I just moved in a new home. I FOOLISHLY tried to reset the master code on the alarm system installed by original owners.On a Sunday I frantically called ABC needing helped.Without even a sigh of contempt for my idiocy this man helped.I will be calling this week to have them switch it all to their company!

Mike showed up on time and worked very clean and efficiently. His pricing is reasonable and he worked very cleanly. I highly recommend him for any electrical service needed.

Dont waste your time. They do not answer phones, they do not respond to voice mail, even voice mail to Mikes direct phone line as given on their answering machine. He does not follow up on when he will come, instead totally ignores you!!

They have saved our business from robbery at least twice that we know where our door was kicked in, even more if you consider the thieves that were deterred by knowing we were alarmed. My experience with ABC alarm was great. They are very professional, friendly and honest people. I had an alarm system paid for and he quoted me a monitoring rate that was just unheard of in these days and times. If I had any issues or problems with my service he was always available to take a look. If I move back to the Dallas, GA area, I will only call ABC alarm for all my security or electrical needs.

I feel like this company must be run be children, my time trying to get service was met with someone on the phone telling me a was some yankie. I was turned down because of how I sounded on the phone. I hate racist people

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Talked to this company about wiring a dryer plugin.He said he might could come later that night, but he probably had too much to do that night, but he would call if he was coming that night. He said he would probably come first thing in the morning. Talked about price and gave him my address. I was expecting him early so I got up at 6am to make sure room was ready for him to come in and do this very simple job. He didnt show up so I called around 1 pm. No answer. I texted him. No answer. Around 5pm I had my husband call from a different phone. He answered and acted like he had lost his memory. He said he had to go to Canton this morning for a job. I guess he has memory problems and I guess my job was unimportant to him. He said he could come Tuesday and reasked me all about the job. I said I would get somebody else. I was furious, but restrained myself from cussing. This company is unreliable and rude, rude, rude. Would not recommend them. Waited all day for nothing. Very rude man.
