Ive gotten great pricing on BEAUIFUL laminate wood flooring from S&G Carpet in Cupertino. The young woman who answered the phone was patient, efficient, and got the job done right. I had some problems at first when I was installing the planks (the first time for me) and called to ask about it. The woman who answered the phone had installers call me the next morning. They called and listened to the issues. One of the installers offered to stop over to take a look and show me how to install the planks correctly. He was VERY helpful! After he left, I was able to start on the project again, and this time it worked perfectly!! Thank you S&G Carpet personnel! This is the second time in 25 years that Ive bought flooring products from S&G Carpet, for two different houses, and I remembered the great service and products from the first time. I always recommend them.

Good Day,Each step of the process for the purchase of our new flooring has been a very pleasant experience. From the time I walked into the Cupertino S & G Carpet store till the last day of the installation. To be honest I walked into the S & G store with another carpet store’s sample. The ‘Other Store’ had completed one room in our home and we were not pleased with the quality of the carpet install or the Customer Service. However that all changed when I walked into the S & G Carpet store. John, Flooring Consultant, worked with me to ensure the lament flooring we selected was still in stock. Dan, IHSC, was very knowable and answered my list of questions when he can to measure and provide us with a quote. The Install Team, Jesus, Ivan and Eduardo were top notch! They installed plastic to protect our kitchen cabinets and provide dust control. They moved our furniture with great care. Their workmanship, professionalism and the quality of the install exceed our expectations! In fact the Installation Team completed the Project 1 day ahead of schedule – certainly an unexpected bonus. VERY MISLEADING SAMPLE!!!The sample (Hickory Natural Adobe) that I picked up from your store at Cupertino had some black/natural knots that I liked.The sample (Hickory Natural Adobe) that was brought home by your staff during the measurement process was very plain with no knots. I liked that as well. When I asked the staff why does the sample with the same name look so different, I was told that the second sample is the exact version and the first one is incorrect. So, we went with the second chosen sample(Hickory Natural Adobe).What we have installed now (full of knots AND lines running all over) does not even come close to the sample (plain shade, no knots, no lines).I hate my floor and Im living a nightmare. No matter how much I clean, the floor always looks dirty/messy because of the knots and lines. This is 100% not what your sample looked like.A SAMPLE SHOULD BE AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT THE FINAL PRODUCT IS GOING TO BE, NOT JUST THE BEST PIECE OF THE LOT!

The team has been great to work with. Every step was managed very professionally. Installed flooring into a rental unit, was exactly what we wanted and looks great.

S&G has a nice, large showroom with an abundance of flooring samples. The staff was very helpful without being pushy. We were looking at luxury vinyl tile but they had other varieties of flooring, including hardwood, engineered wood and carpet. They offer instillation if you need it. Samples can be taken home for 3 days.

We had new carpet laid in our family room with pet safe padding. The installer called when he was on the way, worked efficiently and cleanly, and was meticulous and precise as he lay the carpet. This is the second time we have used S&G, and I am very pleased with the service and results.

Another good G+ find.It was a little strange that the showroom/office is up in a high-rise office building, but it all works and Linda has a lot of patience to work with clients until they find what they like. Measuring and installation appointments were on schedule, and the two rooms came out perfect.

Fantastic staffs that measure and install promptly. Unlike the other store start with H, they were fast and it came out even cheaper. The other store was offering free installation but I guess they were charging more on the materials.

Their return policy is not customer friendly. Un-able to return an un-opened un-used full box of flooring.

We met with John. He was incredibly helpful. We left the store with samples for our floor to evaluate and decide. We are very pleased with his services. We used S&G for our previous remodel and were very pleased then.
