The staff was amazing!! Very courteous.. but I do have to give a shout out to my man Henry!!That guy really takes care of you...been going to him for 8 months and I wouldnt change! I highly recommend him.

The guy I got my haircut from charged me $10 for trimming my “beard”. All he did was barely blend it in with my sideburns. Like dude cmon. Also the sides weren’t even. If I could give 0 stars I would. All they care about is your money. Def will not be back to this location.

This place is NOT very well organized. Ive been going here fir yen years. This visit was tge Third time in a row I called the day before to make appointment and when I arrive they do not show me having an apointment. They say its due to me not making the appointment with a particular stylist. The reason I told them I do not choose a stylist is due to when I find a stylist I like the next time I make an appointment with them they are either late...never show up...no longer at that location..just got fired...or whatever the excuse of the day. Hopefully I can find another place to go. Any suggestions???

My hair was cut much different than what I asked for. Along with that the music is too loud.

Crystal is great and an artist with a straight razor. My son says shes the best and wont let anyone else touch his hair. Crystal is a genuine pleasure to visit.

I guess this location is appointment only now? Was told to book an appointment for a later date because they were too busy, but there weren’t even any other customers when I was in there. The stylists were just sitting around playing on their phones and certainly didn’t look like they were booked up or even working for that matter.

My first time to a Floyd’s Barbershop. No expectations. Christian was persistent in knowing what I did and did not want before proceeding with the haircut. I was very pleased with the cut and plan on returning soon.

I have been coming to this Floyds location for a few months. From the first cut to the last one we received, which was just yesterday, everything was top notch. Sammy does a fantastic job on both mine and my sons hair. My son has a huge cow lick on the top of his head which is challenging for most people that cut his hair. From the start, Sammy did not have any problems taming it and making it look blended with his haircut. Thanks Sammy!

Karina very good and polite willing to listen and comply with customer wishes which is rare now a day plus she did great job, they were on time for my appointment which is great because I hate to wait my first time but I will be costumer for ever as long as they keep such good service.

Karina is THE BEST!! She really makes you feel welcome, understands what you want and has some of the best conversations! Hands down, she’s a 10/10!!

This is absolutely one of the greatest barber shops I have ever been to. I don’t trust many people to cut my hair but Jessica more than impressed me the first time. It is worth every single cent. I will be returning every week for a beard trim and haircut. I wouldn’t recommend any other barber shop other than this one. Jessica is fantastic, enthusiastic, and actually enjoys being there to do her job, unlike barbers at other chains, and shops, etc. The staff is always very friendly, professional, and answers the phone quickly. This place deserves 10 stars.

I have been sitting here tolerating extremely loud music for the past 40 minutes. I don’t care how good my kid’s haircuts are as this is literally damagingly loud. Averaging 90dBA. I asked them to turn it down. She laughed and said she can’t. She gave me the owners number. Just ridiculous.
