We just moved in and so far have been very happy with everything. From the initial tours to moving in, they have been very helpful and attentive. Especially Lou! She is fantastic and part of the reason we chose to live here as opposed to others we looked at. She checks in to make sure things are running smoothly and you can tell genuinely cares about us. The apartment is great and everything is brand new and looks great. We are so excited to be here!

My roommates and I have been here a little over a month. Management is impossible to work with. We have submitted multiple emails and visited the office to try and request maintenance. We are frustrated to the point of looking elsewhere to live and breaking our lease.One of the two bathtubs does not drain, the kitchen sink does not drain, the apartment has loose wires, we are being charged for valet garbage pick up but were never given a trash can, and we have requested info for a reserved parking spot. All of these have fallen on deaf ears. I have emailed the property manager and assistant manager with no responses at all. I have never written a review for an apartment before, but the neglect here is so disheartening, that we strongly encourage others to look elsewhere. There are loads of other things wrong with our apartment that are not pressing, just annoying, but the legitimate requests we have have been ignored since our lease started a month ago. We dont know what we did to make management hate us, but they always act like we are a bother when all we want is to be able to shower without risking flooding the apartment.

My experience with Verlaine on the Parkway has been great so far! I am moving here this month from out of state and Lou has made sure that all of my needs are accomodated! She has worked endlessly to uphold everything she said she could do for me. I am thankful to be moving to a place with great employees like Lou! I am looking forward to moving in this month!!

This review is in direct respondent to their fitness center problem. If you’re thinking of moving here, and one of the selling points for you is the fitness center, look elsewhere. It was supposed to be done in March.... then middle of may... then first week of June... then the middle of June... then the first week of July... and now it’s not supposed to be open august.. can you see the trend? The leasing office got a fancy new Light up name on the building, yet we’ve been waiting on “new equipment” for almost 7 months, when the equipment is fine. I feel like this complex is more worried about getting new tenets, rather than making life better for those that already pay them and give them money. None of their amenities are open, and if they tell you “two weeks” they are blatantly lying to you, as that’s what they’ve been saying since March, and that includes the pool. I asked the leasing office woman, if it would be open 24 hours when it finally DOES open, and she asked “well was it 24 hours before?” To which I responded, “i don’t know! It’s never been open during my entire leasing so far!” Was also told that when I signed my lease, it would get bigger, and there would be a second one installed... wel, I don’t even care about the second one anymore.. OPEN. UP. THE. FITNESS. CENTER.

Please see pictures attached. I was provided with a “new” fridge almost a month ago just to find out it WAS NOT new and indeed from a random storage unit. This fridge came with roaches which in the end my apartment has ended up infested with roaches. I have addressed my concerns with the leasing office, sent out emails but NOTHING has been done. I was told the last 3 weeks that pest control came in, which is completely false because I have been home every Wednesday and NO paperwork has been left inside or outside my apartment for confirmation. I have been nothing but patient, but now it is out of control because I can’t leave food out, I can’t cook due to roaches and the “brand new” fridge I was promised has not been addressed. I have not heard from anyone regarding the broken shower rod (which apparently wasn’t an emergency). It was supposed to be taken care of the next business day, and unfortunately I’ve had to do a temporary fix myself until they decide to reach back out to me. Good luck to future tenants.

Sure are fast at replying to all the rightfully upset Google reviews instead of actually replying to all of our emails about our month long outstanding maintenance requests! I understand running an apartment complex is not easy by any means. As where our requests arent necessarily dire emergencies, I feel over a month is more than enough time to at least respond to us and have something planned for a resolution. Especially since we are being charged for valet trash but not supplied with the valet required trash can, the tubs not draining despite snaking it ourselves (which came back with nothing), and our kitchen sink wont drain, which causes standing water in our dishwasher which defeats the purpose of using said dishwasher. But gosh golly the grass sure is nicely mowed and trimmed! Maybe if yall actually fixed the things wrong with everyones apartments then you wouldnt need a flimsy attempt of a PR stunt like a free ice cream day.My sink or bathtubs arent draining, but my patience certainly is.

I’ve lived here about 2 years and I work really near by. I’m glad the apartments are getting new things because it was needed. Apart from location being key for me, I love when I can walk into the office and talk to Aura Valencia with any of my concerns and she ALWAYS helps find a solution. People are always changing in the office I’m just glad she’s stayed around. I always feel I can trust what she says and if she can’t help she’s also honest about it.Other than that, Really wish who ever owns these apartments put work to the back fence since it’s poorly maintained.

I just dont recommend this place to live. When they feel like it, they invent services to steal your money without taking your opinion into account. and nobody shows their face when you claim them. there is a lot of theft on the property and more at night. the corporate does nothing. there are bars but they have not worked for a year or maybe longer. they do not open the pool or the gym.

Folks if you have to rent... Just look somewhere else...please read this review....Aura is the sweetest when you havent sign the contract... Once you are here, all the hidden fees starts to come out(they clearly told me no extra fees, just the monthly rent i was agreeing will be charged every month)... Response, you never get ONE back. Maintenance, it is the worst... They come to check the issue and then those guys said that is normal.For the price charged here you can get a better apartment with better guest service

First off I’d like to say assistant property manager Aura is amazing. She always was extremely helpful with my issues and very empathetic which goes a long ways especially when the issues are literally in your home. The property manager Alex that was there before had 0 empathy. A couple different times I had brought issues to him he had pretty much shrugged it off like it was nothing but he is now gone. They are currently doing a lot of work on the apartments which is great because it could definitely use an upgrade appearance wise. Maintenance was friendly and always got my work orders done.The units are old and in some ways you do get what you pay for but every cheaper apartment in this area is going to have some issues it’s about how the mgmt reacts and takes care of your issues. You can trust Aura to handle these issues like a professional.

They never gave me my deposit back for signing up here after telling me I dont qualify. I asked them to send me my deposit to their office but they sent it to Georgia when I never asked for it to be send there. And I went back to ask them that I never wanted it to be send there and they havent done anything about it.

Could not wait for my lease to end! Terrible experience. Office staff is lazy and rude. You have to put in a thousand work orders for them to come fix anything. My AC went out twice during the summer and they took their sweet time coming to fix it. Please look else where, I found better places with similar rent prices in the area. You can do better.

This is just crazy after you guys made a huge mistake by pointing the sprinkler just facing our window.you left us with a wet carpet and an apartment floating in water. It smells so bad in here. It’s a shame to let us in this situation that you guys DID. I know it’s not intentional but still it’s a tort.We paid the rent to find ourselves asking people to give us a place to stay in. The maintenance people just left the machine running with no supervision for 3 days at our expense with no consideration of how much this huge fan will consume.Besides that, it’s an electrical hazard. the worst experience. I documented all what we are going through because it looks like no one is supervising and making sure this matter needs an end.

Aura and Javier have been of great help ever since I moved in. Aura gets any request I have done either that day or the next usually like to trust her with my concerns because I know it will get done the right way. I have the townhome one bedroom (2422) been here two years and I like it because of its privacy feel and the area I’m in, I walk to the bars or restaurants all the time I wish the owners would repair the parking lot it would look a lot better maintenance is handy and works hard they are always picking up trash making sure the lots are clean no issues with pests ever

I toured with aura yesterday and I would absolutely lease there because of her . Although, I didn’t like the parking lot or stair rail rattled (needs some work) she knew her stuff.what was different about her is she offered help with anything, even if I didn’t lease there. She expressed her genuine attitude the entire time, it’s hard to find that when you are looking for apartments in the Dallas area. I didn’t lease there because of the exterior . Apt was nice/clean

I lived here for about 4 years, and it was generally a great experience. The current staff, Javier, Aura and Alex are always very helpful and kind. They do what they can to tend to your needs in a timely manner. My only concern with my experience here, and why I cannot give it a full 5 stars, is the fact that the entire complex needs a bit of a face lift. The windows in my apartment felt like plastic and every time it rained or stormed heavily, I found myself very concerned that water would leak in (which sometimes happened). Besides that, the community is safe, and I never had any issues with parking or neighbors. Also, the location is absolutely prime!

Was apartment hunting and stopped by this place. There were potholes in front of the office which is a poor sign of upkeep. Walked into the office there were two guys there talking in spanish. I was waiting there for 5 minutes and they did not even acknowledge me. Bad sign. I was about to leave until this nice woman Barbara came and helped me. She does not even work at these apartments. She was just there helping and doing a far better job than the guys that work there. She gave me a tour and answered all my questions and changed my mind about the apartments... Until I read these reviews. Way too many bad reviews talking about rats, roaches and bed bugs and that is the deal breaker for me. I will have to pass on this place.

I’ve lived in the apartment for almost a year now and I love it!Its close to all the stores and restaurants and the staff/maintenance are friendly and quick with assistance..The office people are very genuine and helpful, especially Aura!She is kind,friendly,always in a great mood and always willing to help and answer any questions that I have.Throughout my pregnancy she would always ask how I was doing and if everything was good with my apartment and to give them a call if I needed anything ..Not many apartment managers show that kind of concern and I appreciate her!I would definitely recommend living here to anybody...

I have lived at the Renaissance Parc for the last 15 years and my overall experience here has been extremely Good. Its so nice to have a management team that really cares and that is professional as well. Maintenance requests are taken care of the same day and you get a follow up call the next day to make sure that maintenance was actually done. We Have new management here and they are awesome!!!!! It is so , nice to walk into office to a friendly greeting.. Alex, the manager ,Javier and Aura are very helpful and are quick to attend to any problems that my arise. The apartment complex is kept clean and is very quiet.The maintenance staff Rickey, Jairo and Julio are very friendly and they are quick to fixing problems. OMG where do I start!!!! I wish I could give these apartments no stars. The area is nice, however these apartments do not match the area. The staff is very heartless when you explain to them the issues you are having. There is mold, roaches and every critter you can think of in these apartments. The potholes in the parking lot is crazy. Dont leave your car doors unlocked. This company needs to go back to the drawing board with customer service and simple maintenance request. There has to be something done about these apartments. I have a laundry list of complaints. Where is channel 4,5,8,11 and Telmundo when you need them or even the City of Dallas.

It is not worthy to get 1 star. I dont know why people still living in this apartment after seeing all bad reviews. I have lived there for two years and I feel regret for spending every minute of living over there. Actually, I dont know from where to start. I got bed bugs and my neighbour next to me got bed bugs. My car got scratched two times and it costed me 2000$. The Windows blow air to inside and when it is raining, the water comes through the windows. So, you electric bill will be high all the time. I have vedio but there is no option to upload it. Forget about the deposit that they have. They gonna take and find millions reasons to get it.Guys, dont go there at all.

Overall a nice place to live. Management changed about a year ago. Since then the property has been improving. Staff is always pleasant and very helpful. Maintenance requests are always completed quickly. Neighbors are wonderfully diverse and super friendly. There is a huge number of residents who have lived here for several years, which is always a good sign in an apartment community.

Where do I start. The apartment for what you pay for is not up to par. The complex is very ghetto. I keep reading about roaches in which I have seen in my apartment. Aura is very rude. I asked after 2 days could I just pay for one month and move. I was told no. They doubled the deposit. My fence has gaps so I cannot bring my dog over til fixed. I have complained about the loud music. Aura told me she never heard this. All though after reading reviews i see this is not the first complaint. The washer and dryer are backwards. I cannot open my washer all the way due to the water heater is above it. This is an inconvenient. I have missing baseboards. The drawers dont fit my utensil . This has been the worst decision I could have made. The apartments are not kept up at all. Yet they are remodeling the front office. The parking lot is a mess. Oil stains are everywhere. My front door is hard to unlock. Everytime I think Im going to break my key. The office staff or property management does not care about the upkeep of the apartments. Yet down the street apartments are only 100 more a month and are new. They need to do a complete remodel of the outside not the office. The office was fine. I am definitely going to express my concerns but I doubt they care and will be rude. Its a shame these apartments are not nicer considering the area. I really hope all these reviews lead to a remodel of the complex and soon. Someone has planted their own plants which looks horrible and painted their own sidewalk blue. What apartments allow this. Someone has a grill on the sidewalk and it stays there. The apartments are a mess. As soon as my lease is up. I will definitely be moving. A year cannot go by fast enough. The gate doesnt work. They dont care. They act like its not a big deal or dont have the money to fix. The apartment complex needs a serious make over not the office. Sincerely an unhappy renter.

This apartment complex has very poor management starting with the community manager and extending to the corporate office. The property is kept in poor condition (dog feces, cockroaches, and potholes everywhere) and the owners have no interest in giving their residents any recourse.After a fire on the property the management failed to communicate to effected residents and moreover didnt answer their main telephone line for 3 days! The corporate office can not be reached, does not return calls and provides zero support for residents.Loud interior construction (accompanied by obnoxious music) is scheduled for 8AM Monday thru Saturday mornings with no concern whatsoever for residents effected.There are approximately a thousand other apartment communities in this neighborhood with similar rents. You would be crazy to lease from these people.

Andrea has been so helpful! I just moved in, shes helped me through the process by being transparent, communicative, and accommodating! Im looking forward to a happy lease here! Also, I moved in by myself after 9pm and was able to park really close to my apartment, and the people I saw were either friendly or left me entirely alone. After a week here, I still havent heard any loud music or walked by a sketchy area. Renaissance Parc has done a wonderful job welcoming me to the Addison area!

Since Im an international student all the way from India all I expect is to feel at home and that is exactly what I felt when I walked in. Aura has been our angel ever since we interacted about apartments. From providing and accepting applications to the very last moment of providing us with our apartment keys, she was and is such a sweetheart. I have been in to renaissance parc from past 2 years and it is really good community to live. It is very clean maintenance from the staff and good support from the Leasing staff. Nice Browsing center to take your printouts and Nice Gymnasium to exercise at anytime. Good 2 Laundry Facilities and 2 swimming pools inside the community. Its gated community with fully security equipped gates. I love EVA Murguia one of the Leasing officer, always smiley and helpful.

Most disgusting apartment ever. 60 dollar for water for 1 person? The rent is cheap but this fee is freaking ridiculous. It cost more than my electricity bill. And they claim it is by building. Maybe I paid for the whole building. Ghetto area. I would not walk around at night. I do hear gun shots. The gate never works. No security, placed my work order about cockroaches and they came 2 weeks after I place the work order. Management sucks and have attitude. They will charge you extra and don’t tell you about 60 days notice before you move out and rip you off after.Right next to tollway so it is terribly loud because their windows does not block off any sound. Worst place to live. I couldn’t even wait before my lease end to move out.Do yourself a favor and never step your foot here.

I didnt move in but so many red flags, on the tour there were multiple fees that would need to be paid. Ive rented for more than 12 years [5 places] and have never heard of this many nickel and dime fees. Because the rent changes daily, I didnt get approved but Javier did pass my information to a apartment locator which was nice but they hardly ever answer the phone and he was rough around the edges when I showed up for a viewing without scheduling. Thank you for all the reviews, Im glad I didnt get approved. My gut was right but Im moving from out of town and just trying to get something.

I lived here for the 2 years I was in Dallas and I loved my apt. The location is amazing because behind the parking lot is Belt Line Rd which has all your bars, restaurants, stores etc. There is an AMC right behind the complex as well. They even have a gate in the rear of the parking lot to make it easy access. I didnt have any parking issues. I will advise you that if you do not have a parking pass displayed you will get towed. I have personally sat and watched several cars get towed while sitting outside some nights.Any time I had a maintenance issue, they came out quickly to address it. One Sunday evening my kitchen flooded and the maintenance guy came directly from church (still in his dress clothes) to fix the problem. They ended up having to call an outside contractor regarding the flood but the issue was fixed by that Monday.The girls in the office were always nice and friendly. The pools were always kept clean. The fitness center is not state of the art but its enough to get you by.I saw a review where it said the caulking on the tub was done horribly and I can believe that because it was done horribly on both tubs in my unit and when I moved out they charged me a fee of $280 ($140 per tub) to resurface them. This was their shady attempt to nickel and dime their way out of returning my deposit because Im sure the only resurfacing they did was adding more of that cheap caulk. All in all it was a great place to live just be careful about getting your deposit back when you move.

Ive been residing here for the last 6 years...I had a very angry incident on 02/08...I had two paid covered parking my car was towed at night for the reasons I dont even understand...I managed to get my car back asking tow company reason they told me to ask Apt......on Mon went to office...I meet the so called manager Alex he didnt care an inch... The reason he gave were the most Absurd and foolish...if they were some serious Texas laws pertaining to parking they could have explained to us when signing up.. its extremely sad and unbelievable to have this kind of management...it sucks.. theyre only good at getting you on board... once boarded pwiii..they dont care...my conclusion....they work together with tow company...This is the most USELESS managements ever seen..my opinions plain and simple...

I was told that I needed to pay a FULL month rent deposit in order to move in after I had already given $200 deposit and $75 admin fee (both are refundable). This was really out of the ordinary as I have good rental history and decent credit. Noel on the Parkway gave me a better deal with no extra deposit. This makes me feel like they just wanted more money for no reason. However, they may have different policies. Understandable.On top of that, the office made the mistake of depositing my initial fees and now I have to wait 2-4 weeks before I can get it back. Abby and Alma are pretty much useless when it comes to customer service and client retention. I never got a call back as I was promised and the manager, Jeannie, was the one that finally took care of it. I would recommend moving to a different place instead of having to deal with incompetent employees.

I dont know why people nag about everything.6/10/2019A storm hit Dallas pretty hard yesterday afternoon, and did cause a lot of damage, but I’ve noticed that residents blame the office for the damage. Have these people ever seen a storm in their life and what it causes? Don’t run and blame the staff for the damage, it affected EVERYBODY, and affected others worse. Staff was doing their best to get all trees, and debris out the way, but there was places that needed more attention. Things happen, that’s why insurance always comes in handy!

I am a current resident and i am now having to move out. I wouldnt recommend this complex. Theyre infested with bed bugs and dont treat the issue properly! I am having to throw away my $2K sofa because of it! It is not good for my health with an auto immune disease, nor can I enjoy any part of my apartment because I cant go down stairs where the issue is in my living room. The complex is trying to Blame the issue on my unit but A) Im OCD and a clean freak and B) I dont travel. Its funny how I keep seeing mattresses and couches by the dumpsters. The manager tried to tell me that it is because of people moving out and just getting rid of furniture. I have been in apartment and commercial real estate for 12 years and was a property manager for 3 yrs. I know what causes bed bugs, how to treat them properly, and what a dumpster area looks like after an extreme move out and that is not it. I have recently put in my notice and am waiting to see if they are going to try to charge me a move out fee before I take legal action.

I have lived at Renaissance Parc for 4 years and outside of a few minor inconveniences I like it. I have never had a problem with noise that was not addressed and taken care of. If I have a maintenance request, and I submit it in the morning, by the afternoon someone is there taking care of it. I wish we had washers and dryers in each apartment, but that is a minor thing. Parking could improve, but again there is nothing management can do about that. People have cars and they want to park close to their unit. I walk my dog late at night, and I have never been bothered. So all in all it works for me.

Its a nice place as long as you live on the second floor. The 1st floor is a real mess... When the neighbor starts walking upstairs your windows will shake. In addition, the hardwood floor makes a lot of noise... Be ready for some short sleeping periods and a lot of headaches during the day. I Lived in that place for 3 years... Please take this in consideration before moving. Please!

Actually it’s not fair to give a even one star to such a whack place like this! Their management are bunch of thieves , and whatever deposit you put you better forget about it plus you are going to pay an extra ridiculous charges . I don’t recommend nobody to take a chance and live in a complex like this, because their management maintenance staff and charges are the baddest !

I am a current... me and my husband are ready to move out since the second month living here... we had to pay a month of ahead witch was not an issue, we even gave another month of advance as well to knock it out of the way.... our rent has gone up about 30 to 40 a month... when leased was told water was included with the total amount that I was told that rent was going to be... on the fourth month is when rent started to get higher... we dont mind paying more if its worth it but we honestly dont think it is... they told us the apartment was move in ready and well the kitchen cabinets and restroom were never fix they have been chipped and pealed off, same goes for our sink in the restroom paint pealing off... the sliding door in the kitchen has never been fix, it falls when being open so now we dont even mess with it.....ugh oh boy and the dishwasher is so disgusting, Ive never used it plus I dont even think it works.... the floor sounds like its uneven, when you walk you can hear the wood cracking... plus I was never able to hang up decorations due to the rotten walls... the nails fall off or they just go in threw the walls... I just feel like we pay so much for really awful apartment.... but what I really can say that is positive and that was the reason why we decided to move in was the floor plan and the amazing apartment model yall have to show... I thought thats how my apartment was going to be... oh well, just here patiently waiting on march to get here so we can move out yay the lease will end!!! :)

Maintenance is terrible. They never came to fix anything that we had broken in the apartments. There is trash all around the complex. The worst part about living here was when they towed my car and it was completely their fault. The parking lines were not visible and very ambiguous. Management was terrible and only game me $100 back. Very sketchy area. I never felt safe. The only positive thing about these apartments is the location near the shops/dining/entertainment plaza.

I love the apt itself, its spacious and the floors are nicely done.On the flip side, the manager is rude and unprofessional. The woman who leased to me gave me the wrong amount due at move in and the manager has been extremely rude about it, saying people make mistakes but is doing nothing to remedy the situation. I have to call multiple times to get anything done, they have misplaced my packages and every one I talk to gives me a different answer. Ive only been here 3 weeks and I already want to move.Update 6.9.19Do not live here. If theres a storm or emergency, they shut disconnect the phone line so theres no one to get ahold of. A tree fell on my car during a storm and theres no one to take calls or assess the damage.No one picks up acter their pets. My daughter cant play in the grass outside our place because it is covered in dog poo. Management does nothing to stop or clean up the mess. The gates only work half the time but the key fab only works for the front gate and you have to pay for it separately.

They are old apartments. The foundation slopes and they do not care. They are noisy and not well insulated. Maintenance sucks and is not effective. They are dirty apartments. The management royally sucks they do not care about anything but collecting rent. The management will charge you for everything they can upon moving out! Horrible place to live and if you move here after this review then you are dumber than I was as they are way overpriced slum lords!!!! I am seeking legal action against them for taking advantage of a Native American U.S. veteran with cancer for taking advantage of my illness and over charging me!!!!

Respect, integrity, empowerment and customer service. That is the philosophy of Cirrus Asset Management according to their website. Dont believe it.I received a phone call from Community Manager Cynthia Valdez on the 9th of March at 4:11 PM. During this exchange which lasted just two minutes, Ms. Valdez declared and confirmed that all late fees would cease and that all eviction proceedings would be discontinued, provided that I satisfy my past due rent, less any late fees, in the form of a cashiers check. Ms. Valdez affirmed this declaration not once, but twice.Believing Ms. Valdezs instructions to be factual, this resolution was for all practical purposes, adopted. Subsequently, a cashiers check for $1,052.74 was then executed by my financial institution and made payable to Renaissance Parc on that same day and delivered by hand shortly thereafter. Much to my dismay, the preceding check was unceremoniously returned to me on the 12th of March, along with an epistolary communication that frankly challenged the validity of said monetary disbursement. An additional late fee of $10.00 had also been factored into the amended arrears.On the 13th of March, Seth (who has been very kind and patient with me) regrettably informed me that an additional eviction-filing fee of $250 has been assessed: the product of eviction proceedings that took place on that same day.It is my humble belief that this matter is both illegal and improper for several reasons, with the most important being that my family and I have now been economically impaired by the gross negligence and dishonesty cultivated by management. Ms. Valdez made unequivocal promises that were knowingly untrue that I relied upon.I called the main number for Ciruss Asset Management’s local regional office here in Dallas and spoke with Jeremy about this matter at length and in great detail weeks ago. Jeremy had given me his word that he would contact me back by phone within 48 hours. I never received any phone call. I called back four times and even left voicemails, but still received no response.My vehicle was towed this morning. I was informed that my vehicle had no visible parking registration and that I, a resident of Reinassance Parc, must now pay $164 to retrieve my vehicle. More than likely the placard simply fell off, yet I am being told that I have to some random tow company an absurd amount of money over something as ridiculous as a fallen placard? Im now being informed by Cynthia that it will take between 24-48 hours for someone to get back with me? Why I am being told the exact same thing that Jeremy told me? Help me understand why I have been and am still being treated this way.

If they had a 0 review they would get that . I would not ever recommend this property . I moved here because it was close to work . The office manager is racists and spends her days in the office with her feet up on the desk while she has people that dont know the rules running the front when you walk in . I have been here since April 1 and my lease is up in Jan 2019 . I have called in a request for maintenance since i moved in about my AC vent leaking and they have been 4 times and it is still leaking . The people that live above me have 12 people living in a 2 bedroom 2 bath and have high traffic all day and night . went to the office and there responce was its called having people above you Not to mention the fact The trash bends look like little mexico and there is always tash outside the dumpsters and mattress and all . If you want to live in the Ghetto and be treated like you dont matter as long as they get paid , then live here ! You will be right at home !! Ohh forgot to mention , if your speak spanish or here on a green card status then you have VIP status over all residents . Hence why i have reported this complex to the BBB and the US government as a sanctuary for illegals

I do not recommend this complex to my enemy. Renaissance Parc was practical at the time but I wish I would have spent the extra hundred dollars to live up the road at a nice complex... Grounds are bad, they charge for water waste but you will notice floods from the sprinklers going on constantly (which residents are paying for) I complained several times about it also because it would flood in the only grass area for my pets to use the restroom or play... Parking is horrible and your vehicle is not safe at all... No one cleans after their pets nor do they use a leash. Everyone uses the entrance down the road as an exit almost hitting my vehicle on multiple occasions.... Most neighbors were horrible, loud, disrespectful, and I would agree very ghetto and lost of music of different nationalities playing very loudly. Consideration is not apart of the vocabulary around here. Although the area is convenient the construction and traffic is horrible. Save yourself the misery and look elsewhere.

Rude, unhelpful staff, unresponsive to Maintenance requests. They lock certain gates part of the year, making it more difficult to move throughout the complex. Plus they take away amenities like pools and laundry facilities without adjusting your rent and just say so sorry to bad. Poor management.

There is no option for zero star, so im giving them a 1 star review. This is the worst apartment I have ever moved in. On the first day of the move in I see the below.1. There were ants all over the living room carpet.2. Toilet was not cleaned properly.3. The front door was tampered.4. The bathroom closet hinges were all full of rust.5. Broken power outlets.6. Washer & Dryer room door came off and fell on my wife.In spite of me reporting all these on the second day, I need to give 60 days notice and move out since I have already moved in. I moved in day before yesterday and im moving out of the apartment as soon as possible.

I lived at Ren Parc from 2008 to September 2014. I would not wish this apartment complex upon anyone!Termite infestations, constantly breaking down AC units, noisy neighbors, an unreachable courtesy officer, security gates that are frequently broken.Good luck getting your complaints dealt with, management and staff change constantly. Also make sure to check when your lease renewal dates are up. They forgot to place notice 2 years in a row. Even when they do remember, theyll use the wrong dates.With apartments being torn down in the area for new ones, save yourself the hassle and live somewhere else before this one does.

ONe thing i need to warn you is just get ready to pay an extra $50 to $60 dollar on the top of the rent pretty much the whole year. They do charge for water bill, wastewater , wastewater base fee ,Service fee ,waste water, Trash bill , Trash service fee and pest control fee. In my opinion this is so ridiculous

I am a current resident. I moved to this complex in September 2014 from NYC. I rented the apartment in June of 2014 with a move in date of September 2014. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer 2 weeks before we were to move to Dallas and take possession of the apartment. When we got to Dallas I explained the situation to the new girl (not sure of her name), and Abby (no longer employed there), and another woman (name escapes me, but she is the manager Im told). All were very sympathetic, except the new girl who proceeded to tell me I needed a doctors note (because we had not lived there 6 months yet) if we needed to switch apartments due to the fact that my husband might have problems with stairs (we are in a one bedroom 2nd floor duplex). Mind you we had only just found out he had stage 4 terminal cancer a few weeks prior to moving, had I known he was sick when I rented the apartment in June I would have never moved into a second floor 2 story apartment where the bedroom is on the second floor. Getting a doctors note would not be an issue, but we decided to stay in the apartment we were in because he was doing ok at the time. Since we have moved in 8 months ago my husband has taken a turn for the worse and we can no longer stay in the apartment (he was just released today from 2 weeks in the hospital). We did buy a house and are in the process of remodeling it (wont be ready until late June), but he is unable to manage the stairs now that his cancer has spread to other organs including to his brain. We are currently staying with our daughter (no stairs involved). I stopped in on Wednesday to just give the manager a heads up (since she always asks how he is doing), and new girl was her normal unhelpful self.. continued to ask was there anything she could help with.. when I told her a little of what was going on and asked to speak to the manager she replied Abby is no longer employed here. So I asked to speak to the woman who always asked about my husband... I had to ask a few times she finally went back to where the woman was and then came back and told me she was busy. This has left an incredibly bad bad feeling. Id like to know how people can be so insensitive. It isnt like Im asking them to do anything other than understand we are going through something horrible, and that we are not currently living in the apartment, and that if anything happens we are not there. Instead I was simply pushed aside. Where and what has happened to common decency and understanding that when someone is going through something horrible that you at least speak to them?I would never recommend this complex to anyone. My lease is up on September 10th and that cant come soon enough. The sad part is my husband will probably be gone by then. Thanks Renaissance Parc for showing that you really dont care about people, that for you, it is simply a business (all about the $$$).If I were running that business and someone like me came in I would at least listen and not have an employee say to me wow I hear so much now about this thing happening to people.By the way I dont want out of my lease. I will keep that apartment until my lease is up, because according to new girl if I break my lease (even though I would do it the right way.. 30 days notice and 2 months rent) its going to hurt my credit. News flash Renaissance Parc... We have purchased our forever home.. pretty sure I dont need a recommendation from you.I would love to have a phone number of whoever is above that cracker jack (horrible) office staff.. though I do realize I wont get that number.I wish I could stay its been a pleasure, but it really hasnt been. Maybe you should treat your tenants with a little more respect. My jorney in getting an apartment was amazing here. Ms.Watson who helped me big time was amazing. These apartments are amazing location for the price.I never have to drive far to go anwhere everything is so close as far as shooping getting food etc... Also the mantance teme are liget. They get the job done if not the day of the very next day.I would recomand these apartments to any and everyone.........this is my very 1st apartments and my last for sure LOLI REALLY REALLY LOVE RENAISSANCE PARC Apatments
