RFI provides help for people with disabilities. The service you get is totally up to your needs, and if they cant help you they can point you in the right direction, or even walk you through the process. Ive gotten help applying for programs and services that I had no idea that I was eligible for. Ive also gotten help going through my mail and bills, which was what I needed at the time. It is really up to the individual and his/her needs. The staff is very friendly, nonjudgmental and knowledgeable. If you are disabled in the Cumberland area, I highly recommend that you contact RFI if you need extra help that youre not getting from other agencies.
