There could not be better program for me. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Wansley and gotten unstuck from all the complicated issues that result from trying to correct compulsive overeating. Her program has brought a huge relief to my spirit absent all guilt, obligation, obsession, and negativity that comes with more traditional health and fitness teachings. She treats the disease, not the symptoms, which leads to long term success. Simple, common sense program. Highly recommended. Great value for the money.

Dr. Mary Wansley has helped me find tools to use everyday to help me overcome binge eating. Her program has really helped me learn why I turned to food and how to make different choices without causing myself to spiral. I loved Candy...... and with her help I have not had it in 6 months, and I dont miss it. I still enjoy desserts (huge fan of chocolate) in a way that does not make me feel shame in eating things I enjoy. She truly has help shape my way of thinking to eat in a way that brings positive feelings towards food. It has helped me stop shaming eating, guilt eating, and like my body. I cant wait to finish the program and be in a place to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle change based on my own choices with the tools she provided!

Thus far, I am have completed four sessions of Dr Wansleys treatment, including hypnosis, and have had several major breakthroughs that I have been unable to achieve in the past despite other therapy and many, many self-help books. My perspective on nutrition and weight has been shifted in a way that I *know* I will no longer have my thoughts consumed by weight, dieting, shame, etc. which makes my journey one of continuous forward movement rather than two steps forward and one, two, or three steps back. In addition to the nutrition journey, she has truly helped me in other aspects through the therapy sessions. You cannot go wrong with this investment in yourself.

I cant say enough good things about Mary! she helped me through feeling stuck and not knowing what my next steps were. Within a few sessions, I started not only noticing the changes in myself, but I also saw real life results. I really appreciate the big help she provides, in fact, I am very happy that I found here.
