I bought some chairs for a kitchen table about 6 months ago and was very pleased. There was a very helpful young man that told me about some other items I thought I might be interested in later, including the refurbished queen mattresses. He told me how they would be sanitized and put in plastic before being sold. This week I drive over an hour to Dallas to pick up a mattress. It was Tuesday morning around 10:00 and the doors were locked. I looked on the internet which said they should be open until 4:00. I finally got a hold of someone that said they’re only open MWF even though internet said M-F. Frustrated about wasting my Tuesday morning, I reluctantly went again Wednesday morning only to find mattresses for sale NOT sanitizes and NOT bagged. I looked on the internet again to see if maybe I was given false information from the man that sold me the chairs earlier. Sure enough, it also says on the internet that the mattresses would be bagged and sanitized. The only reason I’m even giving Azuma one star is because I did get a good deal on the chairs I bought several moths earlier.
