This place is horrible. Lady GRACE she did my haircut. Don’t ever let her use a pair of scissors. She is like a monkey with a matchstick. She is like a kid given a knife chopping your hair left and right. She should not be working in a hair salon. Very very unhappy ☹️ Wish Google would let me post zero star. That’s what the rating is - ZERO

Horrible haircut. I told the lady Grace i wanted long layers and some layers in the front since i have thin hair. I had very long hair, i wanted just a few inches cut. The lady did a lazy haircut and chopped off half of the front hair very short to my shoulder and the back was longer. The haircut looks so uneven from the sides and it looks like a short cut curtain with long hair. I dont have long layers, i have very short layers the front half of my head. Its the worst haircut. She did not do the haircut I wanted.

Horrible haircut! She didnt listen to what I wanted, did a horrible fade... save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere! Seriously.. not worth it.

Don’t come here, the staff (Shiva?) is super rushed and don’t care about quality. Even if it’s cheaper (I paid $22+tip), the lack of effort still makes the price feel like a rip off.I asked for a fade on the side from a 2 to a 3 at the top. The barber would keep the buzzer an extra inch off my head so it was actually a 3 to a 4, AND the 4 was halfway up the side of my head, not at the top.Why are you giving me a bowl cut???In the middle of my cut she was telling the other barber that she’ll hurry up and finish soon so that she can take one more client.Just be aware that Supercuts is not the place for a super good cut.

Super uneven haircut in the back. Very sloppy and careless when cutting. My hair is super straightforward to cut, it was just a basic haircut. But she kept disagreeing or pushing back on the extremely basic things I asked for.Multiple times I asked her if she could fade the back more, she just said no. I asked if she could use a 1.5 instead of a 2 and she said she didn’t have a 1.5. I said if should could make the sides more even, and she said they were already - when they obviously weren’t.At a certain point, I wanted to just get out of there before she did something weird and blamed it on me.

Their computer at the front desk doesnt work so i wait patiently for the person ahead of me to get their cut. When Im signing in and doing my covid screen a guy walks in behind me says he checked in so she takes him instead saying wait a couple minutes a couple minutes for a haircut? More like another 30 No thanks

Been coming here for years to get my hair, eyebrows and tea tree oil shampoos. All the staff are friendly and fun.Emily is great at shaping my funky cowlicks into submission. I highly recommend a tea tree shampoo and scalp treatment. Very calming.Great shop for a chain

I expected for her to do the design I showed her and I trusted her answer which was Yes, I can make the design! I payed 20$ I was still nice about and left a tip! Tbh I was extremely disappointed!

Men haircut is around 10-15 dollars in bay area. Supercuts at this location charged me $21+tips. I do not care about the money however, I had a terrible haircut experience and a very bad service by Shiva an indian lady who works there. I think yelp reviews of this place is more accurate than google reviews. I would never go back to this place for an haircut or recommend for others.

Open area hair cut and 22$ is expensive but someone willing to cut in Corono times is a blessing

Good place for a hair cut. Azam and Emily, especially, are friendly and give good cuts. This is my regular place now. They treat my elderly mom so nicely. Only downside is that not all the stylists are up to the highest standard. Still, a very decent place to go.

Find the right artists and stick with them. Get a shampoo - its awesome. Im now addicted to that and get it every time I get a haircut.

This lady sat me down and asked me what I wanted to do with my hair. I told her just hair cut. We chatted a little bit. She speaks good English. After finish cutting my hair, she dry blow my hair without asking me if I want it. I thought that was courtesy towards customers. At the end, she charged me $20 for 2-3 min dry blow. Wow, That was not as expected.

First time I’ve cut my hair at another place other than my aunts salon, didn’t really know what to do with my hair, but Jenny was very nice and helped me throughout the whole thing, I haven’t loved my hair in a long time, I totally recommend you get ur haircut with Jenny! Great costumer service and haircut! :)

Were told 10 minutes wait after we checked in. Saw another 10 people walk in after us and get their hair cuts done. When we asked were told that online reservation takes precedence over walk ins. Took us 50 minutes to get our turn. Please download their app and make online reservation prior to entering the salon.

Its supercuts: they do a fine haircut at a very reasonable price. I find this location to be a little pushier than others when it comes to selling shampoo, but otherwise theyre fine. I go before lunch and I never have to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes without an appointment.

I feel this is a no frills get your hair cut place.But please back off with the nioxin push. Get a hint when people are not interested. They invariably forget to put tissue paper around your neck.

Great haircut, very honest people. I mistakenly gave a $50 bill thinking it was $20 and walked out. The hair stylist came running outside to hand over the difference. I would never have noticed it since I almost never carry a $50 bill!

The only lady who cuts good hair here is a Hispanic lady... she is very calm and takes her time to cut ... she is usually there during weekdays but I have always got him on thursdays.... but rest are just waste... they really dont know on what part of head the hair is more than the other aide

Very poor cut... a very random approach to cutting hair. Finished the cut with everything uneven... had no clue how to do a proper even cut. And super expensive at $21 for the sloppy job.

Nancy is the absolute best. I go exclusively to her, but the entire staff is amazing.

I took my son for a haircut and inspite of me telling her repeatedly not to cut short, the hair dresser, cut his hair too short.

The best part of this place was I could walk in on a Sunday afternoon.and get a haircut in about 10 mins without too much of a wait time. At $20 for a regular, no frills haircut it was a tad expensive but for my haircut done with no fuss which was all that I wanted.

My wife went there. They agreed on one price($55) but they charged her on almost double the price($99).They werent honest with her. She will not go back there.

This was the worst service that I have received from a Supercuts center. The stylist has had no interest in the cut. Therefore, the cut has an absolute lack of basic quality. Absolutely disappointed about this place.
