Im very happy for everyone that has had a good experience this ATM but in my experience of visiting this ATM three different times, it really really sucks. It is either offline or it is malfunctioning. and everytime I call customer service I get a voicemail and no one ever calls me back. Complete joke.

Easy to use, great location. Customer service has been there the one time I needed them.

Smooth and efficient process. Its the only atm available where I was able to buy and sell bitcoin.

Update:Worked with the owner to get my transactions to process. I want able to get the Jaxx wallet to work for LTC or BTC though others have. The tech in the crypto space is buggy right now but owners like this one make is an easier pill to swallow.Wallets to use: (please list the wallets you use with this ATM)-CoinBase - BTC and LTC-Blockchain - BTC only-Jaxx - Never worked for me------Old review:I have visited this ATM a few times and the Litecoin withdraw address NEVER works. This has happened with multiple wallets. Their website doesnt even list the compatible wallets we should use. For this oversight I must give less stars.

Best bitcoin machine in DFW! Had one hiccup since Im not super experienced with bitcoin but the owner went out of his way to make things as smooth as possible! Great machine and great customer service! Would highly recommend!!
