This is the worst bonding company to use if you have a serious case! They rob you, they with people who rob you, they threaten you more than they try to help you. John especially is the worst. He don’t have customer service at all. When you try to communicate he’s rude and states, “well it’s your world”. Please save your time and go elsewhere.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE RUDE AND COME WITH MANY THREATS!! THERE ARE 2 BROTHERS THAT OPERATE THE BUSINESS (CHRIS & JONATHAN)AND BOTH HAVE NO EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING BAIL BONDS AND CUSTOMERS PROFESSIONALLY. WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY WERE OPEN 24 HRS (WITH SIGN IN WINDOW AS WELL)AND THEY LEAVE THE OFFICE AROUND 9, 10PM AT THE LATEST. IT TOOK SEVERAL HOURS FOR THE PERSON TO BE RELEASED FROM JAIL, AS CHRIS MENTIONED IT WOULD. AS SOON AS WE MADE IT TO THE BONDS PLACE, WE CALLED SO PAPERWORK COULD BE FINALIZED AND WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE CLOSED AND WAS NOT RETURNING FOR THE NIGHT. THIS WAS AT 8:30PM. CHRIS THEN STARTED WITH THE THREATS SAYING HE WOULD ISSUE A WARRENT OF THE CUSTOMER DIDNT RETURN THE NEXT DAY,BEING THAT WE WERE THE ONLY TRANSPORTATION AND DONT LIVE IN THAT TOWN. WHILE FOLLOWING ALL DIRECTIONS ON THE PAPERWORK, THREATS ARE STILL BEING MADE ALONG WITH RUDE AND OFFENSIVE PHONE CALLS
