For once, I actually feel we are protected with a malware solution. Mindful MSP has caught things on users computers that we had no idea were there. Miners, trojans, and other malware are caught at a much better rate than they were with our past provider. On top of that we have already needed to use their backup because an employee deleted a file that was needed in a project. Our Mindful MSP security expert had our file recovered in a matter of minutes. THANK YOU AGAIN!

WOW! VERY COOL GUYS! I just left my other managed service provider because they left some ports open on my firewall. My last MSP got me hacked. They used a cheap antivirus that I found out cost less than a dollar a computer, also they didnt tell me my firewall license was out on my on premise Exchange Mail Server, but Mindful MSP showed me the improvements my company can make to prevent that from ever happening again. Mindful MSP just did a security assessment for our company and I am shocked at everything that is on our servers. They also discovered a rogue mail server sending emails from our IP address. I found Mindful MSP just searching on google because I just got ransomware. I had no idea about the differences between traditional antivirus and Managed Detection and Response. I called them and I let them log into my companies network and servers and they were able to decrypt the ransomware because apparently I got lucky since this ransomware virus is old enough to have a decryptor. We have been a customer of Mindful MSP for 3 years now. Our company started out with moving our server and server management off site in one of their data centers. Since then they manage our backups and recovery, have migrated servers to newer operating systems, implemented new server farms for applications, implemented VDI solutions, managed switches. Assisting with a hybrid exchange to 365 project eventually including all of microsoft 365 implementation. Also helped us with MDM solution for all our cell phones, ipads, laptops and now looking at migrating to something easier to deploy and less expensive. Need new hardware at various locations, so they are doing the heavy lifting and staging Domain Controllers for us so that takes pressure off of our team trying to update 12 locations.

I contacted Mindful MSP for their Managed Detection and Response as a colleague told me that antivirus or firewalls are not created equal and if I wanted to protect my patients Private Health Information (PHI) then I would need a cybersecurity solution that is state of the art. I have had Mindful MSP for 6 months now but I just found out their MDR program has a 1 million dollar ransomware warranty so I know they are serious! They give me weekly reports on how their program stoped malware from stealing my companys patient data. I see why they are trusted by other companies. When I dont have problems I know their MDR App is working.
