Tiara, has been great since the beginning. She was honestly God sent. The day she gave us her business card we were praying for a POS system right away. We met her that morning and got us the info we needed right away, explained thoroughly and answered all the questions weve had. She is very communicative, a call away, ready to help and even if she doesnt know a question she tries to find it. Now that we have our system set up she has worked so hard the whole day to set us up and clear any doubts we have. The experience was easy, quick and understandable; our rep made it that way.

Ken Williams with Eliot Management Group is very professional and responsive. Each time I have a question or issue with my account he is quick to respond and resolve it. Great customer service!

Edit from previous post: EMG had reached out to me after my review, and corrected the error saying that I had a 3 year agreement, and did cancel the $495 early termination fee.Their policy does auto-renew so ensure that you read the fine print of the contracts.

The Eliot employees are extremely nice and helpful. They go out of their way to give you exactly what you need. I highly recommend them.

Watch out for Keith Williams and this company totally a scam! They just get your money and your rates so high and when you try to contact someone they always busy with other customers well once they got me in they just didn’t care anymore after all this company is just a unprofessional and bad bad bad bad bad bad STAY AWAY FROM IT!

Ken Williams was really great at answering all my questions and was very honest about what I was getting. I checked 5 different references (all positive), verified what the contract said, and asked alot of questions, before I finally decided to pull the trigger. We are a small business, dealing with other small businesses, and our volume is not as big as a retailer might be, but we have already seen a huge difference in how quickly everything processes, how safe our customers information is (if they want to keep their CC on file), how quickly I can access and change transactions, and how quickly I can email receipts. Pretty much everything Ken said he would do, did actually happen. I am really, really impressed, and hope you find your way to him too. He really takes care of his clientele, and Eliot as a company has been very good with communicating with me on any next steps. They are a forward-thinking company.

I am shocked at the lack of professional and customer courtesy. I spoke to Ally and Alexis (Allys supervisor) this morning. After not being able to communicate with Ally, due to her lack of social skills,she transferred me to Alexis. I mentioned to Alexis that Ally was lacking in customer service skills, Alexis was very quick to inform me that they are not in the customer service department. They definitely need more training in the social skills arena. I really wish you could post without having to give a 1 star rating. This department does not deserve 1 star.

Beware of doing business with this company. They sucked every penny they could out of our church because they held us to a contract that we never signed. We got a bad sales representative that said we could get out of our contract without any fees. We had people calling to help close our account and they would not. I cannot recommend this company that would treat a small church so poorly.

With several failed attempts to download software, I had a wonderful visit from one of the companys employee! She personally helped out with the process and in no time we were up and running again. Thank you so much for your expertese and patience, really appreciate it!

I signed up with Elliott MGMT group as my merchant account broker back in 2013. The sales person gave me a long pitch about how they are going to save me money and they will have my back.Pay attention people...they raise your rates when you are not paying attention and you have to call in and request that they be lowered. Theres nothing transparent about this practice. Total racket. 6% is what Ive been paying for the past few years. 6%.Do not use this broker.

DO NOT let them provide your merchant services and rent a machine to you. The machine that they rent to you is through Lease Finance Group, LLC. New York attorney general has filed a class action law suit against them for fraud. They make you sign a un-cancellable contract so the sells rep gets a huge cut of your contract AND it has to go under your name, not the business tax ID so YOU are personally responsible when your business closes and Eliot management will not take the machine back (even after they told you they would). Terrible business practice to associate themselves with LFG and makes sense that Cecil (the rep that signed me up) no longer works with this company. FRAUD!

Incredibly disappointing, after being a client for a year with not one issue I have had terrible service, unkept promises and huge fees. While it seems the salesman attempted to fix the issues it seems he is either uninformed by his company or is not capable of handling the problem.
