I was not impressed with the quality of work from this company. I hired them about 2 years ago to steam clean my beige couch and found myself doing some do the work because the guy wasn’t cleaning as intensely as needed. I will say the company was friendly and responsive. I reached out again recently to get a quote for more items and they were responsive but not confident they could get out brown water stains (from alkaline in water). I mentioned that I was able to remove the stains from the removable cushion cover with detergent in the washer. No change. Probably will never use this service again.

Called DFW Steam Cleaning to remove the wax from my wood floors. Went to hope depot just looking for advice on how to get some new life into the worn floor. They recommended Rejuvenate. I applied the polish. Looked great for a couple of weeks. Maid mopped the floor and when I got home it was all a white cloudy haze. Looked horrible. Searched on Google. Talked to Tim and he came out and removed 100 percent of the acrylic wax. Floors are back to their pre polish normal. Tim told me this was a huge problem with home owners or maids that use products that dont belong on wood floors. Rejuvenate, mop and glo, orange glo, quick shine and Bona hardwood floor polish are all virtually the same product and all will have the same effect. White haze.

Ryan was very professional, prompt, and communicative. When he thought I wasnt completely satisfied with the carpet cleaning the 1st time around, he contacted me immediately to find out what it would take to make it right. He offered to come back out and try a different approach to a couple trouble spots I had, and he tackled them head-on and the carpet looks great! I wish I had taken before and after pics, but I rented the space out the same day and forgot. I am so disappointed in this service. I spent the morning moving all breakable and valuable items to safe places. Upon arrival I was informed that the technician (Ryan) was NOT allowed to lift, slide or move any furniture. This included night stands, accent chairs or small tables. I am a senior citizen, so I had to move/slide these items in each room in order to get a complete clean of the floors. Next I was informed that he did not have enough furniture floor protectors to place under the furniture I had moved. So he asked if I had some zip lock or garbage bags. It was expected for me to place these under the furniture until I insisted and expressed my disappointment. When he left, I discovered that he had placed a garbage bag (which I supplied) and a water bottle under one of the chairs in my bedroom. I have a photo. Signed So disappointed.

Whenever I have an experience with a business, I’ll usually wait a week or so to post a review in order to sleep on it and see how I feel about the product/service after I’ve lived with it a bit. I’m completely satisfied after having my carpets steam cleaned last weekend, including the special pet anti-microbial treatment.Tim answered on my first call and with short notice managed to work me in. He showed up on time, explained what he would do to setup and gave me options to choose from for what I wanted done. My carpets are original to the house and have been well used by a family and pets for over a decade. A week later and they still look brand new. They have texture again, aren’t matted down, they smell good and are free of pet dander, and my mother-in-law complimented them! I can still see the lines from the cleaning machine.Working with Tim and DFW Steam Cleaning is a no brainer. Just do it.

Good communication and good work. Seemed a little pricey but at least I have no complaints. The options were options, not up-sells.The tech that came out was very professional and presentable. Removed slight dog odor we had. If youre looking for cheap and dont care about quality they may not be your best option. If you want it done right once, require reputable people in your home and willing to spend reasonable money, this is your carpet cleaner. Worth the difference.

Oscars Carpet Cleaning are FANTASTIC!!!!My scheduled app was 9am and they showed up at 830! That was awesome. In less then 2 hours they were done with the whole house and the carpets looked amazing!!They said the drying time was about 2 hrs, that was true for certain areas of the house, but i think the rest of the house took longer because of the weather. all of the stains were lifted away and have not come up since being cleaned 3 days ago.Reina is super nice and very accommodating.

We just bought a renovated 1960s home with new wood and new carpet, but it was all pretty dusty from the construction. My husband has asthma and allergies, and sleeping in the carpeted bedroom was giving him a lot of trouble. Tim showed up with some serious professional-looking equipment and steam cleaned the carpets in every room, including the closets. He was over in the mid afternoon and the carpets were only slightly damp when he left, then completely dried overnight. The idea of steam cleaning initially concerned me due to the possibility of too much water leading to mold, but that has not been an issue at all.The carpet looks great, it isnt gritty anymore, and the air quality is noticeably better, so we are thrilled. It was effective, affordable, and Tim is a really nice guy. He even spent some time loving up on one of our more outgoing cats, Stevie. I contacted DFW Steam Cleaning because of the reviews on Yelp, and am glad I did! Our job entailed removing stains from white cotton upholstery. Tim was very responsive to my emails and provided an honest assessment of the cleaning job, making it clear that it was doubtful the stains could be removed. But, he was very willing to try. Mark, the technician on the job, was very polite, respectful, and also gave a clear assessment of the problem. He worked very hard to clean the furniture and offered recommendations for future care and stain prevention/removal. Although all the stains couldnt be removed (which we understood from the start of the job), the furniture looked significantly better than any of us had expected! In addition to the great service we received, the price was very reasonable.We were so pleased with Tim and Marks professionalism and the job results that we plan to be repeat customers. My next call will be to clean carpet!

DFW Steam Cleaning is the best carpet cleaner I have used in more than 25 years, and in four states! Tim is very conscientious and clearly has high standards that are reflected in the quality of his work. Seems like every other carpet cleaner I used got ground-in dirt and other stains out of the carpet while they were here, but they reappeared once the carpet dried. The entire home smelled fresh after the carpet and hardwoods were steam cleaned. The wood floors were revitalized with a beautiful sheen and all the stains came out of the carpet. The process does NOT eliminate deep scratches in the wood but is a nice dust-free alternative to sanding and re-finishing. The technician, Tim, dealt with a ton of furnishings and clutter without complaint and worked late in the evening to complete the job quickly. We now have a great new service to offer our clients. -- highly recommend!

DFW Steam Cleaning came out to clean three rooms and a couch. It was a daunting task because I have cats, dogs, and boys. The difference in the carpets and couch is staggering.He removed nearly every stain in the game room carpet. The carpet is twelve years old, so I wasnt expecting much. The boys and I were blown away by the difference. Stains that I figured would never come up were gone.The other rooms had major improvement also. The pet treatment is amazing. If you have pet stain issues, this is the company to call.The couch cleaning brought a well made, but stained couch back from the brink. I was seriously considering replacing it, but the cleaning made it new again.I could not be happier with this service. I will be calling DFW Steam Clean again to take care of my other rooms and to re-treat the rooms just cleaned. (I suspect the boys will find a way to stain the carpet again...just a hunch.)Great Service!

Arrived right on time, were very nice and knowledgeable, and explained the cleaning process to me. Finished within an hour (cleaned my sectional couch) and explained what they had done and the drying process. It was very quick and the job was done very well. I was amazed to see how much cleaner the carpet was, after the work done by DFW Steam Cleaning. In one room (this had been my parents home), Id thought the carpet was gray. And, after DFW Steam Cleaning, I could see I was mistaken: the carpet was actually a golden color, and it had been so dirty it looked gray. A year ago, when the same carpet was cleaned by another well-reputed enterprise, it was still gray after their cleaning.DFW Steam Cleaning Service was efficient and excellent.

I had my living room carpet cleaned by DFW Steam Cleaning on May 30th. I needed this done last minute and Tim was very accommodating and able to fit me in. Other places I called didnt have openings for a month and thats if they even got back to you with your appointment request. On the day of service not only did Tim arrive early, he did a great job in less than an hour. My carpets looked like new and my house smelled fresh. I will definitely be using his services again.

Came out the day after I requested an appointment, yeah that fast. He is very flexible with his service times and works around your schedule. My house has two dogs, with urine stains/smell, dander, and hair and all of it was removed. The house smells great and the carpet looks brand new. He was very professional with calls about time coming out and how he treated us when here. On several occasions he reminded us to be careful walking on our tile floors as the carpet was wet and would cause us to slip on the hard floors. Overall he seems to really care about what he is doing and cares for the satisfaction of his customers. I will definitely use him again for our next cleaning!

When I called and they told me they dont do apartments..that is disappointing and the one who answered didnt offer or give options when schedules are available. He said he just dont do apartments right now and that was the end of the inquiry I made

I have used Tim twice now, for carpet and floor/tile cleaning. Both were jobs were completed exceptionally well. I was amazed at the transition my tile/Brick floors took from a duplex that I bought. Floors must not have been cleaned for 20-30 years. We went from reddish-black brick to light terra-cotta looking brick. Tim took his time scrubbed the edges with Brillo pad and made me exceptionally satisfied. He even offered to come back and seal the brick for half price. (I supply the sealer). Tim’s not the cheapest in town but after 22 years having a property management company I can tell you he has been the best results I have seen.

I would not recommend this company.First let me say that Jacob is extremely nice and very professional. I like him a lot. The owner on the other hand is not great to deal with.I had my carpets cleaned and they put too much water down. Because of this it caused wicking. This is where the stains from the pad seep through to the carpet leaving it looking worse than it did when they started ( I included pictures). After I called and complained about it, they came back and did a spot clean for those areas. Again, the carpet looked great until it dried. Some spots were worse.When I reached out to the owner again, he said that the only way to fix it was to put a layer of DE (diatomaceous earth) on the carpet and let it sit for 24 hrs before removing. So if that was the solution, I was ok with that. It just needed to be fixed. The owner, Tim, stated that he would have to get me on HIS schedule and he did not know when that would be.I did not hear from him for several days. I text him and I was ignored. I finally text him and stated that if I had to go to another company to fix their mistake that I would not be happy. Again, no response.The next morning I got up and wrote a bad review on Google. Guess who called me? Yep, the owner. After talking to him for a while, we made plans for them to return and put the DE powder on the stains. This took about an hour. On top of that, I had to send my dog to my parents house so she would stay out of the powder (pics included).This morning, I spent 3 hours on my hands and knees cleaning up the DE. If you vacuum it up, it will ruin your vacuum cleaner. Because I had to basically sweep it up it caused dust everywhere. Again, I included the pics. It was a mess! Not to mention the time spent. If I wanted to spend 3 hrs on my knees cleaning my carpet, I would have done it myself and saved the cost and headache.That being said, the DE did the job and removed the stains (pics included). However, it let the carpet a little whiter in those areas, even after cleaning the light powder residue with a shop vac that I might have to replace, which will be another cost.I paid them over $200 to clean my carpet. They had to return 3 times to get it right and I will end up spending 5 hrs of my time cleaning up after them. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company.

Excellent, Friendly Service.We were selling our house and needed the carpets cleaned. We were on a tight schedule and Tim fit us in and did an excellent job.Highly Recommended.

Tim showed up on time and was efficient, thorough, and fairly priced. I recommend this company and will use again. Cleaned two rooms, a sofa, four rugs, ottoman and two seat cushions.

These guys are FANTASTIC! The floor was covered with construction dust and they made it beautiful again; AND they came out on a Saturday! Cant say enough good things about them.
