After a bad rain, we found an issue with our roof leaking. After a while we started smelling a musty smell in that area of the house. We called WHE out and Mickey climbed up into the attic and verified we had a minor issue. After his suggestions, we had the affected area cleaned up (and had the roof fixed). No issues.Mickey was super helpful in not only explaining the mold and mildew process but also how to properly clean up after such an incident. Ive heard every situation is different. I encourage anyone worried about mold (especially that black mold) to contact WHE and have them come out and run a few tests.

Mickey came by and did a mold assessment for my mom. She was worried about the smell and humidity during a remodel.
