Came here to get my food manager food handlers certificate and just know if there is a line you will be here for a while and they do not accept debit or credit cards so you will need cash or a money order but the way here is very long if you are in a long wait list so get there as soon as you can and as early as you can DD building is kind of hidden so its always best to GPS to location

City employees here are super nice and so helpful.

This is my first review of a public sector entity. I doubt this review means anything because who else can you go to for these specific state required permits, etc... That said, the staff at the Environmental & Health facility are helpful and courteous. There was a slight miscommunication with the fee required to apply for the Health permit. Glad we showed up and asked questions.

I went on a Wednesday afternoon 16h. no waiting! fast service.It must print all the papers before and pay in cash or check.

Rude employees. I just came to turn in a document and they took almost an hour. Lunch time is from 12-1 so dont come at that time theyll tell you to come back or wait.

Just a depressing place to come. These poor caged employees are just trying to make ends meat while the politicians abuse them. No training, they cannot read and severe case of attitudes.

I called ahead and asked about what I needed to bring and how to pay. When I got there they asked for things I luckily had in my car. What if I didnt? I would have to drive about 40 minutes back. They only accept cash or check? No credit or debit .Very out if date. I had to lose my spot and drive to an atm. When I got back there was literally 1 other person waiting and no one helped us for about 10 minutes. Then when they did it was obvious I was bothering them. I also had questions and they were irritated about that too. Please get online and join the future, so no one has to endure that. Bring everything with you even if they dont tell you, because they wont. And cash! Do people even have checks anymore?
