They’re so careless. They have the package and they don’t want to check the inventory. They shut the door on our face. My friends wedding clothes were in the package. The on call customer service said they have the package. But these people just ignored and walked away. We kept waiting for a whole day. The worst service center I’ve ever been to.

Was expecting a delivery of medication that was needed for an appointment next day. Tracking and customer service rep advised that they tried a delivery 3x but I work from home and have a ring doorbell and there was no delivery attempt. They advised me they would rush the request and call back but never did. When I called the second time I was told it was available for pick up at the distro center and they were open now (7pm) until 830. When I arrived it was 7:31 and they close at 7:30 and do not open back up for will-call until 8pm, so now I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting for the office to open back up. This has been such a waste of time.

Customer support on phone was rude & doesnt care about their customers. After tracking a package I called & stated I wanted to pick up MY package a day early because I am off work & have the ability to do so I was told I couldnt do that & the package HAS to be delivered. UPS rep confirmed package was at facility but knowone available to release MY own package to me. So in the future I will actually pay a little extra money to NOT have UPS deliver my packages & will specifically ask they be delivered by someone else.

Was advised my package was at the location for pickup. The rep took my tracking number and said she’d get package. 20 minutes later asked me if it was a “high value” package. I told he it should be but isn’t that info in your data. She stated no one was there who had access to the high value area but she notified someone to come and let her in to the area. 20 minutes later she said she is going to the other location to get the person with access (she was trying hard). I am then told by another employee that it would be a while till she reurnrs and she would call me. I said that’s fine. Left at 11:15am. It’s 1:30pm and no contact. Thought I’d call and ask about status. Dialed the number and wrestled with the voicemail system before ( after third attempt) getting a rep somewhere else on the planet besides where I called. The resulting phone call was ludicrous. She told me the package was there (I knew that). She said I could pick it up ( I told her I was there already and just needed verification it was ready for me to return) She then said they would start an investigation for a lost package. I said that is premature… if the package is not located then we can start that. I asked if there was any way in Gods earth I could dial a number to the facility that is listed and actually get that location. She says “ this is customer service”. No… no it’s not.

It’s the worst service, even if you are full day in home and waiting for package…they will simply change status as receiver asked to held at center and ask us to pick up…even if you call customer care they will say some body from facility will call and fix the issue but no body will call even after you contacting customer care 5 times…i never had any issue in other ups center… worst service

One of the worst UPS customer service, because of them my marriage was cancelled. 25th August 6.00 AM is my wedding and the package haa to be delivered by 7.00 PM on 24th with the wedding clothes and now they delayed to 25th 7.00 PM. I called the on call customer care people and they holded the package and went to this customer service center but the people here was closing and they didn’t handed my package because of these people my marriage got cancelled. I called to oncall customer service people and ask the persons here to talk they didn’t even responded and shut the door on face. These people should get punished seriously. I really want to curse them because of the things they did to me. Trust on UPS is lost

With the inclement weather this week I’m certain that it is difficult for UPS. This location hasn’t been open since Monday with no public notification or signage stating that they are closed or when they plan to reopen. The UPS HR office that is in the same building has been open all week but the customer center hasn’t. I’ve called the ups customer service line four times now and I was told that the cc center was open and that I can go pick up my package. It is a 20 minute drive in good conditions and 45 minutes in the snow. I made that drive only to find that the cc center was locked and nobody was around. I completely understand these are unprecedented times in Texas, but I need some sort of communication from the facility on what to do. I will say that my most recent phone call to customer service yielded some results and the agent was very pleasant and attempted to resolve my problem. She opened a case and referred it to her supervisor who has since called me back letting me know that he can’t make contact with anyone at the cc center either. He’s going to call back this afternoon and he said he will follow up with me. I just need to determine what my options are for retrieving my package. It’s a new computer that I need to do any with this week. Overall very disappointed with UPS on this. It’s making me rethink my current relationship with the company.

Horrible experience. I have been told since last Thursday after the weather ended that my package would be delivered. There is no sense of urgency. Only one gentleman I believe a manager called me 2x. He basically stated a truck driver didn’t want to search the vehicle because he had too many packages. He said my area was later in day. So I sat home all day for my package, no package arrived. I appreciate the manager supposedly looking. But your #1 job is to know where my package is. It’s been a beyond stressful and not well taken care of situation. There should be Channel’s for this. If one person can’t figure it out it must go to next level. Business owners are heavily impacted when a package takes over 4 business days once the weather ended. I am a very understanding individual, but this has not been well taken care of. I expect so much more from UPS.

Horrible service. Lost two packages in 1 month. Never answer the phone at the site.Nobody communicates well on what is happening with packages and everyone seems confused.Simple jobs are made complicated and takes multiple calls and multiple conversations with being on the phone for hours to get one job done.They use to be better. I see multiple posts about items being stolen at this location. Given my last two items disappearing I have a feeling this is true.Over 7 hours of calls and issue was never resolved. They kept saying package will be delivered the same day and that never happened.Update - Have lost more than 15 packages and driver seems to be the culprit

Is there any way I can give a 0 star rating to this location. If the people working here doesn’t know how to handle the service they can shut this store and can join with homeless people. We are the customers and we actually paying for our packages and the people working here are total waste. I keep writing reviews to this location untill they closed this location or higher management replaces the people who are working should be replaced

Horrible experience. The lady at the pick up counter has the worst attitude and gave me horrible information. Ill never use UPS for my priority shipping EVER AGAIN. Rudest people from the phone to in person communications. I tracked a package and was told to drive across 2 counties to pick up my package that was ON A TRUCK. We had package delivered to our office. We are staffed from 8-5, Monday through Friday. They were supposed to deliver a package today but they said we were not in office. My cameras show other wise. They did not knock on the door. They placed a sticker and left. Horrible service. Their employees do not care about their job and have no pride.

I was rushing last minute and just forgot to get my mask. I know I cant enter without a mask but I didnt have one at that moment, so I covered my face (including my nose ) with my tshirt. One employee yelled at me( literally ) in front of everyone with a very disrespectful and humiliating way. He told me to get out. Thats fine !So Im denied service. Its OK technically I am wrong, but had no intention to violate their rules. And a person, a human, can always warn another human being with respect. If I dont have the right to enter without a mask, they dont have the right to shout at me, humiliate me. He could simply tell Sir you cant enter without a mask here thats it !Theres no need to yell to customers, such an unprofessional management!

Its been over 2 weeks and I have yet to receive my package. Every time I call someone from a different country answers telling me someone will give me call but not one calls me. Started a claim and have not received any answer from UPS. This has been a terrible experience.

So upset i woke up at 6am to schedule a package pickup for my order, and Im here its 10:09am and i get a notification its out for delivery i dont think thats right they had 4 hours and they couldnt hold my package when I called for pickup the customer care said they will call me in a hour they never did or to at least let me know, i wasted my gas and my time to drive all the way over here for nothing worst service ever honestly i mean i did pay for my service and my opinion for a pickup.

Upon arrival I was told that my package was not here and that the driver would have to be contacted to confirm package location. Long story short, Rodriguez went the extra mile to physically take 30 minutes to look for my package, and guess what? He found it. Thankful for good customer service for a change.

Order was out for delivery sat I was even following the live truck follwing the route never got here mondays comes nothing so I called monday evening was told to just pick it up it would be easier I get here after work an they cant find or know where the package is. Its very unfortunate how UPS handled my situation, and it was very frustrating to not be helped by the people put in a supervisor position. If people dont want to do there jobs then dont work here. I was supposed to have a packaged delivered since Monday. I received a notification that the address may need to be corrected I called same day I was notified and was told theyd correct this and my package would be delivered next day. For the last 3 days I had to called and talk to maybe 6 different people to tell them the same thing and for them to tell me over and over this would be corrected. It escalated to the supervisor who wanted to tell me why my package wasnt being delivered. I already knew why and thats why I called to correct the issue, but they did not care of course. At the end of the conversation she confirmed if I wanted to picked up or have it redelivered. I said redelivered. This was as of yesterday afternoon. Then that same evening I receive a notification saying my package was being sent back to the sender. So all that frustration for the supervisor to not care and send back my package after her herself confirmed shed update the address and redeliver my package. How sad to be in a situation where no one wanted to help you or have people not do a simple thing thats part of their job.

I was supposed to receive a package today. It was packed in two boxes, but all part of the same shipment. One box came, the other box didnt. I called. All of a sudden, the second box had a separate tracking # and was still out for delivery. They have said they give themselves until 9 PM to make a delivery. The problem is, how can the guy make a delivery to me if he has been parked at this location since before 7 PM and it is near nine now. Somehow, I dont think Im going to get the other part of my package before 9PM tonight.

They dont take serious the pandemic at this location .. dropped a package on 11-17-20 around 11:35 so I had to wear a face shield and when I got inside one of the woman start laughing when she saw me wearing a face shield then she try to change the reason why she laughed for persons like this the pandemic is getting worse im sure she is the one who dont wear mask .she wears mask because probably thats a UPS rule. I hope superviser do something about it.

I used to work here a couple months back and my now my package is saying delayed due to inclement weather when Ik we’ll back then no matter what the weather was we were always working loading up trucks...I don’t see what’s the problem now why y’all can’t deliver packages when there is currently no bad weather.

Ive lived in this part of Dallas for two decades. Ive used this UPS Center repeatedly at different times of the year when lines were long and sometimes nonexistent. Its always a pleasant experience. Ill recount to you that I once came across a full sized electronic keyboard - all 88 keys - that I purchased for my niece without forethought as to how to get it to her. When I stopped at this UPS for their suggestions to my problem, they helped me pack the piano safely with materials others had discarded and charged me only for the shipping. The piano arrived in perfect condition. This is the first opportunity Ive had to relate my experience to anyone since that day about four-years ago. I cannot think of any other carrier that I feel so comfortable using. An easy five stars for about twenty years of service. Thank You.

Ordered using 3-day shipping. Delivery scheduled 10/24 cancelled due to weather. Delivery 10/25 delivery driver did not knock on door. Called customer service after noticing shipment listed as unsigned for online. Work 5AM-5PM in Plano on Mondays so delivery Monday would not work. Asked customer service to hold at nearest UPS which is this location. Order was for my birthday to celebrate late with friends.Was told they would call me within an hour with a time for pickup. No call received. No phone number listed for facility. Drove to location. Small entry room locked off from building with no receptionist. Picked up phone labeled to talk to unviewable receptionist. Nobody answered within 15 minutes of ringing. Called customer service again. Nothing they can do to help. Avoid this location for pick-up at ALL costs. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.Also, closed at 5:30 on 10/25 even though listed close time is 7:30?

So I followed Google maps directions and it. Took me DIRECTLY to the front door where as at the top of the wall says Customer Center in big brown lettering with a large UPS symbol. Door and front were painfully obvious even if you were nearly blind.The 2 ladies that I interacted with here were exceptionally friendly and had smiles on their faces. I loved interacting with them and even though it was a 30 minute drive to get here due to morning rush hour, it was a pleasant experience.

Driver failed to make an effort to deliver package to my location. 24 hour security officers on staff and people waiting for him to arrive but he never showed up. Customer Center was supposed to have package at will call for same day pickup but the driver never took it off his truck and left for the day. Customer service said they would not deliver Saturday the next day. Needed marketing materials for an event the next morning but they said driver would not deliver until Monday. Not sure if they will ever deliver. Over $200 dollars in marketing material specific for that day only and paid for express Delivery which was another $40. Driver never called me when he arrived at the Customer Center and never left package at will call pickup. Full refund until I receive the package but when will I ever receive the package no one can tell me!!! Do not UPS. UPS they put the UPS in UPSET!! What can Brown do for you??????Apparently nothing!!!! When I arrived 8 other people in line being told the same story. Driver failed to leave the package did not unload the truck. 9:15pm the latest they will wait for drivers to arrive. 8:30 pm they lock the door and dont let anybody else get in. Bad Customer service no resolve. Order you stuff weeks in advance so that after all th he run around you might have your things in time for your event. Do no trust this company to deliver. It happens a lot is what the lady said at this Customer center. Sorry.

There should be a rating with negative stars. service has been way less than a highly rated 1 star they received. waited all day for a small package that according to there tracking was out for delivery at 0645hrs CST. A ups package truck was spotted in my neighborhood but never stopped at my address. Then conveniently I received an email stating package delivery was attempted. REALLY REALLY REALLY for a truck that never showed up or stopped at the property management office like most delivery drivers do to leave packages. This ups driver is either really INCOMPETENT or his route manager/dispatcher is... either way, they are CHEWED UP!

I would like to think my horrible experience was unusual, but its not. Verizon sent me a new box to replace a broken one. The told me to put the old unit in that box, and call UPS to ship it back. I did. They said they would be here before 6:00. Around 6, they call to let me know they screwed up and wouldnt be by. They asked if I would sit around and wait again the next day so they could pick up between 3 & 6. Fast forward to 7:30 the next day. I call UPS to ask when they will show up only to have someone with a poor grasp of the English language continue to tell me they would be here before 6 (even though its 7:30). Then they couldnt find records (even though they called me the day before to tell me they screwed up). After 45 minutes of trying to figure it out, we got disconnected. Even though they had my home and cell number, they didnt bother to call back. I called again to talk to a supervisor. He couldnt find anything either, but called THIS location to see what they had. After a long wait, he came back to tell me that they know all about it, but just couldnt make it today. After making me wait yesterday for them not to show up, they asked me to wait again.....for them not to show up. Solution? They refused to send someone out, and would call me on the day after Thanksgiving....my holiday.....to apparently tell me to wait for them once again. I wish I had a business that allowed me to simply not keep commitments on multiple occasions, then tell my customer I refuse to do anything about it just because I dont want to. UPS sucks in general, but this location is an embarrassment.

They really need to get it together for Christmas time. Had a package get delivered to my door Friday (12/22) afternoon. For some reason, my $20something rug had a signature requirement on it (the seller and Amazon both were confused by this as well, as they didnt append one to my order...). UPS said theyll try redelivery Tuesday after Christmas. I called UPS to have them pull the package from the driver and hold it at the center. That night, between 8:00-8:30 I (as repeatedly instructed over the phone) arrived to pick up my Same Day Will Call item. After waiting for 30min, I was informed the driver was still out and wouldnt be back until midnight. I was told to come back in the morning (they would open at 9am on Saturday, but come at 10 to give them time). I arrived around 11am Saturday to find out the item still wasnt even scanned in so, again, Id have to come back. I was told I would get a phone call before 5pm that day. Its Sunday, Christmas Eve, and I still have no rug. No one seems to know where it went after the driver attempted delivery, and even fewer seem to understand why it couldnt have been left at my door in the first place. This is the same kind of ill-prepared nonsense Ive dealt with and heard about from UPS every year around this time. Youve had over 100 years to figure this out, get it together already.

They DO NOT even deserve one star. I wish I could give negative stars. Lets start off with the manager DANNY!! Corporate is getting a phone call today and an email about Danny. Sad excuse of a supervisor. We had a package overnighted for my wedding of 250 favors. It was scanned in at 11:00pm on Thursday. My husband personally went in on Friday at 5pm because all the sudden it started showing it wouldnt be delivered until Tuesday (wedding was Sunday) because of the holiday weekend? Why??? It was overnight, why the hell would it now come on Tuesday? So Danny was of NO HELP! Danny said he wouldnt release the package because they were so backed up how is that my problem??? ITS MY WEDDING YOU ASS. So he said to call customer service and put a hold on it, then call Saturday to ask the warehouse to pull the package so we can pick it up. I called 23 times! From morning until evening... LIES LIES LIES, Danny lied. NO one picked up... and guess what 250 favors are NOW WASTED. Then on top of it, since the jerk said to put a hold on it, my husband had to go pick it up on Tuesday since it wouldnt be delivered... Kinda funny how this ends... someone else was in there yelling at them for the same thing... they wouldnt release an over night package from Friday... Is anyone else seeing a problem here????? I ordered my daughters school uniforms and the delivery driver marked them delivered in the mailroom. Our apartment complex has no place for UPS to leave packages. When I called to report the issue UPS said I couldnt file a complaint regarding the stolen items that the sender had to. I think its unfortunate that unless the sender finds the time to complain about missing packages, nothing will be done and thieving a#$ delivery drivers get to keep our stuff we paid for.

Be prepared to have your package not delivered then be told your package is available for pick up, then come here and wait for 4 hours to be told that your package was not taken off the truck and cannot be picked up tonight.Such a trash company. It would be helpful if at the UPS Customer Service Center they didnt allow the employees to fill up the entire parking lot so customers could actually park when dropping off and picking up packages. And some customer service training couldnt hurt them either.

I am still in complete and utter shock at the way in which I was treated at this facility tonight. I was told by UPS to pick up my package at 8:30 at this location. I arrived to find lights on inside and customers being helped but a locked front door. The woman at the desk stared at me outside the door and completely ignored my attempts to communicate with her about how and where I should go to get my package. Finally as she was letting someone else out, I tried to explain that I was told to retrieve my package here at 8:30. She said they were closed and shut the door in my face. Then I went one door over to an HR office and tried to explain what had happened and the woman said she couldnt help me. She was one room over and refused to help me, even when I explained that I had driven 30 mins out of my way to come to their office. I cannot believe an HR professional would treat a customer this way. UPS should be mortified by the manner in which their customers are treated. I primarily use FedEx and manage to speak to at least a few people there who value customer service. Even after calling their 800 number twice, I was unable to reach a single human working for UPS who seemed able to or interested in helping me in any way. Shame on you UPS.

This was the worst experience in terms of customer service that I have had in about a decade. If you think holding a package for pickup will be a better option than waiting til the next day, DO NOT DO IT. No one knows where the packages are and I had to come back TWICE, spending around 2 hours and driving probably 50 miles round trip and I still dont have my package. The employees have good intentions but the systems in place are atrocious and incredibly backwards. Just stay away and let a brown truck bring you things. And if you have a choice, always ship with FedEx.

I do not remember the name of African American lady who works there she is super super nice, not just her but whole evening staff is very helpful and friendly. i do not go there anymore but its a good ups facility. i know alot of people who use the same ups center for their shipping.

There was a confusion with the address my order needed to ship. Called customer service, explained how I paid $20.00 extra for expedited 3 day shipping. They said I should be receiving. A call at 10 a.m from this location, if not to call again and I called her back and then was told I would receive a call within an hour. Never received the call never had an email update.

Its quite funny how a corporation such as ups has the issues that they have with delivery and shipping with it being a billion dollar company and all. Maybe one should reinvent the core values of ups, to match the quality of service offered, and then make calculations based off of the responses of the consumers in order to rebuild a positive and admirable service for the masses to enjoy. I mean its only fair.

(Account Manager) for bending over backwards to help find an important package!!!!5 stars to the young man working in the customer center who searched high and low for 45 min for my package.1 star to the Hispanic lady in the customer center who had an immediate attitude and blamed me for the problem after I had been patiently waiting 45 min as they searched computer records and warehouses.

Terrible place to work for I wouldnt recommend it to anybody they treat you like slaves even though nobody is holding you hostage that you work you to death. Ever since the owner died all this company is about is profit and no longer cares about the worker. If I could give it a negative 10 Stars I would.
