could I come back tomarrow and that they open at 9. I walked in at 4:15 on a wed. And they didnt even close till 8 . Such a nice place for such poor customer service . Looks can be deceiving

Never going to this nail salon, they were friendly but they don’t do nail art properly, so bad that one hand was looking different from my other hand. They even charged me $50 for it. I’ll recommend not going there.

Linda has been my go to person for years.

The only complaint I have is that when I asked one of the ladies to fix my nail polish. She didnt bother to use the polish remover, just used her hand to wipe it off. With bits of the old polish still on It she painted over It. It was a mess. I then waited around and asked another lady to fix it and she went above and beyond. For the most part the staff are friendly and professional.

2 hours later and my nails don’t look anything close to the picture...

I really love this place but the newer lady that it is there that did mu nails didnt listen to what I wanted and when I came back she kept cutting me with the drill and glued my skin to the nail its awful:/
