Well, sometimes they could log in and response times were extremely slow. I was getting nowhere with the current IT company and was very frustrated. During my first conversation with Aaron, he made a fix to speed up our internet response, which was one of the many issues we were having. I was sold right then. As you can imagine, we were concerned about our corporate office experiencing down time if something didn’t go according to plan, but were extremely anxious about our remote locations. Knowing that this was a business changing event for us, Aaron, Mike, Phil and the rest of the Method team were with us every step of the way from giving us information and their expertise on the major decisions down to how we should set up extensions for our new phone system. I could go on and on about how seamless the transition was and how when we did hit bumps (which you inevitably will) Method rapidly responded and got any challenges handled. We are now up and running almost totally on the cloud and our new phone system is more than we expected. Have been using Method Tech for over 1.5 years for my small business for networking, computer repair and IT. No job is too small or too large for them. Their response rate when an issue arises is really fast and all their techs (and Ive gotten to know all of them by now) are top notch. They are all really knowledgeable and get the problem fixed very quickly. In the past year Ive had 3 large projects with them including moving our location which includes installing an new internet phone system, getting a new server and most recently they got us back up and running after a ransomware attack. (Method kept urging me to change our insecure passwords which is how the breach happened, but thanks to them implementing a reliable and quick backup system we were up and running right away...and those passwords finally got changed). The above three projects seems really overwhelming to me and Method really helped take care of everything and put me at ease at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
