I rented a PA system, stage, podium and projection screen for a corporate event in Dallas. Great customer service easy to work with and extremely polite. The day of the delivery every thing was deliver and setup on time without any issues. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Sandra, you did a wonderful job.

DO NOT USE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LEDD THAN DESIRABLE. THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY TELL YOU!!!!!! My best friend daughter had a general reveal and they delivered a broken table. The office was called and they didnt respond, and the guy that delivered it was called and he stated he would call someone and call back or have someone return the call. Several Called him back no answer and no response to the texts. Was forced to buy a table last minute do to the lack of response. Save yourself the frustration. Careful if you are depending on last minute functioning equipment. The pick up was for 5Pm and they called Saturday at 12 and said they were on they way to pick them up? Then a gentleman called Sunday afternoon asked if we new the table was broke? The question is did you know that is was broken when they dropped it off? The office was called on Monday morning asking for a manager to call. The call was returned by Sandra and she stated she was the owner. She wasnt sure what she could do to make it right? Well lets start with empathy, your company left someone in a terrible position? She did say she would credit the table back since we didnt use it? WOW

Called several times between June 2nd and 3rd. Received no answer or call back. I then submitted an inquiry online and got a response back 5 days later! I inquired about renting a fog machine. After stating which machine I needed I was informed the minimum rental was $100 and asked if that was all I needed. I replied yes and asked for the pricing. The price to rent is $35 plus $39/gallon for the fluid. I was told I wouldnt be able to rent just the machine. Understandable, however the person responding lacked customer service skills. I almost had to beg for a price and instead of instantly turning me down other options couldve been presented. Ex. Our minimum rental is $100. Heres a list of items and prices you can look over to add to your rental.

Horrible customer service and false advertising on their website. I ordered their largest size “glamping” tent for a client and the photos on the website show a different (much larger and more open) tent than what was actually delivered. When called about this, Sandra never answered the phone, (it was 5pm on a Friday, so that is understandable) but when I finally got a hold of her she was so rude to me and refused to do anything to help the situation. She finally put her husband on the phone who was less rude but still unhelpful and said that “we can put any photos we want on our website, and we could have ordered you a larger tent if you wanted.” Even though Sandra specifically told me that was the absolute largest they had. No communication before delivery or pick up. Don’t let this company do what they did to me. I am now out money, my client was unhappy, and it made for a extremely stressful situation. I hope Dallas Event Rentals one day learns some customer service. For now, don’t use them.

MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!!THEY LEFT US HANGING THIS WEEKEND. DELIVERED BROKEN TABLE AND NOT RETURN CALL EXPECT ABOUT THE TABLE BEING BROKEN WHEN THEY PICKED IT UP!!! Slow to respond, unprofessional and lack of attention to detail. It was so difficult and time consuming to book that I went elsewhere, and I’m glad I did, because when I tried to offer some polite feedback I was rudely told off. Try Fox Rentals instead; great service and their prices are just as good.

Poor customer service. Will never recommend. Voice-mail never returned. Didnt try to do anything to make situation better. They even stopped responding to emails when I attempted a resolution. Poor customer service is deal breaker.

I hate to do this to a fellow vendor but please think twice before you hire them. First off communication is horrible, when you are able to get someone on the phone they are less than happy to do their job. I ordered a tent, tables and chairs for a client of ours. I was told I would receive a call with a two hour window for delivery on the day they were to install the tent. This was very important so I could make sure I was at the venue to show them where to set everything up. Needless to say the call never came, at about 6pm I received a call asking me to pay a balance, after I emailed telling them their invoicing system was not functioning. After trying to resolve that issue, I asked when they were going to deliver, only to learn the tent had already been delivered and set up. I arrived at the venue and it was set up in the wrong place-not much I could do about it so we redesigned the entire event decor to accommodate their mistake. I was told the tent would be picked up Monday. On Sunday I received a call from my client advising me that they were at the venue trying to pick up the tent but told her she had to take everything down and put it near the street so they wouldn’t have to walk. I couldn’t make it to the venue in time to deal with them, so my client and her guests tore down everything and carried it to the street. All while the employees were being very rude to my client and insulted her and her guests by saying they were too slow. Fine....then they had the audacity to tack another $85 onto our invoice for “picking up”, which was already included in the price of the invoice that was paid. The manager, Sandra, has no idea what she is doing and is as rude as she can be. Oh and I left out two of the tables were broken when they dropped them off, my partner had to fix them both so our client could use them, and the white garden chairs....not so white, more like gray with scuffs and scratches all over them. I have never been so embarrassed by a vendor in my entire career. I only went with them in an effort to help out a local business during these crazy times we are living in. NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL LET ALL OF THE PLANNERS/DECORATORS I KNOW TO STEER CLEAR! And before they respond that it’s about money, I have already paid for their services in full so don’t believe it.

I’ve called a couple time the phone wasn’t answer but I did get a response back with email and phone call. We got everything situated and overall we’re happy with their service. Very good prices Gladly recommend them.

Rented 200 white garden chairs and 20 tables for a corporate event we hosted. Every thing was deliver on time and picked up on scheduled times. All the equipment was in good shape. Placing the rental was really easy and convenience. I recommend this company 100%.

Rented linens, bar tables, dance floor, and PA System for New Years, everything was delivered on time, and setup perfectly. My New Years party was a complete success. I will decently use them again. Sandra was very polite and professional when I placed my rental.

Ordering the rentals was the easiest thing to do. However! I never got the call with a two hour window for delivery the day before my event. I would have preferred the 40 napkins for my lunch be the same color and thickness. Some were white, some cream, some thick and some thin. Makes a difference when using napkin rings. The guys set up the four tables and did NOT make sure they were locked causing two of the tables to collapse during my event. While everyone thought it funny and memorable I did not share the same sentiments. I have tried to get someone to contact me twice after my event and have heard nothing. Will use another company for my next event.

Dallas Event rentals are the best! Another rental company cancelled our rental because of the rain, we had to call Dallas event rentals 2 hrs before our event, Sandra answered the phone and was able to take our order and put us on the schedule for the delivery right away. The delivery driver showed up 45 minutes later and helped us setup and get everything ready for our event. We are so thankful, and we highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service and very professional.

Zero stars. Lady on the phone was very rude. She said, “what I’m getting really angry about is that you guys don’t understand anything”. She gave us a two-hour time frame from 8am-10am to arrive to a destination where the people delivering it is. The people delivering got there at 8 and we were still on the way by just 10 mins and the lady on the phone said my boys will leave because we will not wait for you (in a loud voice) she yelled at us saying, “don’t yell at me! It’s your fault” and we were not yelling, we were talking a little louder because we were in a car so we had to articulate so that she could understand our point of view. The lady on the phone’s name is Sandra. She has anger issues for sure.

Stay as far away as you can. I honestly wish they could get negative stars. Also you should probably check yelp (unlike me), because there’s a bunch of horrible reviews stating the various ridiculous things this “company” has done to people. They say I signed something when there’s NO signature on anything and no one told me to look for it or what’s on it. Paying someone on PayPal does NOT count as signing something in any way shape or form. Especially when you’re NOT told to look for anything to sign. They never sent me a contract - even when I asked twice and they’re honestly just not professional in the slightest. They made this bride cry before her wedding by being rude and horrible to me. So just don’t even try to contact them.
