Ive had a water damage from previously leaky roof to my ceiling , which resulted in hole in it in one of rooms. Roof was fixed by different people before and now i had to find somebody to repair the ceiling. After some searches, I found Matthew Sanders. During initial conversation, he said, that he is booked ~ 3 weeks ahead and if I want him to do the job, I will have to wait. I decided to wait.And I am glad, I did ! He and his companion are high skilled professionals, who knows in all, even smallest details of what they are doing and what has to be done Quality of their work is exceptional and the price, we agreed upon is very reasonable. After their repair - the repaired place on the ceiling even hard to find, thats how close to original texture they replaced the damaged part ! I definitely will hire them in the future !

Matt Sanders and his team did a great job installing a new hot water tank. We will definitely be calling Matt again the next time we need something.

Not only was this task completed quickly and perfectly, but his response time and customer service were both excellent. (Especially during the holidays!) The price was reasonable and my husband appreciated how friendly and informative he was. I will definitely be calling Sanders Handyman back for any other jobs that we may need in the future. My husband and I are right in the middle of remolding our house and we had a family member come in and do the work. Let me put to you this way it work was not getting done and my house was upside down and my husband could not stand it anymore so he fired him and called Doug Sanders and he came to the house and gave a quote within a day and sent a crew over here at 4:30 pm and they worked on the bathroom floor until 9:00 pm which took the family member two weeks to one bathroom. Then he sent another crew today to paint over what the family member did and they worked all day and got more done in one day then the family member did in 4 weeks. Very professional and is very honest with what needs to be done on your house and very affordable. His crew is very nice and respectful of your stuff unlike the family member.

Doug just did a complete kitchen renovation for us. I love, love, love my new kitchen. I highly recommend him for all your home repairs. His prices are very reasonable and his team does GREAT work.

Sanders is super nice guy. His pricing is way better than all the other quotes I received. We installed some new windows and though sometimes it’s a little risky to go with the cheapest guy, this was a full success. The windows are great and all work. Temperature in the rooms that received replacements are much more controlled and quieter.The only discrepancies with the install were that one of the ordered windows came with a bent screen; which Mr. Sanders was able to replace.

Called Sanders Construction for some odds and ends I needed done. Doug came out to provide a quote and immediately impressed me by pointing out things in my house that Id never noticed before, including mistakes by previous contractors. The man was obviously knowledgeable...thats kind of a requirement to build your own house from scratch (yes, he literally built his own house). I received his quote a few days later and found the price to be very fair. Doug and crew were consistently on-time, extremely courteous/friendly, always asked for my input before making any sort of cosmetic decision, consciously made efforts to not make a mess of the house, cleaned up their stuff after each work day, and, perhaps most importantly, did outstanding work.Two things became abundantly clear after dealing with Doug...first, he makes projects look so easy, and moves so quickly, that it makes you feel like an idiot. Secondly, he was the best person Ive hired to work on my house....Ive had electricians, hardwood installers, trim guys, painting crews, a concrete company, plumbers....you name it, theyve been to my house. Dougs work ethic, talent, and customer-focused demeanor was far superior to anyone else Ive dealt with.I dont think theres much Doug and team cant do so, if you have some things around the house that need some work, GIVE DOUG SANDERS A CALL...youll be glad you did.
