This company is dedicated to stealing our money and giving us a government controlled monitoring device as well a a phone that is used to collect our person data. And can and will be used against us in the future.

Spacious and clean! They only allowed 5 customers in at a time and kept everyone social distanced. Before you get in line, you have to answer covid-19 symptom questions and get your temperature measured. This location was not crowded at all when we went on Saturday, so we were able to get in very quickly. The service was amazing and we got to try on the new Apple watches and watch bands.

They have apple mugs, bottles and T-shirts!

As usual with Apple, the retail experience here was fantastic. Staff will be at the entrance to greet you when you enter. On top of offering a wide selection of Apple products, they also sell merchandise like Apple Shirts, Apple Watch Bands, and Swell Water bottles. Overall, I would highly recommend this store to anyone. This store lacks a Genius Bar, though.

Staff are all attentive and store has enough staff for customers needs.

The only place visitors can roam around is outside the campus and the head quarter store. Surprisingly, the head quarters store is acutally quite small and not that remarkable except for the fact you can buy unique Apple branded items like t-shirts, tumblers, and mugs that cannot seem to be found anywhere else. The service I experienced is your typical friendly Apple service you could find in most Apple stores around the world.Many Apple fans around the world will probably love to visit but personally Im not sure if you should go to Cupertino for that alone considering there is not much you can see besides the HQ store and the outside of the campus. Would be great if Apple could consider mini guided tours of their offices. I would certainly pay for that.

Clean, efficient, relatively quiet store. If you need just an Apple product, you can save a lot of time in parking, getting in and out in minutes vs going to another Apple store in a mall.

Love this store over the new One. You can purchase merchandise here that isn’t available anywhere else (except ebay of course.)I managed to by Apple Cup, Water Bottle, T Shirts and Pens from this store. Staff were really helpful.Car parking is really difficult here and finding a space is very difficult.Well worth a visit.

I was charged twice on the same product. I came to pick up a product, and it seems not to be the right one. Had to cancel it and order a new one.Now my credit card shows 2 charges with the same price.Was expecting more knowledge when doing such a thing. Now I need to deal with my credit card company. Not fun.

Visited here today to purchase an Apple Watch for my wife. Due to COVID, there are restrictions in place but the staff, location, and policies make it worth coming here. Its also a cool experience to visit APPLE headquarters while purchasing Apple products.Currently during the COVID pandemic, they only offer express pickup. This means ordering online and picking up (often within an hour if in stock). You cant try on any of the items but Apple has a good return policy that allows you to buy it, look at it and try it on, and exchange it for something different if you dont like it.The staff here is also great. The guards are friendly in front and open the door for you. The employees inside are all smiling, super helpful, and pleasant to speak to. 10/10 experience here.

The staff at the apple store stopped me and checked my temperature before letting me in. After a year of pandemic, everyone knows that covid patients dont necessarily have fever, and with everyone wearing mask and keeping distance, the chance of contracting virus is very low, yet they still check my temperature. Guys at Apple should be smarter than that! ☹️

Staffs were helpful in finding products and respectful

We were told to go to the Infinite Loop Apple store when we visited another Apple store in Palo Alto. They mentioned that we could but t-shirts and other like items at Infinite Loop.A few of us took a car and travelled there to look at the Apple products that we couldnt get anywhere else. There were t-shirts, water bottles and mugs, among other things.The experience was fantastic especially when 3 Canadian girls can give directions to a California native about what to do, where to stay while they visit Canada.

The place is nice. But except an apple store there is nothing for visitors.

It is an apple store that is located in the apple campus.

The infinite loop. Very sleek place. They got an apple store which sells cups and tumbler. Pretty refreshing.

Great place to visit if you are in the area and you are a big Apple fan! Pick up exclusive merchandise, as well as all the normal apple products. The staff are very friendly and its just a nice chilled out environment. I will be visiting again!

Mini Apple Store at the HQ.Very average however there seems to be a few unique gift items available.For an Apple Store experience visit the stores in any big city, theyll be much more impressive and possibly include more products.Would be nice if there was more of a museum or genuinely special items to buy.Nice of Apple to make the effort to provide something for customers visiting the HQ. Makes a point of how much they believe in the generic Apple Store format.Presumably the the store will move to Apples super HQ nearby.

Outstanding customer experience, employees couldn’t have been more friendly and eager to help and you can tell it’s a superbly managed positive environment.They take very strict covid precautions with temperature checks, frequent sanitizing and even wear medical gloves if they need to interact with your electronics.

Good customer service

Service was horrible. Recently purchased an i-Pad and paid monthly for support. Had some trouble with the device and brought it in to get some help. Waited in line and the guy at the front, think his name is Andy. Kept on convincing me to use the App or call in for service. Also told me to go to another location. He answered a few of my questions while I was in line and didnt let me into the store to get help. Apple service are notorious of being bad. They only want to make sales. They let people wanting to purchase in first. People like myself trying to get help, they try to get rid of. Stay away from Apple products, especially this location.

I was excited to be here and I dont even use Apple. No pics on the inside and all visitors are allowed to see is the courtyard and cafeteria, which serves really good food. Loved the sushi!

Apple Campus. Easy to drive to and there is a lot of parking for the public. Unfortunately closed on the public holiday I went on, but there is a small, quaint Apple store there.

I loved the Café. Eating here with my family felt very surreal. So much technological history was made in the buildings around where I was eating a meatball sub. I felt just a little bit more emotionally connected to the phone in my pocket... oh and the food was good too!

I’m a huge Apple fan and former employee and it’s so cool how many big and important things happened here.

Masks are no longer required if you are fully vaccinated. Why are customers still having to go through testing and temp checks??? No other store does anything other than a sign with the latest mandate.

It was amazing seeing where APPLE/Steve Jobs is /was, for so many years.We live in Alabama, and would never have an opportunity like this ever!Employees were very helpful, as well as friendly.Actually took our photo in front of the #1 That Mr. Jobs walked by everyday.

Apple visitor centre, no public entrance inside offices..people can have a visit to apple store which is smaller compared to apples own store across the world. Photo oportunities at the apple signage and scenic campus.Finding parking slot is a bit difficult .Whole weekdays visitir parking mostly will be full and you have to go from one sector to sector lookimg for a slot whoch may end up in long walk back to the store or signage.Overall a good place to see where world os changing .

Didn’t know this dongle manufacturer made the computer

ATTENTION with the refund! I had an iPhone 8 rated and entered everything EXACTLY as it is. Also the crack in the display. The cell phone was valued at € 120-140.Based on this assumption, I bought a new Iphone 11. In the past you could exchange in the store. Now Refund only online possible and therefore Apple takes advantage of that! They let you buy the new cell phone, then send the old cell phone back and after the new cell phone has been paid for, you get the message: Sorry, no refund I feel ripped off - If I had known this before, I would exchange the display for little money and would have continued to use the cell phone!

Cool to get merch not available anywhere else

We went here to purchase a new iPhone and had a fantastic experience, thanks to an awesome employee named Tamara! She was super helpful and made the process of getting a new phone + switching the data over super quick and easy. Also, my husband’s phone wasn’t charging correctly, and she happily helped us with fixing that as well (turns out the charging port was filled with pocket lint 😂) and now the phone is all back to normal!!! Great experience and will go there again if we ever need to visit the Cupertino Apple store again.

The store is quite small compared to the other ones but it has exclusive apple merchandise. Staff is friendly but the shop its often busy.

Very confusing experience. The airpods demo was a bit of a disaster with the ear fit test and noise cancellation not working. Ended up not buying. The store also didnt have discounts that were readily available at online retailers. The folks at the store were friendly though and tried to be helpful.

Apple HQ.

I absolutely loved the place when I went here after I retired from the Board of Executives at Apple. They have some very unique merchandise that you probably can’t get at any other Apple store. Would highly recommend.

New iPhone got

Not much crowded. Plenty of retail store employees. Not as fancy as Apple Park visitor center but better for quick visit.

The first and original headquarters of Apple, located in an area entirely renamed or built from the beginning with ultra-modern buildings in the style of Apple. Lots of windows, open space in the office, a beautiful visitor center where you can buy gadgets and t-shirts, but also apple products.you cant enter the building when you want but you need a reservation.

Apple watch manufacturing defect, Apple refuses to repair. Customer satisfaction? ZERO!!!!

Outstanding building and design

Any Apple Fan should go once but honestly it isnt much different from a standard Apple Store. The Visitor Center only includes a Cafe and a standard Apple Store. The only thing new is that you can get onto the top floor for a view of the Apple campus. Worth a visit if you live close by.

The best place for visitors who are fans of Apples products. You can try all of their products there. The staff is really passionate and knowledgeable about the Apple items. Kids are also allowed so we brought ours and had a great time.

No sense of urgency. Waited 10 minutes in a 2 person line... there should be limits on how long people can browse
