I acquired a 1995 Jaguar XJS Convertible last year and drove it to Dallas. I thought I had front end issues and was quoted over $2000 to have it fixed by a reputable car shop that I used for my other cars. Somehow I found Jag Mac and brought it to them. The front end issue was just a very bad alignment and they fixed it saving me over $2000. Since then I brought it back to them with an oil leak expecting a large bill and again it was just something simple they fixed along with an AC issue and oil change. $550 for everything! Jag Mac is a family business that does honest work at a reasonable price and if you have a Jag I would not bring it to anyone else! Russell and his dad are a pleasure to talk to and they will never rush you out the door if you have questions. There is nothing about the Jag they dont know.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Russell and his crew know their Jags. He even speaks in first person when talking about them. We have this issue or that issue. So I felt super comfortable in leaving my baby with him. The estimate I was given was hundreds under another very reputable shop.When the work was done, not only did they finish 2 days early, it was $150 under the estimate. Theres no way to top that!If you have a Leaper that needs attention, Russell is the man to give you honest, high-quality service, and a very reasonable price.

So glad I brought it here (2012 jaguar Xjl) They were fast and so far everything looks good. Honest people and good attitude. Great place to take for service and get the job done RIGHT.

I walk-in at 9:13a and leave at 9:28a (where do they do that at?)! A 2 year issue was solved and so much money was saved! There will be some follow up eventually but the $1400 issue for my 2005 S-Type-R can be resolved down the road and they were so upfront and honest about it! I finally found a PLACE where I didn’t have the fear of being a woman and being told things over my head or being charged like crazy. The respect level was beyond impeccable and I am so exited that since I bought my Jag in 2013 I have located a Jag place which puts customers first and foremost! No more “Park Fault” brake beeping! Its has been a while since I have needed repairs but I recommend Ian and Russell to all my friends and family (the ones with Jags of course). They even replaced a small part for free once and then when my engine was spitting, sputtering and smoking after i tried to wash it, Russell dried it out and said next time you clean your engine, bring it here so we can tell you if youre about to f---- it up. I ask what I owed him he said next time. Enough said.......

Jag Mac is the only place I trust with my Jag. Theyve always fixed the problems and never tried to upsell. I got water in some electrical parts while washing my motor and the owner didnt say much but gave me that look like you idiot. He dried everything out, put it all back together and closed the hood. He said next time you need to clean the motor, just bring it up here so we can make sure you dont screw it up. By the way it was driving, he could have conviced me that major work was needed. Instead, he didnt charge a dime. Thats unheard of at most shops, I havent been anywhere else since. Thats been 12 years ago.

Unfortunately, I read great reviews about this place so I trusted them a lot with my 2004 XJR. After dropping it off for a couple of weeks to have the HID headlight fixed. They assured me that it was fixed. I asked if washing the car would affect it, they said no. I live 1.5hrs away, went home and washed it. The light was dead. I called them and they said it was someone elses fault. They said to bring it by again. Unfortunately the car was becoming too much of a headache. Sold it. Sad story.. moral of story -$900 for a headlight that still didnt work.
