What I gather from my research on Joseph is that he chooses who he wants to work with. He will lock you in to a contract, submit your drawings, pick up and hold on to your permit, Joseph can you please finish the job. Do not trust this company. I trusted Joseph and all he did was LIE. Initially meeting Joseph he made tons of promises and insured us he wasn’t going to rob us; but he did just that. He claims that he is 15 min away from my business to deliver parts and never shows. He told the electrician to hook up the fans, knowing he didn’t put any up there. He is a complete mess, full of excuses, and lies about everything. He took my money, tied up my permits and 11 months later and is refusing to take this job serious. It’s been completely devastating. He doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Excellent service and very prompt response. I needed someone to come out immediately and he was there as soon as I called. He made sure to explain everything he did so that I would understand the entire process. He also has reasonable pricing. I will definitely use his services again for any services my restaurant may need in the future.

Joseph was so great in ensuring we had our fire extinguisher inspected the same day. He had a full work day that he put on hold to meet me at his office and ensure we had everything we needed before our inspector came. If we could give 10 stars we would, great company and equally great service!

His work I cant speak for as he never did any. However handling of my inquiry, scheduling, and doing the work was sub par and below average. This contractor makes a lot of promise but doesnt follow through. Nice guy, good sales men but no follow through. Cost me 4 weeks of down time to find another contractor. Multiple no answers via phone and text message. We call that unreliable.

Our vent fan died at my business around 10pm and I called to repair. Technician showed up next morning at 10am and fixed issue in one hour. Called when was on way and was on time. Highly impressed with customer service and will recommend to anyone. Thanks for helping us out on such short notice!

The experience they offer in helping me build this is what makes them different from the rest. I called him out about some things and the response was unexpected. I disputed a charge and the city came back and said the recommendation was required over a $175 stainless steel extinguisher. Overall they know there stuff and the workers respect Joseph so it was easy to deal with them. I will hire him on my next build.

Master Commercial Hood and Fire Systems is the easiest and most reasonably priced! This company really takes pride in there business and making sure all our needs were meet! They helped us fix a simple problem and did even charge us for it! They put customer satisfaction first. We are a Bakery and will for sure be using them in the future for all our vent hood needs! It would be wrong for you not to book them!

Very experienced in exhaust hood installations, only down-fall is that they are so busy. I was put on the back burner for 2 weeks. If your willing to wait he is good !!!! Pay for your equipment, The only way to get in line was to PAY. That was another ehhh type of thing., you must purchase all the hood fans before he installs them. Once delivered and his crew arrives the tables turn fast but.... you must wait; it took me 2 weeks and I hated it but the kitchen is finished

I dealt with this company and I must say great company exceptional customer service and very reasonable pricing. We thought that due to the holiday season our opening date would be pushed back master fire employees worked around the clock on the holidays to accommodate us I dealt with Joseph he is a great guy very professional and shows true dedication to his work and customers. I give master fire and Joseph two thumbs up!

Im the General Manager of 3 Subway locations in Garland, Mesquite, and Plano. When we called Master Fire Protection to service our stores to get them up to code.. not only did we get quick service, but they quoted us a rate cheaper than any of the competition we had received quotes from. The Tech they sent out Joe and he was very respectful and very knowledgeable he took time to explained step by step what was being done to keep our stores up to code.

Joseph Did an outstanding job of replacing the Stove Hood and ventilation system for the First Korean United Methodist Church in Richardson. He also did an outstanding job of filing plans with the City of Richardson and installing the fire protection system. He also coordinated and worked with the City to inspect and approve the new system. He did good work at a fair price for our church. There was a long delay between the first stage (installing the hood) and the second stage (installing the fire protection system). I believe that he will improved on this aspect in the future as he was much more responsive lately.

I needed help solving a problem with my commercial vent-a-hood system since the kitchen was too smoky so I called this company. Turns out that we had a broken belt on the return air so they replaced it. That’s where the problem got worse. The smoke was much much worse after the belt was replaced and Joseph basically told me that he couldn’t do anything about it. $270 down the drain.

We have a commercial contract here in Orlando Fl and the owner told us he needed a hood ventilation system in dallas tx, after spending a few hours getting the run around from other dallas companies Master commercial hoods saved us. Joseph is very professional. He install the duct for my vent hood at my store. At first I was skeptical and scared because I did not have any idea about this type of job, but he explain everything to my understanding and gave me a fair price (I know this because I checked other places to compare prices). Genuine Customer Service - Quick to respond - Flexible!I recently was trying to find a company to take out a vent hood and fire suppression system for a structure scheduled for demolition. I had one day to make that happen! I start with google search and go through a handful of companies that were CLOSED(I was searching on Saturday) and or didnt specialize in this type of work. I came across Master Fire and called. I was pleasantly surprised that somebody even answered the phone. I talked to Joseph (the Owner) about my situation and he was willing to look at it for me so I sent him some pics of the project. He was currently installing a vent hood on another project and would get back to me. I talked to Joe the next day on a Sunday around noon. Mind you the demolition company was coming the next morning on Monday to demolish this building. At first Joe said he couldnt get to it until the next day but he must have heard the desperation in my voice because he said he could do it today, but it had to be fast because he had tickets to the Giants vs. Cowboys game later that day.He was on property with 30 minutes and had one employee with him. He knocked it out in 2 hours and did a great job! Very professional and all about Customer Service! So you know I never leave reviews but I was really impressed with Joe and Master Fire!I will be using Master Fire in the future and so should you!

My company i had for over 5 years called the city on me for a old tank I called this guy which charged me 1/2 the price and call the fire man to let open and we were able to be open. He told me to write a honest review and here it is; if you say youll be there at 10am please show up at 10am i waited till 11:30 and you call at 12 to tell me you will be there at 2 but they did get it done and the city guy said it was ok.

If i were to have met Joseph 10 years ago i would of married him, he is such a good guy & i cant believe how honest he was to me as a lady over the years i have been through so many fire safety companys & i stop here. he stopped by for food one day & asked me if i needed service & i was interested so he gave me more information very professional & his price was very competitive he cleaned my hoods, did the fire system and everything else plus trained every employee in my taqueria how to use the equipment... i recommend him to any new business restaurant owner such a good young guy.

Horrible business...made arrangements to rent Fire extinguishers for training in Plano... I am a retired Fire Captain. I emailed then called to make arrangements. He reassured me it was no problem. I called the morning of picking them up and he gave me the address and to meet him at 4pm. Drove to Garland and no such address existed and no one in the area had heard of him. Called 7 times and texted. No response. At 4:45pm I was calling other companies trying to find someone to rent me extinguishers for the next day. This was awful as I flew here from California to provide this training and then he pulls this disappearing act...Beware!

Joseph came in and provided us with a grease hood with fire system in addition to our existing hood. He charged us far. His electrician also did some work for us in our kitchen for a pos system and josephs guys also did a little plumbing for us too. He is a great team around him and his command and knowledge is what values his business. When we needed things to proceed it was accurate. We had gas already but no electrical when he arrived he instantly made us call the city for that. He is also connected with the champ restaurant supply guys.. would I use him for our next restaurant... YES!!

He changed my exhaust fans on my restaurant and did the acceptance test with city and he accepted credit cards. i will call this guy for future work.

I didnt really want to leave a review cause Joseph is a very confident person in his abilities, and I didnt think he needed a review. Joseph installed a new exhaust fan on my hood vent. It was very fast next day lighting fast install. I like the guy. But I dont think he deserved a review right then. I called him up month later to install a smoke exhaust for a smoking room which I needed ASAP. He set a everything up and installed it NEXT DAY. I didnt even have to be there. Met me up later in the day to get paid. You prob wont find a more punctual and confident SOB in the Dfw. If you on the fence about who to call for your fire service. Dont hesitate to call this guy.

Dealing with this guy was a joke. He answered on my first call and was very nice, said he would be out immediately and he would come on Saturday. Asked me to text him my info and he would call me Saturday when he was on the way. I texted him my info immediately and twice over the weekend...never heard back from him. I called him back on Monday to see what was up and he said I was supposed to come out wasnt I? Im really sorry, I tell you what, Ill have one of my guys call you as soon as we get off the phone and set up a time. Well, that was 5 days ago and still no one has called me. I have moved on to another company.

I hired Joseph and team to remove a old system and to provide a new installation of a commercial kitchen hood here in Dallas, TX. They did all the stainless steel work as well as passed all inspections with the city of Dallas. The final bill was $12,000 with everything. I used his electrical guy and they both passed the fire department inspection without me knowing. Will I hire this company again, yes. Thanks Joseph !

Gave this young man a deposit which I was fishy about because it sounded to good. He said couple days for initial installation & the deposit was $6000. Well I call him on the 3rd day since receiving no phone call from him and I was aggravated and i guess impatient and I really was kind of worried of gettin ripped off it was alot of money he took. the day he shows up which was a day later he installs the ventahood I was really impressed and of no worry. It was finished 2 days later. I held him up on electrical which costed me much more than what he quoted me I want to apologize to him and review his business. God bless you.
