I believe the agent that helped me his name was Chris. I called to get my friend out of jail and he went above and beyond to make sure that it happened. Even though the paperwork went through on time my friend was transferred to another jail. The bail bonds had closed and he told me he would keep track of my friend and as soon as the bond posted he would go back and resubmit the paperwork. He definitely kept his word gave me a call around 9:30 that night and said the bond finally posted I have resent the paperwork to the county they were and in and it was confirmed they received it. We paid these people off early. Stayed in contact even when THEIR app continued to malfunction. Just for them to jump off the bond and refuse to jump back on the bond when my friend got into trouble in another state. Mind you I was in contact with the company every month even when my friend went back to jail. All of a sudden 3 months later after my friend went back to jail, they jump off the bond and put an ATF warrant out which they acted oblivious to as to why there was even an ATF hold in the first place. Poor communication and terrible customer service/satisfaction. Will be reporting this company to the Bond Board.

I called them early in the morning and they agreed quickly that they could help me get my mom released. I was in there office within an hour. The process was SO quick.. literally in and out in 5 mins. I leave happy and relieved the process was so quick. A few hours go by and I call them to see if her bonds had been posted. They informed me it would be a few more hours since she was located in a different jail than her tickets. A feeeew more hours pass by and I call again. They tell me they’ll call me right back. 5 mins later they call me back and say “ it looks like ima have to give you a refund “ After waiting almost 7 hours .. he tells me they don’t do tickets from that city. I was FURIOUS. We talked about the tickets and where they were from when I first called. I was so disappointed .. my mom is sick and the last place she needs to be is a jailhouse. I would NOT recommend this place. I had to drive back to their office for my refund and I was back a square one 😔. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!
