This review comes from a different direction than most, I suspect. I edit freelance and work for many agencies. The producers at Loomis are among the best, most creative and efficient I have worked with. Their client is better served by getting a great ad quickly without the time and expense of multiple revisions. I loved my internship here for a lot of reasons, but the main one would have to be the culture and how much they value their interns. Interns were invited to every meeting, looped into all the current projects, asked for our input, and tasked with things that real account managers do. Additionally, they always encouraged us to branch out and explore our interests; for example, I got to sit in on some copywriting meetings just because I asked.My fellow interns became some of my best friends, and Im still in touch with several of the employees at Loomis. When I was unemployed, they let me tap into their network of friends in the industry to help me find a job. Even now, my supervisor periodically texts me to ask where I ended up.
