Contacted Toscana for a quote, a young guy came out. He seemed very knowledgeable with the project we wanted to do and we were pretty happy with his promises of Toscana taking on the project. The young man said he would have a bid to us but we never hear back from him. He called the office twice but the lady who answered had no clue of what we were talking about. Its a shame because Toscana had really good reviews and we really wanted to work with them, but I guess our project wasnt important enough for them.

Our kitchen was destroyed in the winter storm and we needed a full rebuild, basically. Our experience with Toscana could not have been better! Erick was very easy to work with and was straightforward with his quote. He worked with us when we had changes that needed to happen and made sure we got what we were looking for. All of the crews we had come to our house were professional and friendly. Not only did they do great work but they also answered any style and planning questions we had. If we ever have another remodel job at our house, we already know who we are going to call!

Erick did a fantastic job on a recent remodeling project at my house to redesign my home office. The previous owners of the home enclosed a courtyard to create an office space off of the master bedroom but did not remove the old sliding patio door that previously lead to the courtyard. Erick and his team skillfully removed the old sliding glass door & window, creating a soft-close pocket door with frosted glass leading from the bedroom to the office. He also added a custom floor-to-ceiling desk and cabinets in the office, laid hardwood floors to match the rest of the house, and installed numerous types of lights (chandelier, recessed, ambient cabinet lighting) to create a truly customized space for my needs. Because I didnt know what brand of hardwood flooring had been installed before in the house, Erick went to 12 flooring stores to try to perfectly match the hardwood floors to create a truly seamless look throughout the house. His team expertly laced the existing flooring with the new flooring and you cant tell what is new and what is old - it was an excellent match and installation job! Equally as important as the great finished product of the entire project, Ericks customer service was fantastic. From our first interaction he was attentive to my needs and desire for attention to details. He and his crew always showed up on time, proactively communicated with me when decisions needed to be made, adjusted when I wanted to make additions/changes to the original plan, and made the entire process very smooth. I have high expectations and Erick not only met those expectations, but exceeded them. I plan on hiring Erick for an upcoming kitchen remodel and already have him working on some remodeling at a house that my aunt recently purchased in the area. It is hard to find companies you can trust, but Erick produced high quality work on time and on budget.

We were never thrilled with our bathroom, and said one day we’d remodel it. Well, throw in an angry Mother Nature, a crazy freeze, and a burst pipe and the decision was made. Erick had been referred to us by a neighbor, so we called to see what it would take to repair the leak and replace the tile. Erick took measurements and asked if we could meet him at his showroom that weekend. When we arrived, he had drawings that he had done proposing a whole new layout to maximize the bathrooms potential. And he did not disappoint.We are extremely happy with our new bathroom. The crews were amazing and did not mind us “stalking” them from time to time and asking questions during the whole process.We highly recommend Toscana to anyone looking to remodel.

Erik and team just finished our home remodel and WOW! We couldnt be happier! The project was rather large and included custom cabinet design, upgrade to existing wood flooring and required the precision and creativity of a master plumber and electrician. My wife and I moved from a new home we custom built in Frisco to an older home in Plano with character that we knew would need renovations. Erick and Toscana made our dream kitchen (plus some) a reality. We had multiple bids and no one could match the combination of high quality, custom finish and price that Toscana could. I always felt comfortable talking through last minute changes or questions, as Erick or MJ were onsite every day with their teams. And best of all, they quoted 8 weeks and finished the job in 8 weeks (and likely wouldve been done a week early if not for a hold up on my end with appliances). These guys are professionals, theyre trustworthy, and they exceeded all my expectations. Excellent. I hired Toscana Floorings to put new tiles in Kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. I left on vacation Thursday afternoon and was back Sunday, so Toscana only had less than 3 days to do job. Toscana did an amazing job coming in, moving what needs to be moved and covering other furniture to protect it all the dust from the job. The new tiles look perfect and amazing. In addition, the base boards were all back in place and the cleaning crew came in and cleaned the house for an additional charge but it was worth it. All I have to say is AMAZING job (5 Stars) and keep up the good work. I would recommend Toscana for home improvement projects

I have used this company twice in the span of 12 years. They were originally recommended by a friend of mine who RAVED about Eric and his team. Both times, the quality of their work, their incredible customer service, and their very reasonable pricing was OUTSTANDING!!! The first time they put BEAUTIFUL handscraped hardwood down on my entire first floor minus the bedroom, which I wanted to keep as carpet. They custom matched the wood tones I had in the living room, and worked the mixture several times until it was EXACTLY what I wanted. The floors have been the favorite feature of my house for the last 12 years, I absolutely enjoy it every single day. Last year I had them back to complete the same look in the bedroom and also put really gorgeous tile into the master bath. It looks like it was all done at the same time, its completely seamless!! The spaces that they improve are just absolute night and day from what they were like before. I wouldnt trust anyone other than Eric with my remodeling work. Oh, and his employees must LOVE him too, I actually had the same exact installer, 12 years later!!! They work so quickly, and do a complete, thorough and professional job. I cant recommend Toscana highly enough. I plan to have them back again for more projects in the future as well!

Erik was hired just prior to Thanksgiving to do a total remodel of our master bathroom. He had to work around us through two holidays and managed to get the job done in a timely manor to our expectations which were high. Eric coordinated all subcontractors and ensured the quality of their work down to the cleaning service he sent out after the project was completed. Erik is professional and extemporary in the services he provides. We have sub sequentially hired him for additional work!

Just finished a major remodel with Erick from Toscana and his crew. All new floors in the first floor, as well as, kitchen and bathroom remodels down to the studs and back. The entire job was complete in under 2 months, just as he said it would be. We are detail people, and Erick was all about getting the details exactly how we wanted them. Ericks crews, particularly Mondo, were great to work with, and very flexible. All changes/additions to the project that we requested as the project went on were priced fairly, and executed perfectly. Erick also worked his schedules around two other crews that werent his (foundation crew and window installers) with great professionalism. Above all, the communication was excellent, so any concerns that arose were quickly resolved.When we chose Toscana, we did so because we believed that Erick would not only execute the contract, but he would also be dedicated to making sure we loved it, and we do.

We have a different review of Toscana flooring but still excellent service. We were traveling from out of town when our friends had car trouble and we ended up in the parking lot of Toscana. While the men were working on the car, Toscana flooring graciously allowed the ladies and 6 kids to sit inside out of the hot weather. They went above and beyond by offering us water, allowed us to use some tools, and even offered us a ride home had we lived locally.If Mike and the employees of Toscana are this nice and service oriented to travelers not even there to buy floors, I would expect their flooring products and services are superb! We needed to match existing wood flooring in our home and found Erick to be such a professional and honest gentleman. He came out to our home (40 miles north) that afternoon and talked to us about this project and gave us suggestions for the future. He measured and gave us an all inclusive quote while on site. After having another quote Toscanas pricing was by far the best we had received or expected. They were able to schedule within a few days and his installers have been just as dependable and professional. Erick answers his phone and is always happy to hear from me.
