Horrible horrible delivery carrier‼️‼️ I placed an order with Office Depot Sept 15, 2021. Today is Sept 23, 2021. I still have not received my order that was supposed to be delivered Sept 20, 2021. Never order here if you are expecting great delivery service. They are very delayed . I’m starting to think they are a scam. If you order from Office Depot be sure you are able to pick it up same day at the store.

What an absolute joke of a company. I request a pickup online with liftgate 2 days before I need a pickup. I contact my rep 2 days before the pickup. I contact the dispatch manager 2 days before the pickup. On the day of the pickup, they show up 15 minutes AFTER I normally close...without a liftgate.The next day I call and am spoken to VERY rudely by a woman who refuses to confirm Im getting my freight picked up. When I say I need to know, she hangs up on me.If I had my preference, I would NEVER use this joke of a company.

They are the worst, they never deliver on time. On their tracking website, it says my parcel is out for delivery but it’s not delivered. Again the next day it says it’s out for delivery but my parcel is not delivered. What a stupid service. I would never recommend it to anyone. Brands are loosing their value if they use this service for the last mile delivery. Poor choice.

Worst services ever. The package has been delayed for a week without any notices or updates on the tracking site. No major weather issue but it has been held up in the local delivery point for a week. The agents were not helpful and did not hear the customer out but kept talking about a same thing as robots. Did not deserve even 1 star.

I dont even know how this place is still in business. They definitely dont ship on time or on schedule. An order was supposed to be scheduled Friday, and when it didnt arrive after they assured me it was still on the way, I gave up, and called first thing on Monday. I was told after every hour I called that someone would call me back in an hour. Finally someone told me it needed to be scheduled ???? I scheduled an order for Tuesday between 7 am and noon. Guess what. It never arrived. They had the nerve to tell me it was never loaded on the truck.On request of talking to a supervisor, (after being on hold for over 10 minutes - enough time to write most of this review) - Im told it was be delivered within 2 hours. Do I believe them? Not at all. But Im going to keep calling until its here.

The lady I dealt with was horrible. Yelled at me, hung up, told me nothing happened to the shipment but the tracking clearly displayed multiple incidents.

The worst possible experience Ive had with a logistics company. And when I wanted to file a complaint you only get through to the Indian customer centre. They dont want to give you the US number and they also dont want to connect you with customer services. Utterly useless to say the least.

They just dont care at all how they treat customers. They cut open the bottom of my vanity box to see what was inside then left it in the rain by my garage with no notice! I sent the vanity back to home depot and I will never order anything form Home Depot again that is a big box item since they use this company to deliever..

Waited 14 hours for my delivery, that never came. They cant even get ahold of dispatch or a supervisor. This company is the worst!

Cs was very friendly and polite when I had an important delivery that was taking longer than the other party had implied.

My Amazon order was not delivered to me same day. No one from the company contacted me that they could not deliver it, just let me discover it on my own. I called them after the message on Amazon said The carrier was not able to access the front door to deliver your package. Not sure how that was possible since I DONT live in a gated community. The guy who answered the phone was rude and transferred me to the Amazon order people and I never got to talk to someone at that time. The next morning I called back and finally got to talk to someone about my order and I found out that they do not deliver to Frisco!! WHAT! They are located in Carrollton and cant/wont deliver to Frisco??? Why was same day delivery offered to me? Why didnt Dynamex contact me that they couldnt deliver the package? They were just going to send the package back to Amazon without saying anything to me. To their credit they are now making a special trip up to Frisco. Amazon needs to fire these guys.

The carrier failed to deliver 2 times because he couldnt find a way to reach my front door. :( I contact their customer service as soon as I found out that he couldnt reach my front door and left my phone number for him in case he lost again. And yes, he failed the second time. Therefore my package arrived on 3 days later...PS: I lived in a non gated community and I have never ever had any problems with people couldnt find my house. It is the center of Dallas not a rainforest!

Worst delivery company ever. Waste of time. Waste of money. Rude customer service. They lied and stated they do not deliver Amazon packages anymore because they terminated contracts with amazon. Just to come pick the item up 2 days later. How is this same day shipping if I book it a day in advance. Oh it shows you are open 24 hours. No we are not. Have to take my dings on my account. Worthless piece of craps. They should be put out of business, a pure atrocity. Stick to Fedex.

Hair Club specialist...seem they are not only for the money but for customers satisfaction too. They could do better though.

Same thing happened to me ordered something from Amazon these guys was suppose to deliever same day and didnt get a call saying they couldnt deliever found out it was cause they said they couldnt get access to front door do not live in gated community AMAZON u need to let this deliever company go I never had a problem with orders til now
