The cut barbershop is a good place and the manager Ray rizzle is not a good leader or role model for. The cut barbershop the restroom is always dirty. And there is never any soap to wash your hands with. I have lived in pleasant grove for 30 plus years and this guy he over charges you for haircuts and he also flirts with the female customers and my wife came back and told me but he doesnt give this nice barbershop the respect it needs

Kane is great! He is so great with my 8 year old. He provides Excellent service and awesome cuts :) . Have yet to be disappointed in the few years I have been going.

Went in looking for a new barbershop but on my first visit I was disapointed. Guy didnt even shave me, very unprofessional and ugly barbershop. He also charged me an insane 25$ that my current barber would do 125% better for 15$. Stay away from this place.

Never one to complain, I just did however a haircut is such an individualized thing that even those of us who feel as though we dont really care much about haircuts its impossible for that to be true because if you get a bad one like I got youll know immediately that a haircut is as important as it is unique to each one of us. Barber College is supposed to give people the fundamentals of cutting hair and usually it does just that but it takes time and talent to become a good barber. I disapprove of most is how a person can come right from barber school and be afforded the opportunity to work alongside seasoned barber as if he or she is one and the same with the PROS. I dont like paying the newbies the same price as the A1 guys thatll send you out of there feeling like a Star. Well, the Cut barbershop thanks so much for knowing the new guy wouldnt do well but still allowing me to to sit down and pay good money for an incredibly terrible haircut. Yeah I guess thats what all shops should do if their trying to grow the business: allow customers that assume the guy has to know what hes doing to sit down and swallow the bitter disappoinment of having to pay for something no one should; a haircut that ought to come with a butt whooping.....to the barber.

Barbers are good and always professional. They take clients by walkins and by appointment. My husband has been going to this same place for 20 years and now he CV takes our son.

New to Texas, Ive been to 3 different Barber Shops from Garland to Mesquite areas and was very disappointed with my son hair cuts; Ray Rizzle at The Cut did a fantastic job on my 7 year old hair - Prompt service, excellent hours and most important - Excellent hair cut!!!

Did not cut my hair the way i wanted, i asked for a high fade 0 on the side 6 on top and no front edge up. They nearly shaved my sides bald almost not even a faded line and gave me a front edge up line. I did not want a fade that made me look like im from the ghetto

My First time going here and I regret it so much! I asked for a front Edge up and he nearly shaved off all of it. Very disappointed and definitely never going back here. I’m sure there’s other barbers in there who do know what they’re doing but I got a guy named Ray who obviously ignored what I said I wanted.
