Tisha was the BEST. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding 4-14-19 and was so accommodating. She showed up on time and was done on time. My mother and matron of honor both loved their hair as well. We showed photos and she gave us exactly what we asked. Fun and interactive environment for wedding day and our trial run. Nothing but positive things to say about TC makeup. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. I had a prior trial makeup with a different company and was a Terrible experience.Tisha was a breath of fresh air and I was so comfortable on my wedding day to let her take care of me and my bridal party.

I’ve been a customer of TC Makeup for 4 years now. She does amazing work with hair and makeup. She listens to what you want your look to be and brings it to fruition. She has done my bridals, my wedding, my sister’s wedding, and 2 of my friend’s weddings. You will not be disappointed! I only wish I could have her around every day :)

Tisha and her crew made my wedding morning so easy, stress free, and beautiful! I had a large wedding party so Tisha and Julie showed up early to get us all going. They were very prompt and even finished early. All of my bridesmaids, my mom and mother in law, and I were all extremely happy with our hair and makeup. Tisha and Julie really listened to our individual requests and made us feel like our best selves. I couldnt have asked for a better company to do my wedding hair and makeup! Tisha did my hair (and all the other bridesmaids) for a wedding, and everyone turned out beautiful! She asked for pictures of some ideas/things we liked and then adapted it to what works with our hair. She was super sweet and fun to chat with and would 10/10 recommend!!!

First of all, Trisha is the sweetest person ever. She is so easy to talk to and responds to all of my questions and emails quickly. She was able to get me in for a trial at such short notice which I am so grateful for. Melissa was my stylist who actually did my trial run and I absolutely loved her! I was really nervous coming in but Melissa made me feel so comfortable. I wasnt exactly sure what I wanted to do with my hair or makeup. She spent as much time as I needed that day until I was happy. I believe I was there for over 3 hours! She was so easy to talk to and really tried her best to make sure I left happy. I am so so relieved that I found this place! I absolutely would recommend TC Makeup to any other bride.

I literally can’t say enough wonderful things about Tisha. She’s AMAZING!!! I went in having an idea of what I wanted and she transformed me into a princess. I have never felt prettier in my life. She has a wonderful studio. It’s bright and very clean and everyone else that works there is soooo friendly!!! I have had Tisha do my hair/makeup for my boudoir shoot and bridals and I have her booked for my wedding. Best decision ever. I am so glad I found her!!!!!!! I loved my updo for my friends wedding! I showed a few inspiration pictures of what i wanted and just sat back and relaxed. Our stylist and her teammate are so friendly, on time, did our wedding partys hair in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. Ive been scared of getting an up-do since I had one bad experience in middle school, but Im in love with the result. They showed up promptly and executed all of the hair and makeup perfectly. Will definitely use them again!

Three days before the wedding, I tried to reach out Tisha to confirm our beauty and hair appointments (on location). We havent communicated with each other since I paid her in full. I emailed first but received no response, then I called and left a message, emailed again, no response for two days. We all were worried if she would show up on the wedding day. I was so stressed out. The wedding was out of town, it would be hard to find a makeup artist in the last minute. The last few days before the wedding, I was supposed to relax, instead, I was struggling to think out a backup plan for my bridesmaids and myself. She eventually responded the day before the wedding. Her excuse was that she was busy. But how hard was it for her to move her finger and type even just simply I will see you there then click Send?My hairstyle for the wedding was hair down with curls. We had a trial run for the bridal portrait and it turned out ok. However, It was extremely windy on the wedding day. I expressed my concern to her that my hair would look messy at the outdoor ceremony. She had no words. Basically she had no thoughts about what kind of hairstyle I should have on a windy day. She had no solutions. The rest of story you can imagine, my hair looked like a complete disaster on all the professionally taken pictures. I literally cannot pick out any one picture that I want to hang in our living room.Response to the owner one last time: Majority of our email correspondence happened before we signed the contact. Since the contract was signed and the deposit was paid, it took you four days to respond my email and you never answered your phone. Speaking of the text, we had never exchanged one single text message until the day before the wedding. The way you were caused a lot of stress to us because we were not even sure if you are trustworthy or not.I did most of my makeup on the trial run, that is why it was extended. I spent extended time, not you.I did not insist on having my hair down on the wedding day. I was concerned with my hairstyle because of the gusty wind, but you had no thoughts or words about it. Whats worse was that you completely forgot to contour my face, which was so important for my round face. The day was hectic and I didnt even realize it until I saw the wedding pictures.Now, there are almost none of my wedding pictures Id be happy to share with my family and friends. Apparently, you didnt care!

No one ever answers, I have left a message even after requesting info from their website, I havent even received a reply. This is my third and final attempt. Not very good customer service.
