Wonderful experience, from bringing the samples home to test them out, to the installer who did the floor (Dillan), who did a fantastic job, stayed until the work was done, and personable. He even went back to the shop twice to find a base covering color that worked with the new flooring and kitchen. Right floor, at the right price. Highly recommended if you are looking to do any of your floors!! Thank you!

I started using Valley Floor Covering in 2002. I moved away for a while and when I returned to Rhode Island there were the only Floor Covering company I went to.

I have used this company for two different jobs at my house. The first was a big tile bathroom job that came out beautifully. The second was a carpet installation in my basement. I discovered this company through a recommendation from a good friend and I was not disappointed. The people there are professional, honest, trustworthy and hard-working. I would and will use them again in the future. For the tile job in the bathroom I was not 100% sure what I wanted but Marco was very helpful in the design phase and did a perfect job on the installation. I posted a picture of it on Google reviews. And it was not an easy job, there is a large window in the shower with a large built in shelf that required a lot of technical tile work. A+

Got my house measured 2 weeks ago by Marco, is a friendly guy. only thing is 2 weeks have went by and i dont have a single phone call or email no estimate they said they havent finished it yet. fair enough, i go in the next day they have an employee in training who doesnt know how to price the floors she gave their price and said “id mark up about $2 to our cost and thats your price” its alright that shes in training but at the same time she shouldnt be in the floor alone during her training.
