I love this location. Anahid & sharareh are so friendly and have so much experiance Also doing their job so patiently! I really scared of needles and doing bloodwork but at this location they helped me to have a good experience And always go back to this location. I do have Very small Tiny veins And it’s hard to get lotta work done because they cannot find my vine Through the first poke But I Anahid Did it for me with the tiny needle and Through the first book she was so good I didn’t feel anything and it was so fast without moving the Needle inside my vein. She Is professional and so good. I am so thankful and happy To have this Experience , will back to work with them for sure!

Ive come to this location for many years now. Sometimes the wait time is short; sometimes its longer. All depends on how many people are waiting. The process is pretty simple and consequently pretty efficient. Through the years the staff has changed. People have come and gone. Some are more friendly than others. None have been especially talkative. They have a job to do and customers waiting. If I never had to wait at all, I would give the place five stars. I give this place four stars because, for what it is (pee in a cup or have your blood drawn, and how could there not be some wait time), four stars is as good as it gets.

I had a good experience. My appt was at 10:45am and I was there 20min early. As I attempted to checkin, a nice lady asked if I need any help and I told her I am checking in. She asked for my name did my checkin herself and I went in for blood to be drawn. I was there total of 10min in and out.

The staff are very nice and friendly. Theyre not only professional but patient to answer every question and help us correct the mistakes on paper and samples to collect. Theyve improved a great deal on waiting time with appointments. Ill recommend this place for lab test.

Everything is good except excessive wait-time that too can be avoided if you go with an appointment. I waited almost 1 hr :40 min that too when i reached early morning 7:10am on weekday. My suggestion -Save your time with Appointment.

If I could give anything lower, I would. This location should not be allowed to stay in business. I’ve been here since 7:30AM and it’s 8:10AM and no one has even called my name for a check in. There’s one guy doing the paperwork and drawing blood. He doesn’t seem like he’s in any urgency to get people out of here. This place is tight and disgusting! Never again am I coming to this location. Last time, I went to the one in Sunnyvale which is MUCH better!

This office is small and grungey with virtually no privacy. I could hear people leaving urine samples and dividing private information from the waiting room! Try the Knowles Drive office, its much more professional.

It was such a bad experience with LabCorp in general I would say. My wife doctor asked for blood work with LabCorp. I tried calling LabCorp in Campbell,CA but no one one picked the phone. Then I called to Cupertino,CA office, an interactive voice response asked to schedule an appointment online in their website. We scheduled for today morning and we were going round about the De Anza Blvd and Prospect Road for 20 min to find the address mentioned in the confirmation email 20555 Prospect Rd, Cupertino CA. We could not easily find the office and when we tried calling the LabCorp in cupertino, no one picked the phone, we tried multiple times calling them, no luck, we return back home. Very bad experience on the first attempt

Horrible Horrible Horrible staff! We had a very bad experience at this place, when we took in a 4 day old infant for drawing blood for a critical test! The horrible lady who works here, first refused to take insurance information, even though we said that baby is already added to parents insurance. Then she proceeded to make us wait for 30 minutes in the hall, holding the baby. We requested her to consider testing the baby sooner if possible, but she seemed to derive pleasure from saying things like first come, first serve. I gave up thinking she is just being fair to other patients. Then when we went inside, they did not have the necessary equipment to draw babys blood, and they were discussing what is meaning of neo-natal. They were clueless, and they had told us to come in, when we had called in the morning. Then they went ahead and asked us if it was ok to draw blood from babys arm. I was astounded by the lack of competence and unprofessionalism from these idiots, asking parents if it was ok to do a lab procedure in a non-standard way. they dont know what they are doing.when we asked if they could tell us if they could suggest any other labcorp location, she said she was getting late for her lunch and asked us to leave. Then she grabbed hold of our bag (SHE HAD NO RIGHT TO TOUCH OUR PROPERTY) and literally tried to shoo us out of the rear door saying, she had locked the front because her lunch break was at 12 and she was a couple of minutes late for her lunch!!!We asked her to consider the fact that it was a infant baby and we just wanted to go out the front door and get out of this hell hole of a lab! then she proceeded to scream at us.Never never never going back to this place again! Horrible people, horrible lab.the lab is also dingy, old and crampy.
