If I could rate it a 0 I would! Went to get my haircut at this location before my summer vacation and was specific as to how I wanted my hair however the hairdresser thought she would just cut it a LOT shorter than I wanted. I told her again not to go too short but she assured she was just adding volume and not taking from the length. At the end the haircut looked horrible! I asked if there was something they could do to fix it but it was just TOO short already so I was stuck with it. I swear that haircut really messed up my self-esteem😩 I would suggest you to go spend the extra money on somewhere better! I would NOT recommend this place.

I do not know about any of the other stylist, but Chrystal is awesome. I followed her from her previous Salon to Supercuts. She listens to what you say and works with you to make sure she does what you want. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible stylist that does as you want , not as she wants.

Been a customer for over 5 years and never had an issue until today. I went online and checked in for a 2:30 appointment, got to store at 2:10, and there was two clients in chairs and three waiting. One person who was already waiting got called before me which was cool. Then at 2:25 another customer walked in and was immediately greeted by name without the stylist even looking at the list, next vacancy and the last customer that had walked in was seated, and the stylist announced that this customer had called in, I spoke up and advised that I to had called in, this statement was not acknowledged by that original stylist that had announced that the last customer had called in! I was offered a seat in another stylist chair that had been vacated by this time, after being ignored I decided to take my business elsewhere, I guess it is true that all good things must come to an end!

I took my mom to get a basic haircut the smell in the place was awful straight cigarettes!!!! It was the beautician that smelled so bad , she had a very messy appearance can tell she hadn’t washed her hair in days which is weird since they do hair there

This place is not a good place to get your hair cut. They are rude and didnt cut my hair right at all. It was left uneven.

Ive had a great haircut here before and yesterday, one I am unhappy with. It depends on who you get. The good haircut came from a young friendly Latina woman. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered with a smile! The -ahem- not good haircut came from an older caucasian woman with short hair and glasses. I showed her the SAME picture and asked her to trim up the same haircut I already had, but she instead just made excuses and told me why this and that wouldnt work, and in the end it just came out bad and nothing like what I wanted. If you go here be careful in who you let cut your hair, because it could go either way.

Ive been going here for about 4 years. There are time when the haircuts are lack luster and other times they are great. My recommendation is if you get a cut you like then see when that stylist is in and only use that one. I know its a business but the stylists change here very often so find one you like and stick with that one.

SHOWING THEM A PICTURE STILL WONT MEAN YOU GET THE SAME HAIRCUT. stylist name was Jill so avoid her if you decide to go anywayI showed them a picture of the haircut I wanted and told them the number on the trimmers but they still gave me a buzzcut while telling me they always get a rush the last hour.It wasnt like my haircut would take long anyway but yall got me out the door fast and Im never coming back.Worst part they didnt even fade the buzz, so its a bad buzzcut too. Like how yall mess up a buzzcut?

My first experience here was great- had a conversational hair dresser, and she was super nice. This weekend, I went again and my hair dresser was talking about how she couldn’t wait for her lunch break, and hesitated when I asked for a style at the end of my cut. I ended up not paying $35 for a straighten (which is ridiculously priced) so I could spare myself from her lunch complaints. Also, I tried to start conversation many times and she replies either: A). Nonverbally, or B). Mumbling something under her breath.Also, Was in satisfied with the result

Very busy location on the weekends. Could certainly staff more than two stylists. I was seen in a reasonable amount of time (thirty minutes). Very convenient location.

Its ok, it really depends on who you get. Stay away from the older lady with black rimmed glasses, she will do whatever she wants and charge you mightily.Also stay away from the Mexican lady with the crazy fake eyelashes. Unbelievably rude and inconsiderate.She had the radio and the tv blaring and when a guy asked her to lower the volume on one, she just pretended not to understand him, and did nothing. Very rude and it is not worth it to go.

Over priced on mens hair cut by $6 compared to the supercut I normally go,( I have had great service ) asked for a simple fade Simple! and the guy started so high there is no fade! and to top it off one side is cut higher then the otherside! smh never again.

Warrning got horrible hair cut didnt like how my eyebrows were waxed and conditioning treatment is a joke. My daughter recieved a condioning treatment also a joke it pulled out her color the lady left her under dryer for 45min because she my daughter was a kid obviously did not care she then did 3 cuts i believe then finally washed my daughter hair out towel dryed at sink and didnt even comb it out. Horrible service shes 13 and was so embarrassed. I also paid before my daughter was done and i live iff tips so i tipped well 10 to my daughter lady and 15 to mine i was so mad at our service and our out come will not b back. Wasted my hard earn money

Came out with the same amount of hair I walked in with, not impressed with stylist.

Staff was so loud and unprofessional that I didnt even wait around for a haircut. Two stylists were on duty, but they seemed to be working on friends --there was much more talk than work going on. Plus, there were noisy kids running around unsupervised all over the place.Supercuts corporate needs to look into this -- the staff is chasing away customers with their lack of genuine customer service. I guess this location only exists for personal friends of the stylists? I cannot imagine that anyone else would put up with such rude behavior.
