We used BEYOND for our wedding lighting, videography and audio visual. They were nothing short of amazing. The reception was beautiful from the beginning of the ceremony to the end of the reception and send off. They had a special design custom made spotlight on the dance floor with our initials which was really cool. The lighting was beautiful and really transformed what was initially a plain looking reception room.I highly recommend BEYOND as they truly want your event to be amazing. Not only are they responsive, affordable (and were a non profit so we need that!), flexible and professional, but they get our vision of what were trying to portray. We hired Beyond for our wedding last year and had an issue on the day of. They didnt mention that the lights we used required an on-site technician or at least some sort of instruction on how to dim them... for the entire evening, the reception was brightly lit and our guests complained all night. We reached out to Beyond to make this right for us, but the way that the contract is written definitely protects them from any miscommunication or misunderstandings like this.Overall, I did not love the interaction that we had with our contact either. It often felt like she was just trying to drive up the price throughout the whole coordination rather than helping us stick to a budget or thinking of ways to be more cost effective.

This is a 5-star team who bends over backwards to make sure your event is awesome and that you are pleased! Jennifer and Justin are friendly, professional and easy to work with. We have used them for several fundraising events and they always help us shine!

The production company is often the most crucial partnership for an large-scale corporate event, and at a recent program for our Texas office we used Beyond for the first time because we had heard great things. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of everyone from Beyond that I interacted with, both in pre-production and operation onsite.
