This company and their employees are FANTASTIC ! They are extremely nice and honest.We have our home covered in Bella Cera flooring, which comes with a ,50 year warranty. My wife had used Bona Polish in three large rooms several times a year for the past two years. It looked horrible after awhile. All we wanted was to have someone remove the polish and clean the flooring.Ultra Clean came out and worked their magic and in a few hours, they had restored our flooring to the original satin finish luster. Our experience with Ultra Clean was AMAZING! We recently relocated to the North Dallas area from Southern California. We purchased a new construction home that was delivered to us in a sub par level of cleanliness by the builder. We wanted to find a professional company to 1. Properly clean all tile flooring (removing construction slop and gunk) and our 3 tile bathrooms and 2. Seal all grout to protect its light white color. Just purchased a old property and the floors were disgusting. DIdnt have the capital to replace the tile, so I called Ultra Clean and I SO GLAD I DID. Floors look great and saved me the headache of a renovation.

We hired this business to come and clean our about 1420 square ft new tile flooring. We were told his process would be to use equipment that uses about 800PSI water pressure to remove all the excess grout and grout haze left on our tile after the tiles did not get cleaned by the tile company. The tile company came in and wanted to cover the tiles with a sealer and without cleaning the grout off first. We decided to hire Ultra Clean Tile & Grout cleaning service to do the job correctly. Unfortunately that is not what we got with this business. He said he would clean the tile first. He failed to clean all the tiles and then sealed it with grout and grout haze still on some of the tiles. He assured us it was all cleaned and was rushing us to pay him. Unfortunately we did pay him but we now have the task of removing the grout haze, and resealing the tiles ourselves.

Jason was the technician that came by to do our tile and grout cleaning today. He did an awesome job! He showed up on time, polite, thoroughly explained the process and made sure the results met my expectations. I highly recommend the company. Thanks to them, Im loving how clean my kitchen floor is!

I am very particular about any job that I need done and these guys were very very detailed and did an amazing job both on tile and carpet cleaning that they did for us. They were on time and very pleasant to work with. Defiantly using them again and will recommend them to family/friends.

Travis was able to work our home into his busy schedule, he went above and beyond to meet our move-in deadline. He worked late for two nights which allowed us to begin moving into the new home.Travis cleaned, colored and sealed the grout lines on the tile floor and did the same for 2 showers. The grout color was not consistent making the brand new grout lines look dirty but not any longer after Ultra Clean Floors worked their magic. The grout is a consistent beige not grey and dirty looking. The tile floors now make the house look brighter.I have to say this is not a cheap project however it is worth every cent. The tile floors now look better than brand new. If you are selling your house I suggest you allow Travis and Ultra Clean Floors a chance to make your tile new again.

During our remodel we could not decide if we were going to replace our tired worn out Travertine with wood. Because we have so much Travertine we decided to keep and try cleaning it. I found Ultra Clean and was promptly contacted by Travis. He came out quickly and gave me a bid for all my travertine, my ceramic tile bathrooms and carpet. Every question was answered and I decided to let Travis have a go at my very dirty and beat up floors. I am so glad we didnt tear our floors out because they look amazing.
