It was my first time and it was a very good experience. Tiffany is amazing with her nail game...I recommend them.

This is by far the best place Ive gone to, to get my nails & a pedicure done. Not only is the salon very clean every time I am there, but the staff is by far better than any other nail salon Ive gone to. They take their time and do a wonderful job on my nails & feet. My nails always looked awesome & my feet always feel refreshing!!! I can honestly say every time I leave this salon I am consistently happy with the quality of service I am provided by each & every staff member. Their work ethic is top notch and they definitely know how to make customers feel at home. Yes you have to make an appt, but its well worth it.

I treated my mom there April 28th for her 60th birthday, she did the dip powder (that they recommended might I add) we had her birthday party the next day, the night of her party one nail had already came off .. I took her back up there on Monday (as she does not drive) for them to replace the nail.. the nail tech fixed it.. no problem.. 2 days later that Wednesday a different nail pops off (this is their $30 dip powder) she went herself and had them replace that one... by the time we hit Friday A DIFFERENT NAIL POPS OFF and these are not the nails that have been replaced already these are apart of the set that was done on April 28th... I go in there with her on Friday and explain to the guy how frustrating it is he pointed in the direction of a seat gesturing for my mom to have a seat and he took care of everyone else waiting in line (Im assuming b/c he knew he wasnt going to make a profit from my mom, he eventually fixed it after we waited 30 minutes)... but my mom stated she did not want to go back... they are not friendly all they want is your money your comfort and satisfaction comes secondary...needless to say we bought a bottle of super glue from Dollar Tree to try and hold her over until I get paid this week because I went back to complain last Friday (b/c my mom only has 6 nails on at this point and it was supposed to be my birthday present to her) and the guy said come back next week cause then it will be 3 weeks we can give her another set for $30! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! unless you just dont care where you go and just want your nails done... not sure how long they will last though. Here is a picture of today.. and it has not been the three weeks yet that the nail tech suggested.. yes you only see 2 nails still on her hand. Oh and my mom is retired so does no hard labor...

I gave him a 3 star because I had to go back to get my nails done but their customer service was good but I still wasnt very happy with my nails but over all the experience is OK

I asked for a simple American manicure, no one knew what I was talking about they kept saying... dip, dip, you want dip... No, just an American Manicure.. is it just me 🤔. Then the pedicure was so harsh and uncomfortable. I wouldnt even let them do my nails. The attitudes were horrible. Nope they will never see a dime of my hard earned funds every again. 😠

First time coming here and they did amazing! Will be returning!

I have been getting my nails done for nearly 30 years and I have to say this was the best experience I have had in a very long time... Norris took the extra time to show me samples of the colors that I wanted on the naill so I would be able to decide which one to use... Very very pleased... I have definitely found me a new salon that I will be using from now on... Thanks so much...

Owner has the worst attitude. They changed the prices and when I would ask for changes he would slam the bottle. I don’t understand why these salons feel as though you can’t ask for a changes without acting like you are a nuisance. I come to nail salons for peace of mind and an experience. Close your salon if you don’t want customers to enjoy the experience.Between them saying it’s $40 then the owner saying $45 means he is simply charging based upon his mood and not set prices. If you can’t wait until Monday to go to an open salon, don’t go here on Sunday just because it’s open.

I went in on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy but so worth it! The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness and well organized shop. Everyone in there is so friendly. I didnt ask for the name of the guy that did my Pedicure but he was so attentive and very detailed. I had the best spa pedicure. After that I did wait a little longer to get my acrylic nails but it was amazing in the end. I got my chrome nails for the first time and Norris was incredible. I have been to many nail salons and I can say I have found my spot. Although I do recommend visiting during the week to avoid wait time. ❤

Please read. Staff kicked me and my Mother out because they were closing and did not want to finish her nails. Then called the police and said we were trying to leave without paying. Thank God there were witnesses. Do not recommend.

I went in on a Wednesday morning for a gel paint manicure and a spa pedicure. There was only 1 other customer being worked on so I was seated immediately. One guy did my manicure while one of the women did my pedicure....up until a certain point when the woman who spoke the best English made the lady doing my pedicure stop before painting my toenails. The guy had already finished. It was an okay manicure. So the woman that spoke English took over the gel polish. One nail had an air bubble. She kept painting over it to try and fix it and consequently had to apply multiple layers to my other nails to keep the color consistent. She later painted white tips on my toes. The quality was not that great. The gel polish lasted about 18 hours before I noticed peeling. By day 3, I had 5 nails whose gel polish had peeled. And the woman who painted them claimed the gel had the be removed with special acetone. Waste of $60.

If I could do no stars I would! I was a regular customer just got back in town and wanted a full set for Easter. Simply stated I don’t want to go over 35$ which was my budget. Asked about gel nails and he said 47 with design. Stated again budget 35 what’s in my budget then the guy went off saying I rode in a bmw and can’t afford 47$ I was like excuse me sir I don’t have a bmw and he kept going on and on about how people drive nice cars but can’t afford this or that I was completely took by surprise I will never go back

First time here and I think I may have just found my nail shop! It was great atmosphere and Norris did an amazing job on my nails! Prices are very reasonable!!! I definitely will be returning back!!!:)

C Dallas nails is Awesome!!! On my big toe nails I get Acrylic on them I have been getting petti cures for over 15 years and I have never had a nail Tech as Good as Amy C Dallas get a 10 plus from me😘🙏🏾😇🙋🏽‍♀️

Ive been coming to c Dallas for a while now. Over the span of 7mo now. Every time I get a pedicure and a new set. They have excellent service and I just had gotten the best ped Ive had as far as the massage part and actually taking care of my feet. They have new chairs and really great promotions. I am excited to see a place evolve as they have. Very pleased and will continue to be a customer!

I went there the other day and came in at 2pm. They had me sit for an hour & a half and the other employee ain’t bother to get started on my nails. I showed them a simple photo of how I wanted my nails and they did it their way! My nails weren’t filed right, they’re bulky and not smooth and I left there at 5pm. The lady and the man both caught an attitude with me cuhz she messed them up and I told her that’s not how I wanted it & he got mad at me cuhz he wasn’t planning on fixing it n I asked him to. The lady had the edge of my finger bleeding going around my cuticles & so was my moms. I don’t see how u can get mad at your customers & have poor customer service when they’re the ones paying u.

First time getting my nails done. Got a manicure with white tip color. The person that did my nails messed them up and I was about to leave. As I was waiting for my mom to finish the manager (norris) looked at my nails and corrected them. Norris did an awesome job and definitely am going back!

Manager is rude. I will take my business elsewhere to someone who knows how to show proper customer service. The place is always empty. Now I see why.

Their customer service is horrible. He had me sitting for maybe over a hour and then when it was time to get my nails done he told me he didn’t have anytime to do my nails and sent me to another one of his workers whose work I had never seen beforehand.HORRIBLE I will never go back

I went to a valentines set and was told it was $60 then at check out she says $75 because she added extra diamonds??? I didn’t ask nor did she tell me she was going to add. Well it’s been 5 days and 2 nails already came off and the others are lifting. Worst place everrrrr. I do not recommend anyone to go here.

Came here while I was visiting. My biggest complaint is the lady RUINED my eyebrows. I asked her to simply clean them up and she cut, waxed, and plucked them VERY thinly. Im so upset.AND The man rushed on my nails and they HURT bad. 😣☹️ I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone!!!!!!!! DO NOT waste your time or money.

I went in for a fill-in on Monday, I got dipping powder with just my natural nails, they looked terrible. Then I got gel polish because their nail polishes are old, colors out of date. As soon as I got home I noticed my polish started peeling of my whole nail at one time. I went back on Tuesday they were closed, but said that they are open until 8 Monday-Saturday. So today Wednesday, I went back and showed her how the gel polish came off, she re-polished my nails, wouldnt you know its peeling off. I would not recommend this nail salon to no one.

The woman who did my mani/pedi was terrible. Im a stickler for a good pedicure and it just wasnt a good experience for me. She cut me multiple times on both my hands and feet. Filed my nails into a crooked slope. Prices are average but I wont be going back

They don’t do their job right ! I went to get a pedicure so they could take my dead skin off and it wasn’t taken off completely ! I went the next day to tell them if they can take the rest of the dead skin off and all they said is they couldnt leave it like a baby’s butt ! Don’t come here !!!
